Abstract

本发明公开了一种燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布制备方法以及应用,使用温和的水解方法从燕窝中分离得到完整的可结晶的唾液酸;将结晶唾液酸放置于20‑35摄氏度的蒸馏水搅拌机构中,均匀搅拌;使用精确到每平方毫克喷涂设备对无纺布进行喷涂;再过长12米且温度为132摄氏度的烘箱烘干。本发明解决了N‑乙酰神经氨酸的萃取问题,并研发了N‑乙酰神经氨酸与母婴滋护品的结合应用,用于燕窝纸尿裤可以过滤病毒、抑制细菌;用于婴幼儿燕窝辅食可以增强大脑发育、提高记忆力;用于女性燕窝滋补品可以抵抗衰老、守护青春;用于燕窝洗护品可以美容养颜、促进再生;用于女性私处护理品可以抗菌消炎缩阴紧致。

技术领域
本发明涉及本发明涉及N-乙酰神经氨酸(燕窝酸)的提取技术领域,尤其涉及N-乙酰神经氨酸(燕窝酸)在母婴滋护品领域的结合应用,具体是一种燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布制备方法以及应用。
背景技术
母婴滋护品领域缺乏集滋补+护理为一体的产品,如传统纸尿裤偏重排泄物管理,从而忽视了对婴幼儿私处的滋养性,N-乙酰神经氨酸的融入能让纸尿裤发挥过滤病毒,抑菌消炎等滋养功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布制备方法以及应用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)采用温和的水解方法从燕窝中分离得到完整的可结晶的燕窝酸;
(2)取100克结晶的燕窝酸,然后放置于5000毫升20-35摄氏度的蒸馏水中,使用搅拌装置搅拌均匀,得到含量为2%的燕窝酸溶液;
(3)准备2%燕窝酸溶液、喷涂设备、一卷25克弱酸热风无纺布,将含量为2%的燕窝酸溶液(5000毫升溶液)加入喷涂设备中,喷涂设备将其均匀喷洒到25克弱酸热风无纺布的使用面,从而得到整卷潮湿燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的整卷潮湿燕窝酸弱酸无纺布使用烘箱烘干,烘箱温度控制在132摄氏度,烘干后即得到燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(1)中燕窝酸可食用,食用量为:≤500毫克/天。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(1)中燕窝酸的保存条件为:放置于容器内,容器密闭,置于干燥、远离直射光线和通风良好的地方。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(3)中25克弱酸热风无纺布表面燕窝酸含量控制在4%。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(3)中喷涂设备的喷涂精度精确到每平方米毫克。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤(4)中烘箱采用十二米的平板式烘箱。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布可应用于母婴滋护用品领域中纸尿裤的制作。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例
一种燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)采用温和的水解方法从燕窝中分离得到完整的可结晶的燕窝酸;
(2)取100克结晶的燕窝酸,然后放置于5000毫升20-35摄氏度的蒸馏水中,使用搅拌装置搅拌均匀,得到含量为2%的燕窝酸溶液;
(3)准备2%燕窝酸溶液、喷涂设备、一卷25克弱酸热风无纺布,喷涂设备的喷涂精度精确到每平方米毫克,将含量为2%的燕窝酸溶液(5000毫升溶液)加入喷涂设备中,喷涂设备将其均匀喷洒到25克弱酸热风无纺布的使用面,25克弱酸热风无纺布表面燕窝酸含量控制在4%,从而得到整卷潮湿燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的整卷潮湿燕窝酸弱酸无纺布使用烘箱烘干,烘箱采用十二米的平板式烘箱,烘箱温度控制在132摄氏度,烘干后即得到燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布。
上述步骤制得的燕窝酸可食用,食用量为:≤500毫克/天;且燕窝酸的保存条件为:放置于容器内,容器密闭,置于干燥、远离直射光线和通风良好的地方。
本发明的方案中得到的燕窝酸(又叫N-乙酰神经氨酸、唾液酸)可与母婴滋护品的结合应用:采用燕窝酸制得的燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布可用于燕窝纸尿裤制作,可以过滤病毒、抑制细菌;同时,燕窝酸也可用于婴幼儿燕窝辅食,可以增强大脑发育、提高记忆力;用于女性燕窝滋补品,可以抵抗衰老、守护青春;用于燕窝洗护品,可以美容养颜、促进再生;用于女性私处护理品,可以抗菌消炎缩阴紧致。

Claims (8)

1.一种燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)采用温和的水解方法从燕窝中分离得到完整的可结晶的燕窝酸;
(2)取100克结晶的燕窝酸,然后放置于5000毫升20-35摄氏度的蒸馏水中,使用搅拌装置搅拌均匀,得到含量为2%的燕窝酸溶液;
(3)准备2%燕窝酸溶液、喷涂设备、一卷25克弱酸热风无纺布,将含量为2%的燕窝酸溶液(5000毫升溶液)加入喷涂设备中,喷涂设备将其均匀喷洒到25克弱酸热风无纺布的使用面,从而得到整卷潮湿燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的整卷潮湿燕窝酸弱酸无纺布使用烘箱烘干,烘箱温度控制在132摄氏度,烘干后即得到燕窝酸弱酸热风无纺布。
