本发明公开了一种预作用报警阀阀座内置的阀门结构,包括:阀门本体,阀门盖、阀座、膜瓣;所述阀门本体内设有容纳腔,所述容纳腔包括入水口、出水口以及用于连通入水口和出水口的流水通孔;所述流水通孔嵌设有阀座;所述阀门本体上设置有预警通道;所述膜瓣设置于所述容纳腔内,用于控制流水通孔的开关;所述膜瓣底部设置有密封圈,所述密封圈与阀座抵接形成密封实现流水通孔的关闭;或所述密封圈与阀座分离,使得流水通孔打开;所述阀座的上表面为密封面;所述阀座上设有预警水流通孔;所述预警水流通孔的其中一个开口设置于阀座的密封面,另一个开口与所述预警通道相连通。本发明所提供的预作用功能阀门具有简单可靠,制造成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防用水阀门的相关领域;具体涉及一种预作用报警阀阀座内置的阀门结构。
背景技术
随着消防技术的进步,对消防用水的阀门的相关要求也日益增强。如专利CN201520937247.6所示的阀门,一般包括阀体,各种功能探头、膜瓣、以及用于将膜瓣按压在入水口密封入水口的弹簧。然而不同的场景,对于消防阀门的要求均不相同,例如图书馆,档案室等特殊场地则需要在设备发现火情的时候进行报警,而报警所需的预作用装置比较复杂,生产成本高,包括有多个探测装置和专用的阀门等控制器。因此市场上需要一种结构简单,性能可靠,造价低的预作用阀门来满足发展的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种预作用报警阀阀座内置的阀门结构,本发明通过在阀座上设置了预警水流通孔,同时设置了该通孔的开闭由控制水流的膜瓣统一控制,从而实现了,当火灾发生时,膜瓣打开时,预警水流通孔亦被打开,导入水流,实现报警。本发明所提供的方案具有简单可靠,制造成本低的优点。
实现本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:
一种预作用报警阀阀座内置的阀门结构,包括:阀门本体,阀门盖、阀座、膜瓣;
所述阀门本体内设有容纳腔,所述容纳腔包括入水口、出水口以及用于连通入水口和出水口的流水通孔;所述流水通孔嵌设有阀座;所述阀门本体上设置有预警通道;
所述膜瓣设置于所述容纳腔内,用于控制流水通孔的开关;
所述膜瓣底部设置有密封圈,所述密封圈与阀座抵接形成密封实现流水通孔的关闭;或所述密封圈与阀座分离,使得流水通孔打开;
所述阀座的上表面为密封面;所述阀座上设有预警水流通孔;所述预警水流通孔的其中一个开口设置于阀座的密封面,另一个开口与所述预警通道相连通。
优选地,所述密封面设置有第一环形凹槽,所述预警水流通孔与所述第一环形凹槽连通。
优选地,所述阀座的侧面设置有第二环形凹槽,所述第二环形凹槽分别与预警水流通孔和预警通道相连通。
优选地,所述阀座的侧面设置有第三环形凹槽,所述第三环形凹槽用于安装密封环。
优选地,所述预警通道内设置有预警套管。
优选地,所述阀座的外沿的下表面设置有用安装密封环的第四环形凹槽;使得阀座的侧面、阀座的外沿下表面与阀门本体抵接且形成密封,从而使得第二环形凹槽与阀门本体形成密闭的通道。
优选地,所述预警通道连通有警铃。
优选地,所述预警水流通孔设置有若干个,且每个预警水流通孔的一端与第一环形凹槽连通,另一端与第二环形凹槽连通。

实施例1:
如图1-3示,一种阀门结构,包括阀门本体2、阀门盖3、膜瓣1;所述膜瓣1安装在阀门本体2部的空腔内膜瓣1的膜片被夹装在阀门盖3阀门本体2间,使得膜瓣1与阀门盖3之间形成一个控制腔30;推动膜瓣1运动的弹簧可在膜瓣1上装碟形弹簧或者在膜瓣1与阀门盖3之间装螺旋弹簧,使得膜瓣1隔断入水口10和出水口20。本实施例的工作原理为;向控制腔30和入水口10注入水时,由于水压的作用,同时由于膜瓣1上弹簧的压力,使得膜瓣1实现关闭;当水压小于弹簧的弹力时,关闭功能可以由弹簧单独完成;当发生火情时,出水口20泄压,由于控制腔30与出水口20连通,控制腔30的水压下降,入水口10和出水口20形成压力差,在水压的作用下,冲开膜瓣1,实现水从入水口10经过流水通孔23抵达出水口20实现通水。
实施例2
如图1-8所示,一种预作用报警阀阀座内置的阀门结构,包括:阀门本体2,阀门盖3、阀座4、膜瓣1;
所述阀门本体2内设有容纳腔,所述容纳腔包括入水口10、出水口20以及用于连通入水口10和出水口20的流水通孔23;所述流水通孔23嵌设有阀座4;所述阀门本体2上设置有预警通道22;
所述膜瓣1设置于所述容纳腔内,用于控制流水通孔23的开关;
所述膜瓣1底部设置有密封圈13,所述密封圈13与阀座4抵接形成密封实现流水通孔23的关闭;或所述密封圈13与阀座4分离,使得流水通孔23打开;
所述阀座4的上表面为密封面,即与密封圈13的抵接面;所述阀座4上设有预警水流通孔41;所述预警水流通孔41的其中一个开口设置于阀座4的密封面,另一个开口与所述预警通道22相连通。在本实施例中,所述的阀门与实施例1的阀门运行机制相同;具体区别在于,当膜瓣1打开时,由于预警水流通孔41的开口设置在密封面,使得膜瓣1打开时,即能实现预警水流通孔41的打开,此时与之连通的预浸通道获得水流或水压,即可能唤醒警报,实现预作用报警功能。
作为优选的实施方式,所述密封面设置有第一环形凹槽42,所述预警水流通孔41与所述第一环形凹槽42连通。所述阀座4的侧面设置有第二环形凹槽43,所述第二环形凹槽43分别与预警水流通孔41、预警通22相连通。所述预警水流通孔41设置有若干个,且每个预警水流通孔41的一端与第一环形凹槽42连通,另一端与第二环形凹槽43连通。设置了第一环形凹槽42,且多个预警水流通孔41,使得密封会更容易,同时设置了第二环形凹槽43用于收集每个预警水流通孔41所流入的水流,保证了水流的量和水压;同时,第二环形凹槽43的设置也使得阀座4上预警水流通孔41与预警通道22的相连通更加方便,无需特定对位安装,减少了安装的难度。
作为优选的实施方式,所述阀座4的侧面设置有第三环形凹槽44,所述第三环形凹槽44用于安装密封环46。所述预警通道22内设置有预警套管221。使用不锈蚀的材料制成的套管221,如不锈钢,可以防止孔内由于难以防锈导致的锈蚀,或锈蚀导致堵塞;所述阀座4的外沿的下表面设置有用安装密封环46的第四环形凹槽45;使得阀座4的侧面、阀座4的外沿下表面与阀门本体2抵接且形成密封,从而使得第二环形凹槽43与阀门本体2形成密闭的通道。所述预警通道连通有警铃5,能够快速的报警,亦可连通其他报警装置,如水流探测器等实现报警。

所述膜瓣设置于所述容纳腔内,用于控制流水通孔的开关;
所述膜瓣底部设置有密封圈,所述密封圈与阀座抵接形成密封实现流水通孔的关闭;或所述密封圈与阀座分离,使得流水通孔打开;
所述阀座的上表面为密封面;所述阀座上设有预警水流通孔;所述预警水流通孔的其中一个开口设置于阀座的密封面,另一个开口与所述预警通道相连通。
