本发明提供了一种环氧涂布纸,所述环氧涂布纸包括绝缘纸层和涂抹在所述绝缘纸层上的涂料层,所述涂料层由下述质量百分比的组分构成:E‑54环氧树脂25~32%、JF‑43环氧树脂12~18%、0164环氧树脂16~26%、E‑31环氧树脂10~18%、固化剂间苯二甲胺15~27%,通过合理的添加组分、间苯二甲胺固化剂和铅盐稳定剂,提高了环氧涂布纸的耐压和绝缘性能,可满足变压器的特殊要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及变压器制造领域,尤其涉及一种环氧涂布纸及制备工艺。
背景技术
环氧涂布纸是用于油浸式电力变压器绕组线圈层间起到绝缘作用的电缆纸。但是传统的环氧涂布纸由于性能较差,需要增加纸张的数量来达到绝缘要求,一方面在成了电缆纸的浪费,另一方面也造成变压器绕组结构体积增加,进而影响变压器的散热性能,生产成本也随之增加。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是传统的环氧涂布纸由于性能较差,需要增加纸张的数量来达到绝缘要求,一方面在成了电缆纸的浪费,另一方面也造成变压器绕组结构体积增加,进而影响变压器的散热性能,生产成本也随之增加,本发明提供了一种环氧涂布纸及制备工艺来解决上述问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种环氧涂布纸,所述环氧涂布纸包括绝缘纸层和涂抹在所述绝缘纸层上的涂料层,所述涂料层由下述质量百分比的组分构成:E-54 环氧树脂25~32%、JF-43环氧树脂12~18%、0164环氧树脂16~26%、E-31环氧树脂10~18%、固化剂间苯二甲胺15~27%。
本发明还涉及一种环氧涂布纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:制浆:将木浆纤维进行打浆,并在浆液中加入铅盐稳定剂,所述铅盐稳定剂的添加量为1%-2.5%;S2:抄照:将S1中的浆液制备成绝缘纸张;S3:一次烘干:将绝缘纸张进行烘干处理,烘干温度70℃-90℃;S4:涂布:在绝缘纸上涂抹涂料层;S5:二次烘干:将涂好涂料层的涂布纸进行烘干,烘干温度90摄氏度-120℃。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明一种环氧涂布纸及制备工艺通过合理的添加组分、间苯二甲胺固化剂和铅盐稳定剂,提高了环氧涂布纸的耐压和绝缘性能,可满足变压器的特殊要求。

以下所述是本发明实施例的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明实施例的保护范围。
具体分析,固化剂间苯二甲胺,分子量107 ,活泼氢当量26.7 ,耐热、耐腐蚀性优,电性能好,毒性小。
具体分析,由于铅盐稳定剂中铅盐是非离子的,且不导电,因而是惰性的,这使得铅盐类稳定剂在电线、电缆行业有着广泛用途。

实施例1
E-54 环氧树脂26%、JF-43环氧树脂15%、0164环氧树脂20%、E-31环氧树脂16%、固化剂间苯二甲胺23%。粘结强度682kpa,拉伸强度165N/10mm,油浸状态击穿电压10.5kv。
实施例2
E-54 环氧树脂30%、JF-43环氧树脂15%、0164环氧树脂18%、E-31环氧树脂17%、固化剂间苯二甲胺20%。粘结强度665kpa,拉伸强度170N/10mm,油浸状态击穿电压9.8kv。
实施例3
E-54 环氧树脂28%、JF-43环氧树脂17%、0164环氧树脂24%、E-31环氧树脂16%、固化剂间苯二甲胺15%。粘结强度688kpa,拉伸强度158N/10mm,油浸状态击穿电压10.2kv。
本发明生产的一种环氧涂布纸具备优良的耐压水平,同时可降低变压器运行时的噪音,提高了变压器的使用寿命。

1.一种环氧涂布纸,其特征在于:所述环氧涂布纸包括绝缘纸层和涂抹在所述绝缘纸层上的涂料层,所述涂料层由下述质量百分比的组分构成:E-54 环氧树脂25~32%、JF-43环氧树脂12~18%、0164环氧树脂16~26%、E-31环氧树脂10~18%、固化剂间苯二甲胺15~27%。
2.一种环氧涂布纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:制浆:将木浆纤维进行打浆,并在浆液中加入铅盐稳定剂,所述铅盐稳定剂的添加量为1%-2.5%;
S2:抄照:将S1中的浆液制备成绝缘纸张;
S3:一次烘干:将绝缘纸张进行烘干处理,烘干温度70℃-90℃;
S4:涂布:在绝缘纸上涂抹涂料层;
S5:二次烘干:将涂好涂料层的涂布纸进行烘干,烘干温度90摄氏度-120℃。
