It should be noted here that no matter what type of the box is, a tool placing rack can be arranged in the box, and a tool clamping groove is arranged on the tool placing rack; each instrument and tool are provided with a special clamping groove, so that the tools are placed orderly, the mutual collision between the instruments and the tools is avoided in the moving process, and the instruments and the tools are protected.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, as a specific embodiment of the transformer overhaul protection frame provided by the present invention, wheels may be further disposed at the bottom end of the upright 110.
In the embodiment, the wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the upright post 110, and the protective frame can be directly pushed to a set position if the protective frame needs to be moved, so that a maintainer can change the maintenance direction without climbing up and down, the time is saved, and the maintenance efficiency is improved; in addition, the wheel is universal wheel 600, and universal wheel 600 has locking device, when the protection frame is in the settlement position and need not remove, can lock the universal wheel, makes the protection frame can not remove, increases the support steadiness when overhauing workman's maintenance operation.

Claims (10)

1. Transformer overhauls protection frame, its characterized in that includes:
the frame body comprises a plurality of upright posts which are vertical to the ground and provide bearing support, and a plurality of cross beams which are horizontally arranged between two adjacent upright posts and are used for connecting the two adjacent upright posts;
the maintenance platform is arranged at the top of the frame body and comprises a guardrail connected with the upright column and used for preventing personnel from falling and a plurality of pedal rods which are horizontally arranged and vertically connected with the cross beam or the upright column;
the support assembly is used for providing support for the frame body, is arranged at the lower part of the frame body, forms an angle with the upright column and is supported on the ground; and
the ladder stand is used for climbing to the maintenance platform by operators, and is a built-in ladder stand arranged inside the frame body or an external ladder stand arranged outside the frame body.
2. The transformer overhaul protection frame of claim 1, wherein the ladder stand has handrails on both sides.
3. The transformer overhaul protective frame of claim 2, wherein a pedal for stepping is further laid above the stepping rod, and the pedal is an insulating material member; the surface of the pedal rod and/or the pedal is provided with anti-skid lines.
4. The transformer service protection frame of claim 3, wherein the top of the guardrail has a safety belt hanging ring; and the guardrail or the top of the frame body is also provided with a hoisting hanging ring for conveniently transferring articles up and down.
5. The transformer overhaul protective frame of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the frame body is a triangular prism truss structure or a square prism truss structure; if the frame body is of a triangular prism truss structure, the number of the stand columns is three; if the frame body is a square column truss structure, the number of the upright posts is four.
6. The transformer overhaul protective frame of claim 5 further comprising a plurality of diagonal support beams between adjacent columns for providing further stable support to the frame body.
7. The transformer overhaul protection frame of claim 6, wherein the support assembly comprises a plurality of support bars fixedly connected to the column and supported on the ground, and a plurality of diagonal support bars fixedly connected to the support bars and the column.
8. The transformer overhaul protection frame of claim 7, wherein the vertical columns are fixedly connected to the cross beam and the angled support beams using connectors.
9. The transformer service protective rack of claim 8, wherein a rack for placing tools or instruments is provided on the guardrail or on the top of the rack body.
10. The transformer overhaul protection frame of claim 9, wherein the frame body, the overhaul platform and the support assembly are all glass fiber reinforced plastic profile members.
