Abstract

本发明公开了一种气浮导轨模组,包括底座、位于所述底座上的电机以及能够沿所述底座长度方向进行运动的气浮组;所述电机包括定子与动子,所述定子上设置有连续的磁体,所述动子为导电线圈绕组,所述气浮组通过面板与所述动子相连。本发明在底座、电机以及气浮组的配合作用下,实现了面板的直线运动,这种直线运动是无摩擦和无振动的平滑移动,具有运动精度高、清洁无污染等特点,并且本发明体积小,能够在测量仪器、精密器械中得到广泛应用。

一种气浮导轨模组
技术领域
本发明属于直线模组技术领域,尤其涉及一种气浮导轨模组。
背景技术
目前市场上的直线模组采用直线导轨实现直线往复运动。直线导轨一般采用的是滚动式直线导轨,滚动直线导轨是一种滚动导引,它由钢珠在滑块与滑轨之间作无限滚动循环,使得负载平台能沿着导轨作线性运动。但其抗震性较差,运动不平稳、寿命低、对防护要求较高。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种气浮导轨模组,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种气浮导轨模组,包括底座、位于所述底座上的电机以及能够沿所述底座长度方向进行运动的气浮组;所述电机包括定子与动子,所述定子上设置有连续的磁体,所述动子为导电线圈绕组,所述气浮组通过面板与所述动子相连。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述底座上设有凹槽,所述定子位于所述凹槽内。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述磁体沿所述定子长度方向等间隔分布。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述气浮组分别位于所述底座上端面、下端面以及侧面。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述气浮组包括气浮块与气浮接头,所述气浮块位于所述底座上,所述面板通过所述气浮接头与所述气浮块连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述底座一侧设置有读数头,另一侧设置有光电开关。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述底座下方设置有支脚。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1至图3所示,一种气浮导轨模组,包括底座1、位于底座1上的电机以及能够沿底座1长度方向进行运动的气浮组4;电机包括定子2与动子3,定子2上设置有连续的磁体5,动子3为导电线圈绕组,气浮组4通过面板7与动子3相连。
在本实施例中,将物体放置在面板7上,当需要实现物体的运动时,动子3通电,通电后,动子3在磁体5产生的磁场中产生磁场力,磁场力会驱动动子3沿底座1长度方向进行运动,在气浮组4作用下,动子3会带动面板7进行运动,从而实现物体的运动。
具体地,底座1上设有凹槽6,定子2位于凹槽6内。
在本实施例中,磁体5沿定子2长度方向等间隔分布,等间隔分布的磁体5会形成等间隔的磁场,使动子3能够在连续的磁场内受到磁场力,保持运动稳定性。
具体地,在本实施例中,气浮组4分别位于底座1上端面、下端面以及侧面,多个气浮组4的存在,能够更好地带动面板7进行运动,保证面板7运动的精度。
具体而言,气浮组4包括气浮块与气浮接头,气浮块位于底座1上,面板7通过气浮接头与气浮块连接。
在本实施例中,底座1一侧设置有读数头8,另一侧设置有光电开关9,读数头8能够对动子3的位移量进行展示,而光电开关9能够监测动子3是否到达该位置。
进一步地,底座1下方设置有支脚10。
总而言之,本发明在底座1、电机以及气浮组4的配合作用下,实现了面板7的直线运动,这种直线运动是无摩擦和无振动的平滑移动,具有运动精度高、清洁无污染等特点,并且本发明体积小,能够在测量仪器、精密器械中得到广泛应用。

1.一种气浮导轨模组,其特征在于,包括底座、位于所述底座上的电机以及能够沿所述底座长度方向进行运动的气浮组;所述电机包括定子与动子,所述定子上设置有连续的磁体,所述动子为导电线圈绕组,所述气浮组通过面板与所述动子相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气浮导轨模组,其特征在于,所述底座上设有凹槽,所述定子位于所述凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气浮导轨模组,其特征在于,所述磁体沿所述定子长度方向等间隔分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气浮导轨模组,其特征在于,所述气浮组分别位于所述底座上端面、下端面以及侧面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种气浮导轨模组,其特征在于,所述气浮组包括气浮块与气浮接头,所述气浮块位于所述底座上,所述面板通过所述气浮接头与所述气浮块连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种气浮导轨模组,其特征在于,所述底座一侧设置有读数头,另一侧设置有光电开关。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种气浮导轨模组,其特征在于,所述底座下方设置有支脚。
