Background
In a common data line, the protective layers are an aluminum foil layer, a shielding wire layer and an insulating skin from inside to outside. The inside of the data transmission wire harness comprises 3 red power lines and 3 signal lines (white lines, blue lines and green lines) which are arranged in an alternating circle, and 6 ground lines and fiber lines are uniformly distributed in the circle along the gaps between every two power lines and the signal lines.
In the production process of the data wire, firstly, the insulating skin on the outermost layer of the wire harness needs to be stripped, then the shielding wire is twisted out, then the aluminum foil layer is removed, and finally the positions of two ground wires which are positioned at two sides of the blue signal wire and are closest to the blue signal wire in the 6 ground wires are identified, and the two ground wires are picked out from the fiber wires.
The existing mode is that an operator identifies the ground wire by naked eyes and then manually clamps the ground wire out through tweezers. The smoothed ground wires are pressed into a lantern shape, and the lantern-shaped ground wires are used for increasing the distance between the ground wires and the distance between the ground wires, namely, the space for clamping the ground wires by the tweezers is increased, and the ground wires are prevented from being clamped wrongly; and the other is to identify two ground lines which are positioned at two sides of the blue signal line and are closest to the blue signal line.
