The ultraviolet irradiation dose is usually 46200. mu. Ws/cm2The sterilization effect of the mobile sterilization device can be calculated according to the parameters provided by the invention, namely 99% of bacteria and viruses can be killed:
when the height is 1cm and the light-emitting angle is 130 degrees, the irradiation diameter is 46.39mm, when the light-emitting angle is 140 degrees, the irradiation diameter is 58.45mm, and when the light-emitting angle is 150 degrees, the irradiation diameter is 78.14 mm.
The diameter of the movable sterilization device is 20cm, the light-emitting angle is 150 degrees, and the radiation intensity of the first ultraviolet light source 6 is equal to 2000 muW/cm2For purposes of illustration:
considering factors such as moving corners or obstacles of the mobile sterilization device, the diameter of an irradiation surface is 24cm, and the irradiation area S1 of a single light source is pi × r2=3.14×(78.14÷2)2≈47.93cm2
Wherein r is the irradiation radius of a single light source;
irradiation area S ═ pi × R of mobile sterilization device2=3.14×(24÷2)2≈452.16cm2
Wherein R is the radius of the irradiation surface of the mobile sterilization device;
this results in the number of light sources required being: the number of light sources is equal to the irradiation area of the mobile sterilization device and the irradiation area of a single lamp bead is equal to 452.16 and 47.93 which is approximately equal to 9.4
Considering the allowance, the present embodiment adopts 12 particles uniformly distributed at the bottom of the machine, and the bottom of the mobile sterilization device can reach 452cm2Can reach 2000 mu W/cm in area2The irradiation power of (2).
When the mobile sterilization device moves, the irradiation dose can be adjusted according to the speed of the mobile sterilization device.
When the machine is moving at 4cm/s, the dose at this time is calculated as:
moving sterilizer irradiation time t is irradiation diameter ÷ moving sterilizer speed is 24cm ÷ 4cm/s ÷ 6s
Irradiation dose K (. mu.Ws/cm)2) UVC radiation intensity I (μ W/cm)2) × irradiation time t(s)
=2000×6=12000μWs/cm2
Thus, with 12 first UV sources according to the present application, a movement speed of 4cm/s, the radiation intensity of said first UV sources being equal to 2000. mu.W/cm2The resulting irradiation dose was 48000. mu.Ws/cm2The irradiation dose is 12000 mu Ws/cm higher than the irradiation dose capable of killing 99 percent of bacteria and viruses2Therefore, the mobile sterilization device can kill most of bacteria and viruses, and can sterilize by adopting the parameters under the condition of good surrounding environment.
When the machine is moving at a speed of 1cm/S, the dose of radiation at this time is calculated as:
moving sterilizer irradiation time t is irradiation diameter ÷ moving sterilizer speed is 24cm ÷ 1cm/s ÷ 24s
Irradiation dose K (. mu.Ws/cm)2) UVC radiation intensity I (μ W/cm)2) × irradiation time t(s)
=2000×24=48000μWs/cm2
Thus, with 12 first UV sources according to the present application, a movement speed of 1cm/s and a radiation intensity of said first UV sources equal to 2000. mu.W/cm2The resulting irradiation dose was 48000. mu.Ws/cm2The irradiation dose of 46200 muW/c capable of killing over 99 percent of bacteria and virusesm2Therefore, the mobile sterilization device can kill more than 99% of bacteria and viruses.
The battery 7 is used for supplying power, and the first ultraviolet light source 6, the air heat dissipation assembly 4 and the power mechanism 2 can work normally.
Because ultraviolet light has harm to human bodies, in order to prevent people from approaching the mobile sterilization device in work, the mobile sterilization device also comprises a warning mechanism 9 and a sensor for detecting the surrounding environment, wherein the warning mechanism 9 is electrically connected with the first ultraviolet light source 6, so when the first ultraviolet light source 6 works, the warning mechanism 9 is started to prompt people not to approach. Specifically, the warning mechanism 9 may be a warning prompt tone mechanism or a warning colored light mechanism, and is specifically set according to actual needs.
The sensor is used for detecting the surrounding environment and is connected with the first ultraviolet light source 6, when the sensor detects that a person approaches, the power supply of the first ultraviolet light source 6 is disconnected, so that the first ultraviolet light source 6 stops emitting light temporarily, and the person is prevented from being damaged.
When the mobile sterilization device provided by the invention works, the power mechanism 2 drives the roller 3 to roll, the first ultraviolet light source 6 irradiates the ground to sterilize and disinfect the ground through which the first ultraviolet light source passes, on the other hand, the wind wheel rotates, external air sequentially passes through the air inlet 15, the air inlet 45, the filter screen 43, the second ultraviolet light source 44 and the air outlet 46 to flow out, the filter screen 43 filters particles such as dust in the air, and the second ultraviolet light source 44 sterilizes and disinfects, so that the quality of the air is improved, meanwhile, germs in the air are reduced, and the environmental sanitation is ensured.
The mobile sterilization device provided by the invention automatically moves after the equipment is started, and performs sterilization and disinfection on the corresponding ground in the moving process, so that manual sterilization is not needed, and the labor cost is saved; on the other hand, through the setting of air cycle assembly, filter particulate matters such as dust in the air, can also disinfect the disinfection to the air, improve sanitation.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
