The invention discloses high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof film glue which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylic acid glue, 5-10 parts of tackifying resin, 0.15-0.6 part of curing agent and 50-90 parts of solvent; the acrylic acid glue is prepared by reacting the following components in parts by weight: 26-30 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 3-5 parts of acrylic acid, 0.5-1 part of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 5-10 parts of methyl acrylate, 53-65 parts of ethyl acetate and 0.5-1 part of azodiisobutyronitrile; the solvent is selected from one or more of ethyl acetate, toluene and butanone, and the tackifying resin is hydrogenated resin. The invention also provides a high-viscosity yellowing-resistant adhesive tape prepared from the glue. The high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof film glue is colorless and transparent in appearance, and can still ensure enough peeling force according to different coating thicknesses; under the condition of high-temperature aging, the appearance is not yellowed, and the stripping force is not attenuated basically.

Technical Field

With the development of the technology, the application range and the usage amount of the display screen are more and more; because the outer layer glass of the display screen is easy to scrape after being used for a long time, and the glass is easy to break under external force and has hidden danger to the safety of users, an explosion-proof membrane for protecting the screen is needed, and the acrylate which is used for playing a role in bonding is an important part in the composition of the explosion-proof membrane. Generally, when the acrylate is high in viscosity, some resin is added, so that the appearance is not colorless and transparent, and the high-temperature yellowing resistance effect is poor. Therefore, a high-viscosity anti-yellowing rupture membrane glue is urgently needed.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof membrane glue to solve the defects of low viscosity of acrylate glue, yellow colloid color after high temperature or sunlight irradiation and poor die cutting performance in the prior art.

the solvent is selected from one or more of ethyl acetate, toluene and butanone, and the tackifying resin is hydrogenated resin.
Further, the curing agent is composed of 0.1-0.5 part of isocyanate curing agent and 0.05-0.1 part of epoxy curing agent.
Further, the hydrogenated resin is a colorless transparent granular perhydrogenated rosin resin.
Further, the reaction conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 65-70 ℃, and the reaction time is 10 h.
Further, the solid content of the obtained acrylic acid glue is 35-47%, and the weight-average molecular weight is 50-80 ten thousand.
The invention also provides a high-viscosity yellowing-resistant adhesive tape which comprises a substrate, a glue layer coated on the substrate and a release film attached to the glue layer, wherein the glue layer is obtained by coating the high-viscosity yellowing-resistant anti-explosion film with glue.
Further, the substrate is PET.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-viscosity yellowing-resistant adhesive tape, which comprises the following steps: respectively adding the acrylic acid glue, the tackifying resin, the solvent and the curing agent in the formula into a stirring barrel, stirring uniformly, standing for defoaming, coating the mixture on the surface of PET by using a comma scraper process, heating at 80-120 ℃ for 1-5 minutes, drying to obtain a glue layer, then attaching a release film to the surface of the glue layer, and ensuring no bubbles, thereby obtaining the high-viscosity yellowing-resistant adhesive tape.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof membrane glue, hydrogenated resin is selected as tackifying resin, unsaturated bonds are avoided, the high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof membrane glue has the advantages of light color, excellent oxidation resistance, good heat resistance and the like, and the stripping force can be improved.
2. The high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof film glue is colorless and transparent in appearance, and can still ensure enough peeling force according to different coating thicknesses; under the condition of high-temperature aging, the appearance is not yellowed, and the stripping force is not attenuated basically.
3. Compared with the common acrylic glue, the high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof membrane glue has the advantages of long synthesis heat preservation time, low initiator residue and high monomer conversion rate of over 99 percent.

The embodiment provides high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof membrane glue which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylic glue, 100D 8 parts of hydrogenated rosin pentaerythritol ester, 0.1 part of isocyanate curing agent, 0.05 part of epoxy curing agent, 30 parts of ethyl acetate and 30 parts of toluene.
The acrylic acid glue is prepared by reacting the following components in parts by weight: 26 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 3 parts of acrylic acid, 0.5 part of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 5 parts of methyl acrylate, 65 parts of ethyl acetate and 0.5 part of azobisisobutyronitrile;
the synthesis process of the acrylic acid glue comprises the following steps: the monomer and the solvent (ethyl acetate) are heated to 65-70 ℃, and the initiator (azobisisobutyronitrile) is dripped for 10 hours, so that the acrylic glue with the solid content of 35% and the molecular weight of 50-80 ten thousand can be obtained.
Example 2
The embodiment provides high-viscosity yellowing-resistant explosion-proof membrane glue which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylic acid glue, 5100F 8 parts of hydrogenated rosin pentaerythritol ester, 0.5 part of isocyanate curing agent, 0.1 part of epoxy curing agent, 30 parts of ethyl acetate and 30 parts of toluene.
The acrylic acid glue is prepared by reacting the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 5 parts of acrylic acid, 1 part of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 10 parts of methyl acrylate, 53 parts of ethyl acetate and 1 part of azobisisobutyronitrile;
the synthesis process of the acrylic acid glue comprises the following steps: the monomer and the solvent (ethyl acetate) are heated to 65-70 ℃, and the initiator (azobisisobutyronitrile) is dripped for 10 hours, so that the acrylic glue with the solid content of 47% and the molecular weight of 50-80 ten thousand can be obtained.

the synthesis process of the acrylic acid glue comprises the following steps: the monomer and the solvent (ethyl acetate) are heated to 65-70 ℃, and the initiator (azobisisobutyronitrile) is dripped for 10 hours, so that the acrylic acid glue with the solid content of 41.6 percent and the molecular weight of 50-80 ten thousand can be obtained.
Example 4
