The login module 41 is configured to, when it is monitored that the vehicle is in a non-networking state after being powered on, perform offline login on an account of the user according to the obtained current account information of the user, and store the current account information of the user after the account is successfully logged in; the state determining module 42 is configured to, when it is monitored that the vehicle is in the networking state after the account offline login is successful, upload the current account information of the user to a cloud, so that the cloud performs login verification on the current account information of the user, and determine an account login state of the user on the vehicle by combining a verification result.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the situation that the vehicle is in a non-networking state after being electrified is monitored, the account of the user is logged in offline according to the obtained current account information of the user, and the current account information of the user is stored after the account is successfully logged in; when the fact that the vehicle is in a networking state after the fact that the offline login of the account is successful is monitored, the current account information is uploaded to a cloud end, so that the cloud end can perform login verification on the current account information of the user, the account login state of the user on the vehicle is determined according to a verification result, the problem that the vehicle cannot perform account login in a non-networking state is solved, the vehicle is networked after the offline login is successful, the account verification is automatically performed on the cloud end, the account login state of the vehicle connection is determined according to the verification result, the fact that the vehicle is switched from the offline login to the online login without manual login of the user is guaranteed, the fact that the use of the user on the current account is not affected in the process of switching the account from the offline login to the online login is guaranteed, and user experience is improved.
Further, the login module 41 further includes:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a user face image captured by the user through an image capturing device in the vehicle and taking the user face image as the current account information of the user;
the matching unit is used for matching the user face image with a pre-stored face verification image, if the user face image is matched with the pre-stored face verification image, determining that the user face image meets login authority, and logging in an account corresponding to the user in an off-line mode; otherwise, performing the offline account login of the user according to the pre-stored historical account login information.
Further, the matching unit is further configured to obtain pre-stored account login history information, and perform offline account login of the user by using the account login history information when the login form is automatic login; otherwise, entering an account login interface to enable the user to trigger the audio login of the user under the account login interface; and receiving user audio data captured by the user through the audio capture device in the vehicle, and performing offline login of the account of the user according to the user audio data.
Further, the off-line login of the account of the user according to the user audio data may be performed in the following manner: taking the user audio data as the current account information of the user; if the user audio data are matched with pre-stored voiceprint check data, determining that the user audio data meet login authority, and logging in an account corresponding to the user offline; otherwise, determining that the user does not have account login authority.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the calling module is used for calling the personalized setting information associated with the account information, receiving the setting information edited by the user under a personalized setting interface, and forming and storing new personalized setting information;
and the uploading module is used for uploading the new personalized setting information to the cloud when the vehicle is in a networking state.
The account login device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the account login method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Fig. 7 is a structural diagram of an account login apparatus according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus includes: a receiving module 51 and a rights determining module 52.
The receiving module 51 is configured to receive current account information of the user fed back by the networked vehicle; the authority determining module 52 is configured to, if the current account information of the user matches a pre-stored verification account, control the current account of the user in the vehicle to be switched from offline login to online login; otherwise, determining that the current user in the vehicle does not have the online login authority.
The embodiment of the invention receives the current account information of the user fed back by the networked vehicle; if the current account information of the user is matched with a pre-stored verification account, controlling the current account of the user in the vehicle to be converted from off-line login to on-line login; otherwise, determining that the current user in the vehicle does not have the online login authority. The vehicle is controlled to be switched from off-line login to on-line login by judging whether the current account information of the user is matched with the pre-stored verification account, so that the account safety is improved. And the currently stored basic personalized setting information is replaced by new personalized setting information, and the new personalized setting information is used as new basic personalized setting information, so that the cloud personalized setting information is updated.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
and the information receiving module is used for receiving the new personalized setting information fed back by the networked vehicles.
And the replacing module is used for replacing the basic personalized setting information with the new personalized setting information as the new basic personalized setting information if the new personalized setting information is different from the currently stored basic personalized setting information.
The account login device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the account login method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the vehicle includes a controller 60, a memory 61, an input device 62, an output device 63, an image capturing device 64, and an audio capturing device 65; the number of the controllers 60 in the vehicle may be one or more, and one controller 60 is exemplified in fig. 8; the controller 60, the memory 61, the input device 62, and the output device 63 in the vehicle may be connected by a bus or other means, and the bus connection is exemplified in fig. 8.
Image capturing means 64 for capturing an image of a face of the user; audio capture means 65 for capturing user audio data; the memory 61 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the account login method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the login module 41 and the status determination module 42 in the account login apparatus). The controller 60 executes various functional applications and data processing of the vehicle, that is, implements the above-described account registration method, by executing software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 61.
The memory 61 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 61 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 61 may further include memory remotely located from the controller 60, which may be connected to the vehicle over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 62 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs relating to user settings and function controls of the vehicle. The output device 63 may include a display device such as a display screen.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the server includes a processor 70, a memory 71, an input device 72, and an output device 73; the number of the processors 70 in the server may be one or more, and one processor 70 is taken as an example in fig. 9; the processor 70, the memory 71, the input device 72 and the output device 73 in the server may be connected by a bus or other means, and the bus connection is exemplified in fig. 9.
The memory 71 is used as a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the account login method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the receiving module 51 and the authority determining module 52 in the account login device). The processor 70 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by executing software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 71, that is, implements the above-described account login method.
The memory 71 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 71 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 71 may further include memory located remotely from processor 70, which may be connected to a server over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 72 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the server. The output device 73 may include a display device such as a display screen.

An eighth embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform a method for account logging.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the operations of the method described above, and may also perform related operations in the account login method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the account login apparatus, each included unit and module are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding function can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (10)

1. An account login method, comprising:
when the situation that the vehicle is in a non-networking state after being electrified is monitored, performing offline login of an account of a user according to the obtained current account information of the user, and storing the current account information of the user after the account is successfully logged in;
when the fact that the vehicle is in a networking state after the fact that account offline login is successful is monitored, uploading the current account information of the user to a cloud end, enabling the cloud end to conduct login verification on the current account information of the user, and determining the account login state of the user on the vehicle by combining a verification result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the performing offline login of the account of the user according to the obtained current account information of the user comprises:
receiving a user face image captured by the user through an image capturing device in the vehicle, and taking the user face image as the current account information of the user;
matching the user face image with a pre-stored face check image, if so, determining that the user face image meets login authority, and logging in an account corresponding to the user in an off-line manner; otherwise, performing the offline account login of the user according to the pre-stored historical account login information.
3. The method of claim 2, performing offline account login of the user according to pre-stored account login history information, comprising:
acquiring pre-stored account login history information, and when the login form is automatic login, performing account offline login of the user by using the account login history information; if not, then,
entering an account login interface to enable a user to trigger user audio login under the account login interface;
and receiving user audio data captured by the user through the audio capture device in the vehicle, and performing offline login of the account of the user according to the user audio data.
4. The method of claim 3, performing an account offline login for the user according to the user audio data, comprising:
taking the user audio data as the current account information of the user;
if the user audio data are matched with pre-stored voiceprint check data, determining that the user audio data meet login authority, and logging in an account corresponding to the user offline; otherwise, determining that the user does not have account login authority.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the offline login of the account of the user is performed according to the obtained current account information of the user, the method further comprises:
calling the personalized setting information associated with the account information, receiving the setting information edited by the user under a personalized setting interface, and forming and storing new personalized setting information;
and uploading the new personalized setting information to the cloud when the vehicle is in a networking state.
6. An account login method, comprising:
receiving current account information of a user fed back by the networked vehicles;
if the current account information of the user is matched with a pre-stored verification account, controlling the current account of the user in the vehicle to be converted from off-line login to on-line login; otherwise, determining that the current user in the vehicle does not have the online login authority.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving new personalized setting information fed back by the networked vehicles;
and if the new personalized setting information is different from the currently stored basic personalized setting information, replacing the basic personalized setting information with the new personalized setting information to serve as the new basic personalized setting information.
8. An account login apparatus, comprising:
the login module is used for performing offline login of an account of the user according to the acquired current account information of the user when the fact that the vehicle is in a non-networking state after being powered on is monitored, and storing the current account information of the user after the account is successfully logged in;
the state determining module is used for uploading the current account information of the user to a cloud end when the vehicle is in a networking state after monitoring that the offline account login of the account is successful, so that the cloud end can perform login verification on the current account information of the user, and determining the account login state of the user on the vehicle by combining a verification result.
9. An account login apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the current account information of the user fed back by the networked vehicle;
the authority determining module is used for controlling the account of the current user in the vehicle to be converted from off-line login to on-line login if the current account information of the user is matched with a pre-stored verification account; otherwise, determining that the current user in the vehicle does not have the online login authority.
10. A vehicle, characterized in that the vehicle comprises:
image capture means for capturing an image of a face of a user;
audio capture means for capturing user audio data;
one or more controllers;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more controllers, cause the one or more controllers to implement an account logging method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
