技术领域
本发明属于火箭弹贮运发箱的技术领域,尤其是一种多联发火箭弹贮运发箱及其制造方法。
背景技术
火箭弹贮运发箱是火箭弹箱式发射核心组件,其功能是贮运、运输与发射火箭弹,保障火箭弹快速反应作战与快速补给能力。
随着现代武器科学技术的发展与进步,对火箭弹贮运发箱的要求越来越高,小型化、轻量化、高强度、一体成型成为箱式发射技术未来的主要发展趋势之一。当前发射箱的材料仍然以金属为主,普遍采用铝合金等轻合金材料,虽然金属材料具有强度高、硬度高、耐磨性好等优点,但是也存在着重量大、耐腐蚀性差、保温差、设计自由度不高等缺点;传统火箭弹发射箱采用单联发方式,降低了火力密集能力。
随着纤维增强复合材料技术的不断进步,国外开展了大量复合材料箱式发射箱的研究,并且获得了极大的成功。采用纤维增强复合材料可以克服金属材料的重量大、耐腐蚀性差、焊接易变形等缺点。然而,现阶段的复合材料的火箭弹发箱多采用泡沫夹芯结构,存在层间分裂、剪切强度、抗压缩强度和抗弯曲强度不高的问题,限制了其广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的泡沫夹芯结构的火箭弹发箱存在层间分裂、剪切强度及抗压缩强度低的缺点,提供一种多联发火箭弹贮运发箱及其制造方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用发泡成型工艺制造横截面为十字型的泡沫和L型的泡沫,分别记作十字型泡沫和L型泡沫;
2)在十字型泡沫表面铺放玻璃纤维布,并利用纤维纱线将两者缝合为一体,得到十字型泡沫缝制体;
在L型泡沫表面铺放玻璃纤维布,并利用纤维纱线将两者缝合为一体,得到L型泡沫缝制体;
3)在十字型泡沫缝制体上铺放玻璃纤维布,并在十字型泡沫缝制体的框架内放置模具,在模具的上铺设玻璃纤维布;
将L型泡沫缝制体扣合在模具上,将十字型泡沫缝制体上的玻璃纤维布翻到L型泡沫缝制体上,进行缝合,缝合完成后在L型泡沫缝制体上铺放在玻璃纤维布;
4)在步骤3)得到的装置的外围放置合模模具,进行合模;
5)将合模后的整体采用真空导入工艺注入树脂,树脂固化后拆卸模具,得到多联发火箭弹贮运发箱。
进一步的,步骤1)中十字型泡沫的材质为聚乙烯泡沫、聚氯乙烯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、丙烯腈-苯乙烯泡沫、聚醚酰亚胺泡沫、聚苯乙烯泡沫或聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫;
L型泡沫的材质为聚乙烯泡沫、聚氯乙烯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、丙烯腈-苯乙烯泡沫、聚醚酰亚胺泡沫、聚苯乙烯泡沫或聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫。
进一步的,步骤2)中的纤维纱线由玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、尼龙纤维或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制成。
进一步的,步骤2)中的纤维纱线直径为0.001-10mm。
进一步的,步骤1)中的十字型泡沫和L型泡沫的泡沫板的厚度为1-40mm。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维布替换为玻璃纤维复合毡、碳纤维布或芳纶布。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维复合布或玻璃纤维复合毡的密度为50-1500g/m2。
进一步的,步骤5)中的所用树脂为环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、双马来酰亚胺树脂或、聚氨酯树脂。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,利用非金属材料作为原料来制造火箭弹贮运发箱,将十字型泡沫和L型泡沫作为框架来搭建多联发火箭弹贮运发箱,在两者上面铺设玻璃纤维布经利用缝合工艺进行缝合,之后组装模具并进行通过真空注入工艺注入树脂;本发明的制造方法,能够一体化成型多联发火箭弹贮运发箱,提高了火箭弹贮运发箱的间断裂韧性性能、冲击性能与拉伸性能,保证贮运发箱的结构承载力和稳定性,解决了传统的泡沫夹芯复合材料容易分层,大大提高了弯曲刚度/重量比、剪切强度、模量、面外拉伸、压缩强度、侧压强度和模量破坏应变。
本发明的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱具有轻量化、高强度的特点,与现有的泡沫夹芯复合材料制成的相比,箱体的剪切强度提高近10倍,抗弯曲强度提高了近1.5倍,抗压缩强度体提高了近4.7倍。

一种四联发一体成型火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,具体步骤如下:
1)采用发泡成型的PVC泡沫,1个十字型泡沫,图1所示,4个L型泡沫,图2所示;
2)将步骤1)得到的十字型泡沫与L型泡沫上下两个面铺放一层908g/m2双轴向玻璃纤维复合毡和一层1000g/m2四轴向玻璃纤维布,十字型泡沫最外两层玻璃纤维布四周比泡沫边多100mm幅度,利用1200Tex的玻璃纤维纱线2将十字型泡沫和位于其上下表面的908g/m2双轴向玻璃纤维复合毡、1000g/m2四轴向玻璃纤维布进行全厚度缝合,得到十字型泡沫缝制体5和L型泡沫缝制体4;3)将十字型泡沫缝制体5上铺一层30g/m2玻璃纤维表面毡,之后在十字型泡沫缝制体5的四个框架上各放置一个模具3,在模具3表面铺一层30g/m2玻璃纤维表面毡;
4)将L型泡沫缝制体4扣合在模具3的表面,将十字型泡沫缝制体5最外两层多出100mm玻璃纤维布,翻到L型泡沫缝制体4上,进行缝合;后铺放一层30g/m2玻璃纤维表面毡;
5)将步骤4)基础上,放一个合模模具6;
6)将合模后的装置采用真空注入树脂工艺注入树脂并进行固化;所用树脂为环氧树脂。
目前,采用泡沫夹芯结构制造单发火箭弹发箱,存在层间分裂、剪切强度、抗压缩强度和抗弯曲强度不高等问题,限制了其广泛应用,且其单发火箭弹发箱的效率比较低,空间占用率大,无法达到小型化与轻量化,见表1,表1为未经缝合的泡沫夹芯与经本发明的全厚度缝合后的泡沫夹芯的力学性能对照表,缝合后的泡沫夹芯的力学性能显著增大。

实施例2
一种六联发一体成型火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,具体步骤如下:
1)采用发泡成型的PET泡沫,制成2个十字型泡沫和4个L型泡沫;
2)将2个十字型泡沫和4个L型泡沫的上下两个面铺放2层908g/m2双轴向玻璃纤维复合毡,十字型泡沫最外两层玻璃纤维复合毡四周比泡沫边多100mm幅度;利用1200Tex玻璃纤维纱线2将十字型泡沫和位于其上下两个面的两层908g/m2双轴向玻璃纤维复合毡进行缝合,得到十字型泡沫缝制体5;利用1200Tex玻璃纤维纱线2将L型泡沫、位于其上表面的两层908g/m2双轴向玻璃纤维复合毡和位于其下表面的两层908g/m2双轴向玻璃纤维复合毡进行缝合,得到L型泡沫缝制体4;
3)将2个十字型泡沫缝制体5进行粘接,粘接处多出的100mm幅度宽的玻璃纤维复合毡互相搭接后进行缝合,缝制一体;
4)将步骤3)得到缝合泡沫上铺一层30g/m2玻璃纤维表面毡,之后缝合泡沫的6个框中各放置一个模具7,在模具7外表面铺一层30g/m2玻璃纤维表面毡;
5)将4个L型泡沫缝制体4放在模具3上的玻璃纤维表面毡上,将十字型泡沫缝制体5最外两层多出100mm玻璃纤维布,翻到L型泡沫缝制体4上进行缝合;在缝合完成的L型泡沫缝制体4上铺放一层30g/m2玻璃纤维表面毡,之后在放一个四周合模模具6;
6)将合模后的装置采用真空注入树脂工艺注入树脂并进行固化;所用树脂为改性双马来酰亚胺树脂。

Claims (10)
1.一种多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)采用发泡成型工艺制造横截面为十字型的泡沫和L型的泡沫,分别记作十字型泡沫和L型泡沫;
2)在十字型泡沫表面铺放玻璃纤维布,并利用纤维纱线(2)将两者缝合为一体,得到十字型泡沫缝制体(5);
在L型泡沫表面铺放玻璃纤维布,并利用纤维纱线(2)将两者缝合为一体,得到L型泡沫缝制体(4);
3)在十字型泡沫缝制体(5)上铺放玻璃纤维布,并在十字型泡沫缝制体(5)的框架内放置模具(3),在模具(3)的上铺设玻璃纤维布;
将L型泡沫缝制体(4)扣合在模具(3)上,将十字型泡沫缝制体(5)上的玻璃纤维布翻到L型泡沫缝制体(4)上,进行缝合,缝合完成后在L型泡沫缝制体(4)上铺放在玻璃纤维布;
4)在步骤3)得到的装置的外围放置合模模具(6),进行合模;
5)将合模后的整体采用真空导入工艺注入树脂,树脂固化后拆卸模具,得到多联发火箭弹贮运发箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中十字型泡沫的材质为聚乙烯泡沫、聚氯乙烯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、丙烯腈-苯乙烯泡沫、聚醚酰亚胺泡沫、聚苯乙烯泡沫或聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫;
L型泡沫的材质为聚乙烯泡沫、聚氯乙烯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、丙烯腈-苯乙烯泡沫、聚醚酰亚胺泡沫、聚苯乙烯泡沫或聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中的纤维纱线(2)由玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、尼龙纤维或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中的纤维纱线(2)直径为0.001-10mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中的十字型泡沫和L型泡沫的泡沫板的厚度为1-40mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维布替换为玻璃纤维复合毡、碳纤维布或芳纶布。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维复合布、玻璃纤维复合毡、碳纤维布或芳纶布的密度为50-1500g/m2。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤5)中的所用树脂为环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、双马来酰亚胺树脂或聚氨酯树脂。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的制造方法制造的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱。
10.根据权利要求9所述的多联发火箭弹贮运发箱,其特征在于,包括双联装火箭弹贮运发箱、四联装火箭弹贮运发箱、六联发火箭弹贮运箱和八联发火箭弹贮运箱。
