The invention also discloses a multi-terminal intelligent sharing system for the conference. As shown in fig. 1 or 3, the sharing system includes an electronic information board 400, an in-group terminal 200, an out-group terminal 300, and a server 100, which are involved in embodiment 1.
The electronic information board 400 includes at least one display screen for displaying the common sharing qualification information corresponding to the common resource information and/or the exclusive sharing qualification information corresponding to the exclusive resource request information. In the case where the identification data of the participants satisfies the common share qualification information and/or the exclusive share qualification information, the electronic information board 400 can input the meeting information in response to at least one operation of the participants. That is, the common shared qualification information and/or the exclusive shared qualification information is one of the authorization behavior information. If the participant's identification data satisfies the common share qualification information, it may acquire the common share data and may enter other meeting information related to the common share data, such as comments, recordings, corrections, etc. If the participant's identification data satisfies the exclusive shared qualification information, it can acquire the exclusive shared data and can input other meeting information related to the exclusive shared data, such as speaking, recording, correcting, etc
Preferably, the out-group terminal 300 and/or the in-group terminal 200 collect the above-mentioned identification data for the electronic information board 400 to be able to match with the public sharing qualification information and the private sharing qualification information, respectively, based on the identification data. If the identification data is successfully matched with the common sharing qualification information, the electronic information board 400 communicatively connects the out-of-group terminal 300 and the in-group terminal 200 to each other to be able to share common sharing data corresponding to the common resource. If the identification data is successfully matched with the exclusive sharing qualification information, the electronic information board 400 communicatively connects the intra-group terminals 200 to each other to enable sharing of the exclusive sharing data corresponding to the exclusive resource. The identification data can be information such as identity data, face data, verification codes, two-dimensional codes and the like.
Preferably, the out-of-group terminal 300 and/or the in-group terminal 200 have a fifth generation mobile communication interface, respectively, to enable the transmission of the common shared data and/or the private shared data in the form of online video. Therefore, on the premise that data can be shared, conference participants can carry out high-definition online video conferences through the terminals outside the group and/or the terminals inside the group, so that the intelligent sharing system can carry out conferences in a long distance and a short distance, and different conference requirements are met.

This embodiment may be a further improvement and/or a supplement to the above embodiment, and repeated contents are not described again. The preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in whole and/or in part in the context of other embodiments, which can supplement the present embodiment, without resulting in conflict or inconsistency.
Preferably, the present embodiment discloses an intelligent reservation office system. As shown in fig. 2 or 3, the office system includes at least one electronic information board 400, an intra-group terminal 200, an out-of-group terminal 300, and a server. Among them, the out-of-group terminals 300 have a reservation function, i.e., where at least one of the out-of-group terminals 300 is a reservation terminal, which can be communicatively connected with the server 100 by authentication. The identity authentication mode can be password login verification, member authentication and the like. The reservation terminal is communicatively connected to the server 100 after the authentication, and transmits a reservation request message. Upon receiving the reservation request, the server 100 transmits general resource request information to the electronic information board 400 and returns a reservation authentication information to the reservation terminal. The electronic information board 400 communicatively connects the reservation terminal with the in-group terminal 200 based on the general resource request information. The group terminal 200 and the reservation terminal can perform data transmission, and the group terminal 200 acquires the reservation authentication information and returns a reservation authentication code, the use time and the geographical location of the group terminal 200, and the like to the reservation terminal.
Preferably, the reservation authentication information includes at least a reservation predetermined communication period. The reservation communication period is a predetermined communication period in which the reservation person needs to verify the reservation verification information and the reservation verification code after the reservation terminal and the in-group terminal 200 are confirmed to each other. In the case where the reservation predetermined communication period exceeds the general predetermined communication period, the in-group terminal 200 reserved by the reservation terminal attempts to contact the reservation terminal to request whether to extend the reservation predetermined communication period. If the attempt fails, the intra-group terminal 200 is placed in an idle state to facilitate the reservation of the next out-of-group terminal. If the common sense connection is successful, the in-group terminal 200 and the reservation terminal newly determine the reservation information. In the case where the reservation communication period does not exceed the general reservation communication period, the intra-group terminal 200 reserved by the reservation terminal is placed in an operation state not to accept the configuration task of the other exclusive resource request information and/or the configuration task of the general resource request information.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and that those skilled in the art, having benefit of the present disclosure, may devise various arrangements that are within the scope of the present disclosure and that fall within the scope of the invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present specification and figures are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the claims. The scope of the invention is defined by the claims and their equivalents.

Claims (9)

1. An electronic information terminal, which is an electronic information board, characterized in that the electronic information board communicatively connects intra-group terminals to each other via an extra-group terminal based on exclusive resource request information from a server, and in a case where the intra-group terminals are communicatively connected to each other via the extra-group terminal, the electronic information board communicatively connects the intra-group terminals to each other via the server in response to general resource request information from the extra-group terminal;
in case that the configuration task of the proprietary resource request information and/or the configuration task of the general resource request information do not satisfy the task requirement of the electronic signboard, the server can attempt to request at least one of the intra-group terminals to communicatively connect the remaining intra-group terminals and the extra-group terminals to each other without passing through the granted authority of the electronic signboard;
and under the condition that the electronic information board receives the proprietary resource request information and is idle, the electronic information board sends a proprietary execution signal to the group of the terminals based on the proprietary resource request information, the group of the terminals are interconnected through a proprietary data channel, and the group of the terminals can share the proprietary shared data corresponding to the proprietary resource.
2. The electronic information terminal of claim 1, wherein the electronic information board includes at least two display screens that are different from each other,
the at least one first display screen is used for displaying the common resource request information and/or the corresponding public shared data; and at least one second display screen which is different from the first display screen is used for displaying the proprietary resource request information and/or the corresponding proprietary sharing data.

The electronic information terminal of one of the preceding claims, wherein the electronic information board determines whether to continue to communicatively connect the outside-group terminals and the inside-group terminals to each other after a general predetermined communication period based on the general resource request information and/or whether to continue to communicatively connect the inside-group terminals to each other after a specific predetermined communication period based on the specific resource request information;
wherein the general predetermined communication period and the exclusive predetermined communication period are obtained by the electronic information board from the server.
4. An information sharing method, characterized in that an electronic information board communicatively connects intra-group terminals to each other via an extra-group terminal based on exclusive resource request information from a server, and in a case where the intra-group terminals are communicatively connected to each other via the extra-group terminal, the electronic information board communicatively connects the intra-group terminals to each other via the server in response to general resource request information from the extra-group terminal;
in case that the configuration task of the proprietary resource request information and/or the configuration task of the general resource request information do not satisfy the task requirement of the electronic signboard, the server can attempt to request at least one of the intra-group terminals to communicatively connect the remaining intra-group terminals and the extra-group terminals to each other without passing through the granted authority of the electronic signboard;
and under the condition that the electronic information board receives the proprietary resource request information and is idle, the electronic information board sends a proprietary execution signal to the group of the terminals based on the proprietary resource request information, the group of the terminals are interconnected through a proprietary data channel, and the group of the terminals can share the proprietary shared data corresponding to the proprietary resource.
5. A multi-terminal intelligent sharing system for conferences, characterized in that said sharing system comprises at least one electronic information board according to one of claims 1 to 3,
the electronic information board comprises at least one display screen used for displaying public sharing qualification information corresponding to the common resource request information and/or proprietary sharing qualification information corresponding to the proprietary resource request information, and the electronic information board can respond to at least one operation of the participants to input meeting information under the condition that identification data of the participants meet the public sharing qualification information and the proprietary sharing qualification information.

The sharing system according to claim 5, wherein the out-of-group terminal and/or the in-group terminal collects the identification data for enabling the electronic information board to match with common sharing qualification information and exclusive sharing qualification information, respectively, based on the identification data, and if the matching is successful, the electronic information board communicatively connects the out-of-group terminal and the in-group terminal to each other to enable sharing of common sharing data corresponding to a common resource and/or communicatively connects the in-group terminal to each other to enable sharing of exclusive sharing data corresponding to an exclusive resource.
7. The sharing system according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the out-of-group terminals and/or the in-group terminals have a fifth generation mobile communication interface, respectively, to enable the common shared data and/or the proprietary shared data to be transmitted in an online video manner.
8. An intelligent booking office system, the office system comprising at least one electronic information sign according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the server is in communication connection with a reservation terminal under the condition of passing identity authentication, so that the server generates reservation verification information and the common resource request information which are mapped with each other based on a reservation request of the reservation terminal, wherein the reservation verification information is sent to the reservation terminal.
9. The office system of claim 8, wherein the reservation validation information includes at least a reservation for a predetermined communication period,
in the case where a reserved predetermined communication period exceeds a general predetermined communication period, an in-group terminal reserved by a reserved terminal attempts to contact the reserved terminal to request whether to extend the reserved predetermined communication period;
and under the condition that the reserved preset communication period does not exceed the common preset communication period, the terminals in the group reserved by the reserved terminals are placed in a working state so as not to accept the configuration tasks of other proprietary resource request information and/or the configuration tasks of the common resource request information.
