For convenience of understanding, a specific flow of the embodiment of the present invention is described below, and referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of a method for managing a barcode of a courier in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
101. receiving a bar code distribution request initiated by a website client, wherein the distribution request comprises a website ID and the number of bar codes;
it is understood that the execution subject of the present invention may be a express barcode management apparatus, and may also be a terminal or a server, which is not limited herein. The embodiment of the present invention is described by taking a server as an execution subject.
The barcode described in this embodiment refers to a barcode for identifying express information, and the barcode number specifically refers to an invoice number of an express.
The existing express information is generally recorded through a bill, and the bill is provided with a preprinted express waybill number, and also provided with contents such as sender information, receiver information, and sent article information which are manually filled. The express waybill number in the embodiment is generated online in real time by a network node, and the contents of sender information, receiver information, sent item information and the like are manually input by the network node, printed together with the bar code and pasted on the express package.
In this embodiment, the website specifically obtains the barcode allocated by the logistics enterprise in an online request manner. The network point client establishes communication connection with a server of the logistics enterprise and requests to distribute the bar codes, wherein the request carries the network point ID and the number of the bar codes required to be applied.
In the embodiment, the bar code is initiated online by a website and the corresponding bar code number data is distributed by the logistics enterprise server, and then the bar code is printed out and pasted on a package when in use, while the traditional mode is that the logistics enterprise prints the bar code in advance to form a bill and then the bill is purchased and used by the website. Compare traditional mode, the bar code of this embodiment can apply for as required, can avoid the material waste that traditional mode brought.
102. According to the allocation request, the bar code numbers corresponding to the number of the bar codes are marked to be in an unscanned state and then sent to the website client;
in this embodiment, after receiving a barcode allocation request initiated by a website client, a server identifies barcode numbers corresponding to the number of barcodes as an unscanned state and sends the barcode numbers to the website client.
In this embodiment, the barcode assigned to the website may be newly generated or may be unassigned from the stock.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, step 102 specifically includes:
searching whether a barcode number which is matched with the barcode number and is in an unallocated state exists in the barcode database according to the website ID and the barcode number;
if the bar code number exists, the corresponding number of the bar code numbers in the unallocated state is identified as the unscanned state and then sent to the website client;
and if not, generating new bar code numbers with corresponding quantity, marking the new bar code numbers in an unscanned state, and sending the bar code numbers to the website client.
For example, the website A requests to allocate 1000 barcode numbers, after receiving the request, the server queries whether the barcode database has 1000 or more unassigned barcode numbers, and if so, sends the 1000 unassigned barcode numbers to the website client after indicating an unscanned state, thereby realizing online allocation of barcodes. And if 1000 bar code numbers do not exist, generating new bar code numbers with corresponding quantity, such as 300 original stocks, generating 700 bar code numbers, or directly generating 1000 bar code numbers or generating the bar code numbers according to a fixed quantity, such as 10000 bar code numbers, and then sending the bar code numbers with corresponding quantity, such as 700 bar code numbers or 1000 bar code numbers, which are marked to be in an unscanned state, to a website client, so that on-line distribution of the bar codes according to needs is realized.
It should be further explained that the state of the barcode number includes: an unassigned state, an assigned state, and an unscanned state, a scanned state.
103. And identifying the bar code number as an allocated state, binding the bar code number with the website ID, and writing the bar code number into a preset bar code database.
In this embodiment, after the barcode number is allocated to the website client, the server identifies the barcode number as an allocated state, binds the allocated barcode number with the corresponding website ID, and writes the barcode number into the barcode database.
For example, the server assigns 1000 barcode numbers of 10001 to 11000 to dot a (dot ID: a001), 1000 barcode numbers of 11001 to 12000 to dot B (dot ID: a201), and then assigns 1000 barcode numbers of 10001 to 11000 to dot ID: a001 is bound and then written into a bar code database, and 1000 bar code numbers of 11001 to 12000 are combined with the dot ID: and A201 writing the binding into a bar code database.
In the embodiment, if a website needs to apply for a bar code, a bar code allocation request is actively initiated only through a website client, and the amount of the bar code required is the amount of the bar code allocation request, so that waste caused by excessive application at one time is avoided; the background marks the corresponding number of bar code numbers in an unscanned state according to the distribution request of the website client and then sends the bar code numbers to the website client; meanwhile, the background further identifies the bar code number as an allocated state, binds the bar code number with the website ID and writes the bar code number into a preset bar code database. The online application and online distribution mode of the embodiment ensures that the bar codes can be supplemented in time when the bar codes are in shortage, and further improves the utilization rate of the bar codes.
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the express barcode management method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. receiving a bar code distribution request initiated by a website client, wherein the distribution request comprises a website ID and the number of bar codes;
202. according to the allocation request, the bar code numbers corresponding to the number of the bar codes are marked to be in an unscanned state and then sent to the website client;
203. the bar code number is identified to be in an allocated state, and is written into a preset bar code database after being bound with the website ID;
204. receiving scanning information uploaded after scanning bar code numbers by client sides of all the websites, wherein the scanning information comprises scanning time and website IDs of all the scanning websites;
in this embodiment, when a customer sends an express package, the website will assign a corresponding barcode number to each package and print out and paste the barcode number to the package. When packages are transported, the bar codes are scanned by the consignment network points and the delivery network points, and then code scanning information is uploaded to the server by the network points, wherein the code scanning information comprises scanning time of the bar codes by the scanning network points and ID of the network points.
205. And setting the state information corresponding to the bar code number as a scanned state according to the scanning information, generating a scanning track record of the bar code number and writing the scanning track record into the bar code database.
In this embodiment, after receiving the barcode scanning information uploaded by each website client, the server sets the state of the corresponding barcode number as the scanned state, and generates a scanning track record of each barcode number and writes the scanning track record into the barcode database.
For example, when the bar code 10001 is scanned by the dot a001, the scanning time is 2020-1-1, 10:20:11, the bar code 10001 is scanned by the dot a002, and the scanning time is 2020-1-3, 14:20:19, the server sets the state of the bar code 10001 to the scanned state and writes the information into the scanning track record, which contains information such as the bar code number, the scanning dot ID, and the scanning time.
In this embodiment, the website client actively uploads the scanning information after scanning the barcode, so that the backend can know the use condition of each barcode in real time, and management is facilitated.

And reading the state information and the writing time (namely equivalent to the distribution time of the bar code) of the bar code number corresponding to each website ID from a bar code database, wherein the read state of the bar code comprises a scanned state and an unscanned state. If the bar code is in a scanned state, the bar code is used, and if the bar code is in an unscanned state, the bar code is not used.
305. Extracting the bar code number of each website ID in an unscanned state, and judging whether the bar code number in the unscanned state is invalid or not according to the writing time and preset invalid time;
in this embodiment, the server further extracts the barcode numbers in the unscanned state corresponding to the IDs of the respective nodes, and then respectively determines whether the barcode numbers in the unscanned state are invalid.
For example, the valid period of a barcode is 30 days, if the time difference between the writing time of a certain barcode and the current time exceeds 30 days, the barcode is invalid, and if the time difference does not exceed 30 days, the barcode is valid, and the barcode can be used continuously.
306. And if the bar code number in the unscanned state is invalid, unbinding the invalid bar code number in the unscanned state and the corresponding website ID and identifying the unbound bar code number in the unscanned state as an unallocated state, and deleting the bar code number from the bar code database.
