The loss of the fire-fighting equipment can cause a certain amount of economic loss for a station on one hand, and on the other hand, when a fire disaster occurs on the site, the loss of the fire-fighting equipment can cause the fire disaster not to be processed in time, thereby causing greater economic loss and even casualties and causing serious social influence.

The invention provides an anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinet and an intelligent fire-fighting processing method thereof, aiming at solving the technical problems that fire-fighting equipment in the existing fire-fighting cabinet is easy to be stolen and false alarm is easy to occur in fire detection.

the cabinet body comprises a cabinet door, a shell and an electromagnetic device; the cabinet door is movably arranged on the shell and forms a fire-fighting space for storing fire-fighting equipment with the shell; the electromagnetic device is used for opening or closing the cabinet door;
a fire detection device installed in an outer region of the cabinet and detecting whether a fire is generated in the outer region;
the anti-theft door opening device comprises a trigger module and an alarm module; the triggering module is arranged on the outer wall of the cabinet body and is used for emergency personnel outside the cabinet body to generate a triggering signal so as to drive the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door; the alarm module is arranged on the cabinet body and used for sending alarm information when the trigger module generates a trigger signal and stopping sending information when the cabinet door is closed by the electromagnetic device;
the monitoring device comprises a face recognition camera and a video monitoring camera; the face recognition camera is arranged on the cabinet body and used for collecting face images of emergency personnel positioned outside the cabinet door; the video monitoring camera is arranged on the cabinet body and is used for acquiring an external image of the external area; and
the controller is used for enabling the face recognition camera to capture a face image of an emergency person triggering the trigger module when the trigger module generates a trigger signal, then extracting facial features of the face image, and finally comparing the facial features with a plurality of preset facial features in a preset feature library; when the facial features correspond to a preset facial feature, the controller drives the alarm module to stop sending the alarm information; the controller is further used for enabling the video monitoring camera to capture the external image when the fire detection device detects that the external area generates a fire, displaying the external image to a remote monitoring center to determine the fire, and finally driving the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door and driving the alarm module to send the alarm information when the fire detection device determines that the external area generates the fire.
According to the invention, whether a fire disaster occurs in the cabinet body is detected through the fire disaster detection device, and meanwhile, the external image outside the cabinet body is collected through the video monitoring camera of the monitoring device, so that when the fire disaster detection device preliminarily detects the fire disaster, the controller can further confirm the fire disaster through the external image, drive the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door when the fire disaster is determined to occur, and drive the alarm module to give an alarm, so that personnel near the cabinet body can find the fire disaster in time, and meanwhile, the cabinet door is automatically opened, so that the personnel can directly take out the fire fighting equipment to extinguish the fire, on one hand, the accuracy of fire disaster detection is ensured, on the other hand, the fire disaster can be timely treated when the fire disaster occurs, the economic loss caused by the fire disaster is reduced, and the. Meanwhile, as the cabinet door is closed by the electromagnetic device when no fire occurs, the anti-theft function can be achieved, when the emergency personnel trigger the corresponding trigger module, the cabinet door can be automatically opened by the electromagnetic device, at the moment, the controller collects the face images of the emergency personnel and compares the collected face features with the preset face features, the alarm information is stopped to be sent out after the condition is met, so that the alarm can be cancelled only when the person really needing to open the cabinet door operates, and the alarm information can be continuously sent out when other persons who want to steal the fire fighting equipment operate, thereby arousing the attention of corresponding managers or patrolmen, solving the problem that the fire-fighting equipment in the prior fire-fighting cabinet is easy to be stolen, and the fire detection is easy to have the technical problem of false alarm, and the technical effects of high fire detection accuracy and high burglary prevention are achieved.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, the electromagnetic device is further configured to directly open the cabinet door when the internal circuit of the controller or the anti-theft door opener is powered off, and is further configured to open/close the cabinet door when receiving the start/reset information of the remote monitoring center.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, the cabinet body further comprises a fireproof box; the fireproof box is arranged on the shell and is provided with at least one transparent surface; the video monitoring camera is installed in the fireproof box, and the detector faces the transparent surface and detects image information of the external area.
Further, the fire prevention box is the transparent box body of being made by fire prevention glass, and the video surveillance camera head is spherical camera.
As a further improvement of the above solution, the fire detection device comprises a smoke fire detector and/or a temperature-sensitive fire detector; a smoke fire detector mounted in the outer region for detecting whether fire smoke is generated in the outer region; the temperature-sensing fire detector is installed in the outer area and used for detecting the real-time temperature of the outer area and generating a fire signal when the real-time temperature exceeds a preset temperature.

judging whether the trigger module generates the trigger signal;
when the trigger module generates the trigger signal, a face recognition camera shoots a face image of an emergency person triggering the trigger module, then facial features of the face image are extracted, and finally the facial features are compared with a plurality of preset facial features in a preset feature library;
when the facial features correspond to a preset facial feature, driving the alarm module to stop sending the alarm information;
detecting whether a fire is generated in the outer area;
when the fire detection device detects that the external area generates a fire, a video monitoring camera is enabled to capture the external image, then the external image is displayed to a remote monitoring center to determine the fire, and finally when the external area generates the fire, the electromagnetic device is driven to open the cabinet door and the alarm module is driven to send alarm information.
Compared with the existing fire-fighting cabinet, the anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinet and the intelligent fire-fighting processing method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
1. the anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinet detects whether a fire disaster is generated in the cabinet body through the fire detection device, and simultaneously collects an external image outside the cabinet body through the video monitoring camera of the monitoring device, so that when the fire disaster is preliminarily detected by the fire detection device, the controller can transmit the external image to the remote monitoring center, the remote monitoring center further confirms the fire disaster, and when the fire disaster is determined to be generated, the controller drives the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door and drives the alarm module to alarm, so that personnel near the cabinet body can find the fire disaster in time and process the fire disaster, meanwhile, as the cabinet door is automatically opened, the personnel can conveniently take the fire-fighting equipment out of the fire-fighting cabinet directly for fire extinguishing, on one hand, the accuracy of fire disaster detection is ensured, and a series of useless work actions caused by false alarm of the fire disaster detector are prevented, on the other hand can in time handle the conflagration when the conflagration takes place, is convenient for take out fire-fighting equipment and puts out a fire, reduces the economic loss that the conflagration brought, avoids the conflagration to cause the threat to personnel simultaneously to improve conflagration treatment effeciency and conflagration early warning precision.

The cabinet body 1 is a main body of the fire-fighting cabinet, and comprises a cabinet door 11, a shell 12 and an electromagnetic device. The cabinet door 11 is movably mounted on the housing 12 and encloses an outer area with the housing 12. The combined structure of the cabinet door 11 and the casing 12 can adopt the cabinet body structure of the existing fire-fighting cabinet, the cabinet door 11 can be connected with the casing 12 by adopting a hinge and the like, one of the casings 12 is provided with an opening, and the cabinet door 11 can move to cover the opening. The electromagnetic device is used to open or close the cabinet door 11, and in this embodiment, the electromagnetic device includes an electromagnetic lock. An electromagnetic lock is installed on the housing 12 and is used to open or close the cabinet door 11. The electromagnetic lock utilizes the principle of electromagnetism, can produce powerful suction when the electric current passes through the silicon steel sheet and tightly hold the effect that adsorbs iron plate and reach the lock door.
The fire detection device 2 is installed in an outer region of the cabinet 1 and serves to detect whether a fire is generated in the outer region. In the present embodiment, the fire detection device 2 includes a smoke fire detector 21 and a temperature-sensitive fire detector 22, and may include the smoke fire detector 21 or the temperature-sensitive fire detector 22. The smoke fire detector 21 is installed in the outer region and serves to detect whether fire smoke is generated in the outer region. The temperature sensitive fire detector 22 is installed in the outer region and serves to detect a real-time temperature of the outer region and generate a fire signal when the real-time temperature exceeds a preset temperature. The two detectors can detect relevant information of the fire through smoke and temperature generated by the fire, so that the fire is detected. Of course, in other embodiments, the fire detection device 2 may include other detectors, such as a flame detector, which can accurately detect the fire signature and generate a fire occurrence signal.
The anti-theft door opening device comprises a trigger module and an alarm module. The trigger module is installed on the outer wall of the cabinet body 1 and is used for emergency personnel located outside the cabinet body 1 to generate a trigger signal so as to drive the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door 11. The alarm module is installed on the cabinet body 1 and used for sending alarm information when the trigger module generates a trigger signal and stopping sending information when the electromagnetic device closes the cabinet door 11. In this embodiment, the triggering module comprises an emergency opening button 5. The emergency cabinet opening button 5 is installed on the outer wall of the cabinet body 1 and used for driving the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door 11 when an emergency person touches and presses the emergency cabinet opening button, and generating a trigger signal. When the cabinet door 11 needs to be opened, an external person can trigger a corresponding signal by pressing the emergency cabinet opening button 5, and further the identity of the external person is confirmed, so that the anti-theft effect can be enhanced. And the alarm module can comprise an audible and visual alarm 6 and a voice prompt module. The audible and visual alarm 6 is used for sending audible and visual alarm information, and the audible and visual alarm information can be used as anti-theft alarm information and fire alarm information. The monitoring device comprises a face recognition camera 3 and a video monitoring camera 4. The face recognition camera 3 is installed on the outer wall of the cabinet body 1 and is used for collecting facial images of emergency personnel located outside the cabinet door 11. The video monitoring camera 4 is installed on the cabinet 1, and is used for acquiring an external image of an external area. The face recognition camera 3 may adopt an existing camera, which can accurately recognize a face. The video surveillance camera 4 can adopt the camera of the area of making a video recording greatly, can adopt VR panoramic camera even, just so can make a video recording comprehensively around the cabinet body 1.
The fire apparatus is disposed in the housing 12 and is used to release the fire suppressant. The controller is also used for enabling the video monitoring camera 4 to capture an external image when the fire detection device 2 detects a fire disaster in an external area, then displaying the external image to a remote monitoring center to determine the fire disaster, and finally driving the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door 11 and driving the alarm module to send alarm information when determining the fire disaster in the external area. Thus, when the fire detection device 2 preliminarily detects a fire, the controller transmits an external image to the remote monitoring center, the remote monitoring center further confirms the fire, and enables the controller to drive the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door 11 and drive the alarm module to give an alarm when the fire is determined to be generated, so that personnel near the cabinet body 1 can find the fire and process the fire in time, meanwhile, the cabinet door 11 is automatically opened, so that the personnel can directly take out the fire fighting equipment from the fire fighting cabinet to extinguish the fire, on one hand, the accuracy of fire detection is ensured, a series of useless actions generated by false alarm of the fire detector are prevented, on the other hand, the fire can be processed in time when the fire occurs, the fire fighting equipment can be conveniently taken out to extinguish the fire, the economic loss caused by the fire is reduced, and meanwhile, the threat to the personnel caused by the fire is avoided, thereby improving the fire disaster processing efficiency and the fire disaster early warning precision.
The LED display screen is installed on the cabinet body 1. The controller is used for synchronously displaying a character reminding message when the alarm module sends the alarm information. Therefore, the LED display screen can also generate text reminding information, and the anti-theft effect can be further improved.
In this embodiment, the electromagnetic device is also used to directly open the cabinet door 11 when the internal circuitry of the controller or the anti-theft door opener is de-energized. Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the embodiment provides an anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinet, which is added with a partial structure based on embodiment 1. The cabinet body 1 further comprises a fireproof box 13, and the fireproof box 13 can be a cylindrical box body or a box body in other shapes. The flameproof case 13 is mounted on the housing 12 and has at least one transparent surface. The video surveillance camera 4 is installed in the fireproof box 13, and the detector faces the transparent face and detects image information of the outside area. The controller is used for judging whether the real-time humidity is greater than a preset humidity or not and driving the alarm module to send alarm information when the real-time humidity is greater than the preset humidity. Referring to fig. 4, the embodiment provides an anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinet, which is added with a temperature sensor 8 and a cooling fan 9 on the basis of embodiment 1. The temperature sensor 8 is mounted in the housing 12 and is used to detect the real-time temperature in the vicinity of the controller. The temperature sensor 8 may be an existing temperature sensor, and the temperature range detected by the existing temperature sensor may be set according to actual needs. The cooling fan 9 is installed on the cabinet body 1 and used for cooling the area where the electronic equipment is located in the fire-fighting cabinet. The controller is used for judging whether the real-time temperature is greater than a preset temperature or not, and driving the cooling fan 9 to dissipate heat when the real-time temperature is greater than the preset temperature, so that the electronic equipment fault caused by overhigh temperature in the cabinet body 1 can be avoided, and the air exchange function is realized.

This embodiment provides an anti-theft type intelligence fire control cabinet, and this fire control cabinet has increased the remote control switch on embodiment 1's basis. The remote control switch is installed on the cabinet body 1 and used for controlling the power supply state of electronic equipment such as a controller. The controller is also used for enabling the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door 11 when a fire disaster is confirmed, meanwhile, the fire fighting equipment is driven to open so that fire extinguishing agents can extinguish the fire disaster, and then the remote control switch is driven to disconnect the power supply line for power supply, so that further spreading of the fire disaster caused by continuous power supply is avoided, and meanwhile, fire extinguishing personnel are prevented from getting an electric shock.

The embodiment provides an intelligent fire-fighting processing method, which is applied to any one of the anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinets provided in embodiments 1 to 5. The intelligent fire-fighting treatment method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the trigger module generates a trigger signal;
when the trigger module generates a trigger signal, the face recognition camera 3 is enabled to capture a face image of an emergency person triggering the trigger module, then facial features of the face image are extracted, and finally the facial features are compared with a plurality of preset facial features in a preset feature library;
when the facial features correspond to one preset facial feature, driving the alarm module to stop sending alarm information;
detecting whether a fire occurs in an external area;
when the fire detection device 2 detects that the external area produces the conflagration, the pioneer makes the video surveillance camera head 4 snapshot external image, again with external image display to a remote monitoring center in order to confirm the conflagration, at last when confirming that the external area produces the conflagration, orders about electromagnetic means and opens cabinet door 11 and orders about alarm module and send alarm information.
