The high incidence of campylobacter diarrhoea, coupled with its course and possible fatal sequelae, makes this disease of great importance from a socioeconomic point of view. According to the national food safety standard of China, the culture and detection of campylobacter need to provide a microaerophilic environment with 5% oxygen concentration for the campylobacter. The food safety standard also covers a plurality of anaerobic bacteria such as shigella, clostridium botulinum, bifidobacterium, clostridium perfringens and the like, and the optimal gas environment for anaerobic bacteria culture is an anaerobic environment with 0% oxygen concentration, so a good microaerophilic and anaerobic bacteria culture tool is needed in a vast food safety detection mechanism. Compared with the conventional aerobic culture tool such as a constant temperature incubator, the tool needs a special sealed and airtight cavity design, and avoids the possibility of gas exchange and air leakage in the culture process; so that the tools can ensure that the tools can provide a constant microaerophilic or anaerobic environment for the culture of campylobacter and anaerobe with the help of the gas pumping replacement tool or the anaerobic catalyst. The sealing operation efficiency is low: at present, in a sealing mode, after cultures need to be placed into the tank body and the tank cover at each time, the sealing clamps connected with the tank body and the tank cover are manually clamped one by one, usually, 4 sealing clamps are arranged, 4 operations are needed, and the operation efficiency is reduced.
Poor control of microaerophilic gas environment: microaerophilic bacteria such as campylobacter and the like need to be controlled in a gas environment with a specific trace oxygen concentration, and air with 20% oxygen concentration is mixed into the anaerobic tank due to poor sealing performance of the original tank body, so that more oxygen enters the anaerobic tank, and a specific accurate oxygen concentration is not formed in the final tank body.
The market needs an anaerobic culture tank which can accurately control the gas environment with specific trace oxygen concentration and has good tightness, and the invention solves the problems.
