5. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle includes a transmission, the driving state information includes hand activity information, and the obtaining driving state information of a driver in the vehicle includes:
acquiring gear change information of the transmission within a preset time period;
and determining the hand activity information of the driver according to the gear change information.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein when the driving state information is that the driver is in an abnormal driving state, then generating reminder information for the driver comprises:

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the actuator comprises at least one of a speaker, an ambience light, a dashboard, a central control screen, a seat belt retractor.
8. A start warning device for a vehicle, the vehicle including an actuator, the device comprising:
the road condition information acquisition module is used for acquiring the road condition information of the current driving lane of the vehicle;
the driving state information acquisition module is used for acquiring the driving state information of a driver in the vehicle when the road condition information meets the vehicle passing condition;
the reminding information generating module is used for generating reminding information aiming at the driver when the driving state information indicates that the driver is in an abnormal driving state;
and the starting reminding module is used for controlling the actuator to execute the reminding operation matched with the reminding information.
9. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more machine readable media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the vehicle to perform the method of one or more of claims 1-7.
