the repairing mechanism (3) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (1), the base surface derusting mechanism (2) is arranged right above the repairing mechanism (3), and the base surface derusting mechanism (2) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (1);
the repairing mechanism (3) comprises a lifting column (300), a sliding sleeve seat (301), a turbine (302), a worm (303), a lifting hand wheel (304), a rotating frame (305), a clamping arm rod (306), a fan-shaped cylinder seat (307), a double-shaft cylinder (308), an operation cylinder (309), a push rod (310), a poking plate (311), an annular chuck (312), a rotating wheel (313), an auxiliary panel (314), a fixed support rod (315), a motor support frame (316), a motor (317), a spiral filling rod (318) and a cement box (319); the lifting column (300) is installed on the lifting mechanism (1), the sliding sleeve seat (301) is installed on the outer ring of the lifting column (300) in a rolling fit mode, the middle of the sliding sleeve seat (301) is provided with a turbine (302) in a movable connection mode, a worm (303) is arranged right above the turbine (302), the worm (303) is installed on the sliding sleeve seat (301) through a bearing, a lifting hand wheel (304) is arranged at one end shaft head of the worm (303), and the worm (303) and the turbine (302) are in meshed movement;
