Abstract
The invention provides a temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of polyoxyethylene-polyoxybutylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer, 5-10 parts of an allyl alcohol complex, 1-10 parts of fumed silica, 1-10 parts of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 1-10 parts of dodecyl mercaptan, 10-20 parts of N, N ' -methylene bisacrylamide, 1-10 parts of N, N, N ', N ' -tetramethyl ethylene diamine, 1-10 parts of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and 2-8 parts of calcium nitrate; 1-5 parts of 2-ethyl anthraquinone and 2-10 parts of compound I. The temperature-sensitive color-changing adhesive tape has the color-changing temperature of 60-100 ℃, does not change color at normal temperature, and can change color only by being processed at the temperature higher than 55 ℃.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pressure-sensitive adhesives, and relates to a temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Background
With the continuous iteration updating of electronic products, consumer electronics and automotive electronics gradually move to the directions of high-frequency large current, low power consumption, low cost and thinness, and the power inductor has the advantages of high production speed, high automation degree and stable electrical property and is widely used in electronic products; one of the earliest examples of removable pressure sensitive adhesives is masking tape. The original application of masking tape was to protect the paint coating when painting the vehicle body. Masking tapes were developed to peel cleanly from the vehicle body without damaging the fresh paint coating. Because the fresh paint layer needs to be subjected to the paint baking procedure, the paint baking procedure can not be simultaneously used for baking the whole body of the vehicle one by one, sometimes operators have omission, and the problem of manual omission can be effectively avoided by attaching the shielding adhesive tape of the temperature-sensitive color-changing adhesive tape.

And then, under the protection of nitrogen, dropwise adding polyoxypropylene alcohol into excessive diisocyanate while stirring (the molar ratio of (-NCO to-OH groups is 2:1), adding a small amount of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate, controlling the reaction temperature at 90-100 ℃, stopping heating after 1h of reaction, cooling and discharging to obtain the allyl alcohol complex.

The invention relates to a temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, which is prepared by putting the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape into coating equipment and coating the double surfaces or the single surface of a substrate. The base material is one of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and polyimide film with the base material of 10-140 mu m.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
1. the temperature-sensitive color-changing adhesive tape has the color-changing temperature of 60-100 ℃, does not change color at normal temperature, and can change color only by being processed at the temperature higher than 55 ℃.
2. The viscosity change of the invention in secondary use is extremely small, so the invention is suitable for multiple use.
3. The pressure-sensitive adhesive has moderate viscosity and stripping degree, temperature change performance and convenient use.

The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. The invention provides a temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive which comprises the following components: isooctyl acrylate, polyoxyethylene-polyoxybutylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer, allyl alcohol complex, fumed silica, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, dodecyl mercaptan, N, N ' -methylene bisacrylamide, N, N, N ', N ' -tetramethylethylenediamine, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, calcium nitrate, 2-ethylanthraquinone and compound I.
The preparation method of the allyl alcohol complex comprises the following steps: firstly, the polyoxypropylene alcohol is vacuumized and dehydrated for 30min at the temperature of 120 ℃. And then, under the protection of nitrogen, dropwise adding polyoxypropylene alcohol into excessive diisocyanate while stirring (the molar ratio of (-NCO to-OH groups is 2:1), adding a small amount of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate, controlling the reaction temperature at 90-100 ℃, stopping heating after 1h of reaction, cooling and discharging to obtain the allyl alcohol complex.
Temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesives prepared by the formulations in the following tables were then coated on a substrate to prepare temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes of examples 1 to 12. The temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive of the specific embodiment has the following formula:
adding isooctyl acrylate, polyoxyethylene-polyoxybutylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer, an allyl alcohol complex, fumed silica, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, dodecyl mercaptan, N, N ' -methylene bisacrylamide, N, N, N ', N ' -tetramethyl ethylenediamine, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, calcium nitrate, 2-ethyl anthraquinone and a compound I into a container, uniformly stirring, cooling to 0-5 ℃, stirring at a constant temperature for 20-50min, stirring at a speed of 45 revolutions per minute, standing and recovering to normal temperature to prepare the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive, putting the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive into coating equipment, and coating the double surfaces or the single surface of a base material to prepare the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
The coating mode of the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive of the embodiments 1, 3 and 5 is strip coating, and the coating area is 30-80% of the area of the common adhesive.
The coating method of the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive of the embodiments 2, 4 and 6 is grid-shaped coating, and the coating area is 30-80% of the area of the common adhesive.
The coating method of the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive of the embodiments 7, 8 and 9 is grid-shaped coating, and the coating area is 30-80% of the area of the common adhesive.
The coating method of the temperature-sensitive color-changing pressure-sensitive adhesive of the embodiments 10, 11 and 12 is full-coverage coating, and the coating area is 100% of the area of the common adhesive.

as can be seen from the above examples, examples 1 to 12 have excellent temperature-sensitive discoloration properties, and also have outstanding advantages in terms of viscosity and peel force and repeated use, particularly in examples 3 and 12, as compared with comparative examples 1 to 12.
In addition, in examples 1 to 9, incomplete coating was performed, which not only saves materials, but also does not degrade the performance of the adhesive tape.
