The cabinet body 1 is a main body of the fire-fighting cabinet, and comprises a cabinet door 11, a shell 12 and an electromagnetic device. The cabinet door 11 is movably mounted on the housing 12 and encloses an outer area with the housing 12. The combined structure of the cabinet door 11 and the casing 12 can adopt the cabinet body structure of the existing fire-fighting cabinet, the cabinet door 11 can be connected with the casing 12 by adopting a hinge and the like, one of the casings 12 is provided with an opening, and the cabinet door 11 can move to cover the opening. The electromagnetic device is used to open or close the cabinet door 11, and in this embodiment, the electromagnetic device includes an electromagnetic lock. An electromagnetic lock is installed on the housing 12 and is used to open or close the cabinet door 11. In the embodiment, the types of parked vehicles are classified into electric vehicles and non-electric vehicles, and the non-electric vehicles are generally fuel vehicles, because most of the current motor vehicles mainly use the fuel vehicles, while the number of the electric vehicles is not large, and because the number of parking spaces is effective, the fuel vehicles occupy the parking spaces of the electric vehicles. Therefore, the present embodiment is provided with the vehicle type recognition driving-away device, and the vehicle type recognition driving-away device is installed on the cabinet body 1. In practice, the cabinet 1 is placed around a parking space. And the vehicle type identification driving device comprises a first image acquisition module, a bottom line covering judgment module, a position profile acquisition module, a second image acquisition module, an extraction module, an identification module, a vehicle type judgment module, a driving module and a charging module.
Referring to fig. 3, the first image capturing module is used for capturing the bottom line image of each parking space in real time. The visible light camera is used for shooting the parking space bottom line of the parking space so as to obtain a bottom line image. The visible light camera can be installed in the front side or the rear side of parking the vehicle through mounting structures such as mounting posts, bases and the like, certainly, on some special parking spaces, the visible light camera can also be arranged on the left side or the right side of the parking space, for example, the parking space is a lateral parking space, and then the visible light camera can be arranged in the lateral direction.
The bottom line covering judging module is used for judging whether the parking space bottom line in the bottom line image is covered by the parked vehicle. Because the parking stall bottom line is complete when the vehicle is not parked, and when the parked vehicle is parked on the parking stall, the parking stall bottom line can be covered by the parked vehicle, so that the parking stall bottom line can not be found in the bottom line image, and the parking stall can be judged to be occupied by the vehicle.
The position contour acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle position information and contour images of the parked vehicles when the parking space bottom lines are covered by the parked vehicles. When a parked vehicle occupies a parking space, the geomagnetic sensor can be used for detecting vehicle information, the geomagnetic sensor utilizes the characteristic determined by the distribution of the earth magnetic field, the magnetic field distribution can be changed when the vehicle passes through, the basic principle that the resistance characteristic inside the sensor can be changed is used for measuring the magnetic field change, and the vehicle position information can be acquired at the moment. Compared with a common geomagnetic coil detector, the geomagnetic sensor has the advantages of small installation size, high sensitivity, small construction amount, long service life and small damage to the road surface. Generally speaking, the geomagnetic sensor itself may be equipped with a camera function, so as to directly acquire the profile image of the parked vehicle, and of course, other cameras may be used to acquire the profile image of the vehicle.
The second image acquisition module is used for acquiring infrared images within the outline range at the position of the vehicle according to the position of the vehicle and the outline images. In this embodiment, the second image capturing module includes an infrared camera, and the infrared camera is configured to perform infrared shooting on an area within a contour range at the vehicle position to obtain an infrared image. In the previous module, since the position and contour of the parked vehicle have been determined, the infrared camera takes infrared images of the area within the contour at the vehicle position to obtain infrared images. The infrared camera can adopt the existing infrared camera equipment, and can gather the infrared image in a certain range, utilize the different corresponding infrared image of formation of thermal radiation.
The extraction module is used for extracting the heating position in the infrared image and the heating characteristic of the heating position. When the parked vehicle is just parked on a parking space, the heating positions of the fuel vehicle are generally an engine compartment and a tail gas area of the vehicle, namely an engine hood part and a tail gas pipe at the front part of the vehicle body, the heat of the part is concentrated, and a strong contrast effect is formed by the heating states of the part and other parts of the vehicle body. The identification module is used for identifying the parked vehicle in a preset vehicle identification system according to the heating position and the heating characteristic so as to obtain the vehicle type of the parked vehicle. The heating position and the heating characteristic correspond to a unique vehicle type in a preset vehicle identification system. In the preset vehicle recognition system, two different vehicle recognition modes are preset. One of the vehicle identification modes is used to identify a parked vehicle whose heat generation place is the entire region of the parked vehicle as an electric vehicle, and the other vehicle identification mode is used to identify a parked vehicle whose heat generation place is the engine compartment region of the parked vehicle as a non-electric vehicle.
Generally, the heating positions of the fuel vehicle and the electric vehicle are different, and if the heating positions are the same, the heating characteristics are necessarily different. For the heating characteristic, the fuel vehicle adopts a fuel engine, so that the heating value is very large, and the shape of a heating area is relatively fixed. The area where the electric automobile generates heat is generally the storage battery and the engine, the heat productivity is obviously smaller than that of the fuel engine, and meanwhile, the heating area is different. Here, it can be verified that if the heat of the engine or the storage battery of the electric motor can reach the heat of the fuel engine, the fuel engine uses the fuel to compress air to do work, the temperature can reach the ignition point, if the temperature occurs in the electric automobile, the cable of the electric automobile is inevitably in fire, which is not normal, and therefore the local heat of the electric motor cannot reach the heat of the fuel automobile.
The vehicle type judging module is used for judging whether the vehicle type is an electric vehicle. The type of the vehicle can be determined by the former module through the heating position and the heating characteristic, so that whether the parked vehicle is an electric vehicle or not can be judged in the module, and corresponding treatment can be conveniently carried out subsequently.
The driving-away module is used for driving away the parked vehicle when the type of the vehicle is a non-electric vehicle. Because non-electric automobile occupies the parking stall and can lead to filling the charging resource of electric pile to be wasted, also make some electric automobile not have the parking stall to charge simultaneously, consequently need drive away non-electric automobile. The LED display screen is installed on the cabinet body 1. The controller is used for synchronously displaying a character reminding message when the alarm module sends the alarm information. The gray difference calculating unit is used for calculating the gray difference value between the brightest gray value and the background gray value. When the gray difference value is larger than the preset gray value, the temperature difference is very large, and the parked vehicle can be judged to be not the electric vehicle. For the determination of the preset gray value one, the heating conditions of various electric vehicles can be integrated for setting, and meanwhile, the electric vehicle with the largest heating value and the fuel vehicle with the smallest heating value are selected as two limit conditions in consideration of the heating condition of the fuel vehicle, so as to determine the specific numerical value of the preset gray value one. For example, the maximum temperature that the electric vehicle can generate is 75 degrees celsius, and the minimum temperature that the fuel vehicle can generate is 400 degrees celsius, then the temperature corresponding to the preset gray value one may be selected from the range of 75 degrees celsius to 400 degrees celsius, and an intermediate value is selected as far as possible. Therefore, the method in the embodiment can judge the vehicle type by utilizing the heating characteristics of the vehicle so as to facilitate the subsequent driving-away treatment of the non-motor vehicle, and the recognition rate of the vehicle type can be obviously improved because the fuel engine and the electric engine have great difference in the aspect of heat generation.

The embodiment provides an anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinet used in an electric charging place, and the fire-fighting cabinet carries out noise processing on the basis of the embodiment 1. The vehicle type identification driving-away device further comprises a noise processing module. The noise processing module is used for carrying out noise processing on the infrared image before the heating position and the heating characteristic are extracted by the extracting module. The noise processing module comprises a noise area acquisition unit, a noise judgment unit and a noise elimination unit.
The noise region acquisition unit is used for acquiring a driving position region and a passenger position region of a parked vehicle in the infrared image. In general, the driving location area and the passenger location area in the parked vehicle are determined, and thus the areas in the infrared image can be directly selected at the time of acquisition. In both areas there are usually people located when the vehicle is just parked, and this step is to screen out the two people-occupied areas.
The noise judgment unit is used for judging whether the gray value of the driving position area or the passenger position area reaches a preset human body infrared gray value. The preset human body infrared gray value is consistent with the gray value corresponding to the human body temperature, a vehicle can be parked on a parking space in advance during specific setting, meanwhile, the infrared features of people in the vehicle are extracted, the infrared gray value related to the body temperature is obtained, and the value is used as the preset human body infrared gray value.
The noise removing unit is used for removing the part of the gray value larger than the preset human body infrared gray value from the infrared image when the gray value reaches the preset human body infrared gray value. Therefore, factors influencing the gray level judgment can be eliminated, factors with larger gray level values in the vehicle do not exist correspondingly, the obtained heating characteristics are closer to the actual heating characteristics of the vehicle, and the accuracy of data extraction is improved.
Example 8
The embodiment provides an anti-theft intelligent fire-fighting cabinet used in an electric charging place, and the fire-fighting cabinet carries out mobile noise processing on the basis of the embodiment 1. The vehicle type recognition driving-away device further comprises a mobile noise processing module. The mobile noise processing module is used for carrying out mobile noise processing on the infrared image before the heating position and the heating characteristic are extracted by the extraction module. The mobile noise processing module comprises a comparison image acquisition unit, a comparison screening unit and a mobile noise eliminating unit.
The contrast image acquisition unit is used for acquiring a plurality of infrared images in different time periods. In selecting the time period, it is preferable that the parked vehicle is in a time period after being parked in the parking space, and the driver and the passenger in the parked vehicle generally get off the vehicle during the time period.
The comparison screening unit is used for comparing the plurality of infrared images to screen out at least one moving target of which the gray value change value is smaller than a preset gray threshold value and the position change amount is larger than a preset position change value. Here, since there are traces of movement in the infrared image when the human body or other moving objects move, the part of the moving objects can be accurately selected.
The mobile noise eliminating unit is used for eliminating the moving target from the infrared image. Therefore, the moving target is screened out by comparing the infrared images in different time periods, and finally the moving target is removed, so that the moving noise with larger heat of human bodies, pets and the like can be avoided, and the accuracy of the extracted heating features is further improved.
Example 9
The embodiment provides an intelligent fire fighting method, which is applied to any one of the anti-theft intelligent fire fighting cabinets provided in the embodiments 1 to 8 and used in an electric charging occasion. The intelligent fire fighting method comprises the following steps:
acquiring bottom line images of each parking space in real time;
judging whether the parking space bottom line in the bottom line image is covered by a parked vehicle or not;
when the bottom line of the parking space is covered by a parked vehicle, collecting vehicle position information and a contour image of the parked vehicle;
acquiring an infrared image within a contour range at the vehicle position according to the vehicle position and the contour image;
extracting a heating position in the infrared image and heating characteristics of the heating position;
identifying the parked vehicle in a preset vehicle identification system according to the heating position and the heating characteristic so as to obtain the type of the parked vehicle; the heating position and the heating characteristic correspond to a unique vehicle type in a preset vehicle identification system;
judging whether the vehicle type is an electric vehicle or not;
when the type of the vehicle is a non-electric vehicle, driving away the parked vehicle;
when the vehicle type is an electric vehicle, the parked vehicle is charged.
Judging whether the trigger module generates a trigger signal;
when the trigger module generates a trigger signal, the face recognition camera 3 is enabled to capture a face image of an emergency person triggering the trigger module, then facial features of the face image are extracted, and finally the facial features are compared with a plurality of preset facial features in a preset feature library;
when the facial features correspond to one preset facial feature, driving the alarm module to stop sending alarm information;
detecting whether a fire occurs in an external area;
when the fire detection device 2 detects that the external area produces the conflagration, the pioneer makes the video surveillance camera head 4 snapshot external image, again with external image display to a remote monitoring center in order to confirm the conflagration, at last when confirming that the external area produces the conflagration, orders about electromagnetic means and opens cabinet door 11 and orders about alarm module and send alarm information.

the vehicle type identification and driving device is arranged on the cabinet body (1) and comprises a first image acquisition module, a bottom line coverage judgment module, a position profile acquisition module, a second image acquisition module, an extraction module, an identification module, a vehicle type judgment module, a driving module and a charging module; the image acquisition module is used for acquiring bottom line images of all parking spaces of the electric vehicle parking charging station in real time; the bottom line covering judging module is used for judging whether the parking space bottom line in the bottom line image is covered by the parked vehicle or not; the position contour acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle position information and a contour image of the parking vehicle when the parking space bottom line is covered by the parking vehicle; the second image acquisition module is used for acquiring an infrared image in the outline range at the vehicle position according to the vehicle position and the outline image; the extraction module is used for extracting a heating position in the infrared image and heating characteristics of the heating position; the identification module is used for identifying the parked vehicle in a preset vehicle identification system according to the heating position and the heating characteristic so as to obtain the vehicle type of the parked vehicle; the heating position and the heating characteristic correspond to a unique vehicle type in the preset vehicle identification system; the vehicle type judging module is used for judging whether the vehicle type is an electric vehicle or not; the driving-away module is used for driving away the parked vehicle when the vehicle type is a non-electric vehicle; the charging module is used for charging the parked vehicle when the vehicle type is an electric vehicle;
a fire detection device (2) installed in an outer region of the cabinet (1) and detecting whether a fire is generated in the outer region;
the anti-theft door opening device comprises a trigger module and an alarm module; the triggering module is arranged on the outer wall of the cabinet body (1) and is used for generating a triggering signal for emergency personnel outside the cabinet body (1) to drive the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door (11); the alarm module is arranged on the cabinet body (1) and used for sending alarm information when the trigger module generates a trigger signal and stopping sending information when the electromagnetic device closes the cabinet door (11);
the monitoring device comprises a face recognition camera (3) and a video monitoring camera (4); the face recognition camera (3) is installed on the cabinet body (1) and is used for collecting face images of emergency personnel located on the outer side of the cabinet door (11); the video monitoring camera (4) is arranged on the cabinet body (1) and is used for collecting an external image of the external area; and
the controller is used for enabling the face recognition camera (3) to capture a face image of an emergency person triggering the trigger module when the trigger module generates a trigger signal, then extracting the facial features of the face image, and finally comparing the facial features with a plurality of preset facial features in a preset feature library; when the facial features correspond to a preset facial feature, the controller drives the alarm module to stop sending the alarm information; the controller is further used for enabling the video monitoring camera (4) to capture the external image when the fire detection device (2) detects that the external area generates a fire, displaying the external image to a remote monitoring center to determine the fire, and finally driving the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door (11) and driving the alarm module to send out alarm information when the external area generates the fire.

The intelligent fire-fighting cabinet for electric charging field use according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet body (1) further comprises a fire-proof box (13); the fireproof box (13) is arranged on the shell (12) and is provided with at least one transparent surface; the video monitoring camera (4) is installed in the fireproof box (13), and the detector faces the transparent surface and detects image information of the external area; wherein, fire prevention box (13) are the transparent box body of being made by fire prevention glass, and video surveillance camera head (4) are spherical camera.

The intelligent fire-fighting cabinet for theft protection in electric charging places as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the fire detection device (2) comprises a smoke fire detector (21) and/or a temperature fire detector (22); a smoke fire detector (21) mounted within the outer zone and adapted to detect the presence of fire smoke within the outer zone; a temperature sensitive fire detector (22) mounted within said outer zone for detecting a real time temperature of said outer zone and generating a fire signal when said real time temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature;
the triggering module comprises an emergency cabinet opening button (5); the emergency cabinet opening button (5) is mounted on the outer wall of the cabinet body (1) and used for driving the electromagnetic device to open the cabinet door (11) when the emergency personnel touch and press the emergency cabinet opening button and generating the trigger signal;
the alarm module comprises an audible and visual alarm (6) and a voice prompt module; the controller is in when electromagnetic device opened cabinet door (11), order about audible-visual annunciator (6) and send audible-visual alarm information, order about simultaneously the voice prompt module sends voice prompt information, and when electromagnetic device closed cabinet door (11), the controller orders about audible-visual annunciator (6) with the voice prompt module stops the action.

The intelligent fire-fighting cabinet for electric charging field use according to claim 1, wherein the first image acquisition module comprises a visible light camera, and the visible light camera is used for shooting a parking space bottom line of the parking space to obtain the bottom line image; the second image acquisition module comprises an infrared camera, and the infrared camera is used for performing infrared shooting on the area in the outline range at the position of the vehicle so as to acquire the infrared image.

The intelligent fire-fighting cabinet for electric charging field use according to claim 1, wherein two different vehicle identification modes are preset in the preset vehicle identification system; one of the vehicle identification modes is used to identify a parked vehicle whose heat generation location is the entire region of the parked vehicle as the electric vehicle, and the other vehicle identification mode is used to identify a parked vehicle whose heat generation location is the engine compartment region of the parked vehicle as the non-electric vehicle.

The intelligent fire-fighting cabinet for electric charging field use according to claim 1, wherein said identification module comprises a feature acquisition unit, a gray-scale difference calculation unit and a vehicle type judgment unit; the characteristic acquisition unit is used for acquiring a background gray value and a brightest gray value in the infrared image and taking the background gray value and the brightest gray value as the heating characteristic; the gray difference calculating unit is used for calculating the gray difference value between the brightest gray value and the background gray value; the vehicle type judging unit is used for judging whether the gray difference value is larger than a preset gray value I, if so, the vehicle type is judged to be a non-electric vehicle, and otherwise, the vehicle type is judged to be an electric vehicle.

The intelligent fire cabinet of claim 1, wherein the vehicle type identification and driving device further comprises a noise processing module; the noise processing module is used for carrying out noise processing on the infrared image before the heating position and the heating feature are extracted by the extraction module; the noise processing module comprises a noise area acquisition unit, a noise judgment unit and a noise elimination unit; the noise area acquisition unit is used for acquiring a driving position area and a passenger position area of the parked vehicle in the infrared image; the noise judgment unit is used for judging whether the gray value of the driving position area or the passenger position area reaches a preset human body infrared gray value or not; the noise removing unit is used for removing the part of the gray value larger than the preset human body infrared gray value from the infrared image when the gray value reaches the preset human body infrared gray value.

The intelligent fire cabinet of claim 1, wherein the vehicle type recognition and driving device further comprises a mobile noise processing module; the mobile noise processing module is used for carrying out mobile noise processing on the infrared image before the heating position and the heating feature are extracted by the extraction module; the mobile noise processing module comprises a comparison image acquisition unit, a comparison screening unit and a mobile noise eliminating unit; the contrast image acquisition unit is used for acquiring a plurality of infrared images in different time periods; the comparison screening unit is used for comparing the plurality of infrared images to screen out at least one moving target of which the gray value change value is smaller than a preset gray threshold value and the position change amount is larger than a preset position change value; the mobile noise removing unit is used for removing the mobile target from the infrared image.
9. The intelligent fire cabinet with electric charging for use in fields as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the LED display screen is arranged on the cabinet body (1); the controller is used for synchronously displaying a character reminding message when the alarm module sends the alarm message.
10. An intelligent fire fighting method applied to the anti-theft intelligent fire fighting cabinet used in the electric charging field according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring bottom line images of each parking space in real time;
judging whether the parking space bottom line in the bottom line image is covered by the parked vehicle or not;
when the parking space bottom line is covered by the parked vehicle, collecting vehicle position information and a contour image of the parked vehicle;
acquiring an infrared image within a contour range at the vehicle position according to the vehicle position and the contour image;
extracting a heating position in the infrared image and heating characteristics of the heating position;
according to the heating position and the heating characteristic, identifying the parked vehicle in a preset vehicle identification system to obtain the vehicle type of the parked vehicle; the heating position and the heating characteristic correspond to a unique vehicle type in the preset vehicle identification system;
judging whether the vehicle type is an electric vehicle or not;
when the vehicle type is a non-electric vehicle, driving away the parked vehicle;
and when the vehicle type is an electric vehicle, charging the parked vehicle.
Judging whether the trigger module generates the trigger signal;
when the trigger module generates the trigger signal, a face recognition camera (3) is enabled to capture a face image of an emergency person triggering the trigger module, then facial features of the face image are extracted, and finally the facial features are compared with a plurality of preset facial features in a preset feature library;
when the facial features correspond to a preset facial feature, driving the alarm module to stop sending the alarm information;
detecting whether a fire is generated in the outer area;
when the fire detection device (2) detects that the external area generates a fire, a video monitoring camera (4) is enabled to capture the external image, then the external image is displayed to a remote monitoring center to determine the fire, and finally when the external area generates the fire, the electromagnetic device is driven to open the cabinet door (11) and the alarm module is driven to send alarm information.
