Purified water is not necessary if it is not consumed directly. But if the milk tea is made into a finished product which is drinkable on site and is similar to milk tea, pure water is necessary; in this case, the vegetable and fruit composition drink preferably further includes 90 to 300 parts of purified water or 150 to 300 parts of purified water, so that a light drink can be prepared. Preferably, the temperature of the purified water is 50-70 ℃. In one embodiment, the purified water may be replaced with filtered boiled water. Preferably, the vegetable and fruit composition beverage further comprises 15-50 parts of purified water, so that the vegetable and fruit composition beverage can be made into a jelly-like beverage similar to jelly. Preferably, the vegetable and fruit composition beverage further comprises a packaging structure, wherein the packaging structure comprises a first accommodating body for accommodating each component, a second accommodating body for accommodating the purified water and an isolating layer arranged between the first accommodating body and the second accommodating body, and the first accommodating body and the second accommodating body are isolated by the isolating layer, so that the vegetable and fruit composition beverage can be better stored and sold, and a user can break the isolating layer when eating the vegetable and fruit composition beverage, for example, the isolating layer can be torn, punctured or cut. Preferably, the packaging structure further comprises a third container for containing the heating material; in one embodiment, the third container is wholly or partially outside the second container to form a sandwich layer, and the heating material is contained in the sandwich layer; the heating material is a water-meeting heating material, heating bags of existing products such as self-heating rice can be adopted, but the amount of the heating materials is much less, and is about 10-65% of the amount of the heating bags of the common self-heating rice (according to the amount of purified water), so that the research and development cost and the purchasing cost can be saved, when the heating bag is used, the heating effect can be realized by opening the third accommodating body and adding a little water, and the heating bag is particularly suitable for healthy users who like drinking hot drinks; in this embodiment, the second container and the third container need to be resistant to high temperature to some extent, so as to enhance the safety performance of the product; moreover, because the third accommodating body is opened when in use and is communicated to the outside instead of being sealed, steam can overflow, and the safety risk is lower. In the above table, whether diarrhea and abdominal pain are reduced is determined by counting in the same area, whether acne is on the face is determined by observation, and whether the skin on the face is yellow is determined by subjective method. As can be seen from the above table, after trial for 30 days, the four effects of the examples 1 to 5 are all better than those of the comparative example, and especially the facial skin has obvious effects such as delicate blood color, which shows that the vegetable and fruit composition drink of the invention has obvious effects of expelling toxin and beautifying, and shows that the vegetable and fruit composition drink of the invention has obvious effects of expelling toxin; there are not much more in-depth test data due to cost and time constraints.

0.8-1.2 parts of maltodextrin;
0.5-1.0 part of soybean protein;
0.5-1.0 part of moringa leaves;
0.4-0.9 parts of citrus;
0.3-0.7 part of fructo-oligosaccharide;
0.3-0.7 parts of celery;
0.2-0.6 part of chrysanthemum.
3. The vegetable and fruit composition beverage according to claim 2, further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.4-0.9 parts of soybeans; 0.5-1.0 part of wheat seedlings; 0.05-0.1 part of Plantago ovata forsk husk.
4. The fruit and vegetable composition beverage of claim 2, wherein the citrus fruit comprises dried citrus pulp or dried citrus peel;
the apple comprises a seedless dried apple peel or a seedless dried apple flesh.
5. The vegetable and fruit composition beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cranberry compound powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.8-1.2 parts of Plantago ovata forsk husk;
0.5-1.1 parts of cranberry;
0.5-1.0 part of beetroot;
0.5-1.0 part of soybean;
0.4-0.8 parts of wheat;
0.4-0.8 parts of lemon.
6. The vegetable and fruit composition beverage as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cranberry compound powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 parts of soybean protein; 0.4-0.8 part of trehalose; 0.4-0.8 part of apple.
7. The vegetable and fruit composition beverage according to claim 1, wherein the citrus complex enzyme powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1.0-3.0 parts of Plantago ovata forsk husk;
0.5-1.5 parts of wheat;
0.4-1.0 part of oat;
0.4-1.0 part of trehalose.
