If the elevator entered by the user is not the target elevator arranged for the user by the control system, the user is reminded of entering the wrong elevator and the transfer is carried out in time. Specifically, in some embodiments, corresponding reminder information may be generated to remind a user whether to enter an elevator, and the reminder information is displayed on a display device within the elevator. Namely, a display panel is arranged beside the internal acquisition equipment in the elevator or on the internal acquisition equipment so as to display the reminding information. And corresponding reminding information can be generated to remind a user whether to enter the elevator, and the reminding information is sent to the mobile phone of the user for displaying. Of course, it can be understood that when the elevator arrives at the target floor, an arrival prompt can be sent to the user to prompt the user to get off the elevator at any time, and the arrival prompt can be realized by a short message or an online instant message.
As can be seen from the above, the elevator dispatching device provided in the embodiment of the present application acquires the request information of the user to take the elevator, which is acquired by the external acquisition device of the elevator group; arranging a target elevator for the user according to the request information of the user and generating reminding information comprising an elevator identifier of the target elevator to remind the user; acquiring identification information of a user acquired by internal acquisition equipment of each elevator; judging whether the user enters a scheduled target elevator or not according to the identification information, and generating corresponding reminding information to remind the user whether to enter the elevator or not; therefore, the elevator can be dispatched, the operation efficiency of the elevator can be improved, a user is prevented from directly contacting with an elevator button, the infection of germs is reduced, the user can be reminded whether to enter the elevator or not in time, and the time waste caused by the fact that the elevator is mistakenly missed is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the present disclosure provides an electronic device 3, including: the processor 301 and the memory 302, the processor 301 and the memory 302 being interconnected and communicating with each other via a communication bus 303 and/or other form of connection mechanism (not shown), the memory 302 storing a computer program executable by the processor 301, the computer program being executable by the processor 301 when the computing device is running to perform the method in any of the alternative implementations of the above embodiments when the processor 301 executes the computer program to perform the following functions: acquiring request information of a user waiting to take an elevator, which is acquired by external acquisition equipment of the elevator group; arranging a target elevator for the user according to the request information of the user and generating reminding information comprising an elevator identifier of the target elevator to remind the user; acquiring identification information of a user acquired by internal acquisition equipment of each elevator; and judging whether the user enters the arranged target elevator or not according to the identification information, and generating corresponding reminding information to remind the user whether to enter the elevator or not.
An embodiment of the present application provides a storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program performs a method in any optional implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment to implement the following functions: acquiring request information of a user waiting to take an elevator, which is acquired by external acquisition equipment of the elevator group; arranging a target elevator for the user according to the request information of the user and generating reminding information comprising an elevator identifier of the target elevator to remind the user; acquiring identification information of a user acquired by internal acquisition equipment of each elevator; and judging whether the user enters the arranged target elevator or not according to the identification information, and generating corresponding reminding information to remind the user whether to enter the elevator or not. The storage medium may be implemented by any type of volatile or nonvolatile storage device or combination thereof, such as a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), an Electrically erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), an erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic Memory, a flash Memory, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (10)

1. An elevator dispatching method for dispatching an elevator group including a plurality of elevators, said method comprising the steps of:
acquiring request information of a user waiting to take an elevator, which is acquired by external acquisition equipment of the elevator group;
arranging a target elevator for the user according to the request information of the user and generating reminding information comprising an elevator identifier of the target elevator to remind the user;
acquiring identification information of a user acquired by internal acquisition equipment of each elevator;
and judging whether the user enters the arranged target elevator or not according to the identification information, and generating corresponding reminding information to remind the user whether to enter the elevator or not.
2. The elevator dispatching method of claim 1, wherein the step of scheduling a target elevator for the user based on the user's request information comprises:
acquiring target floor information of the user according to the request information of the user;
obtaining operating condition information of each elevator of the elevator group;
and arranging a target elevator for the user according to the target floor information and the running condition information.
3. The elevator dispatching method of claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining operating condition information for each of the elevators of the elevator group comprises:
acquiring running direction information and floor information of each elevator in the elevator group;
obtaining information on the number of users for each of the elevators of the elevator group to be scheduled.
4. The elevator dispatching method of claim 1, wherein the step of scheduling a target elevator for the user based on the user's request information comprises:
acquiring target floor information and weight information of the user according to the request information of the user;
obtaining operating condition information of each elevator of the elevator group;
and arranging a target elevator for the user according to the target floor information, the weight information and the running condition information.
5. The elevator dispatching method according to claim 1, wherein the internal acquisition device is a card reader for interacting with an electronic device of a user or an access card, and the external acquisition device is a card reader for interacting with an electronic device of a user or an access card.
6. The elevator dispatching method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating corresponding reminder information to remind the user whether to proceed with the elevator comprises:
and generating corresponding reminding information to remind a user whether to enter the elevator, and displaying the reminding information on a display device in the elevator.
7. The elevator dispatching method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating corresponding reminder information to remind the user whether to proceed with the elevator comprises:
and generating corresponding reminding information to remind a user whether to enter an elevator, and sending the reminding information to a mobile phone of the user for displaying.
8. An elevator dispatching device for dispatching an elevator group including a plurality of elevators, said device comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring request information of a user waiting to take the elevator, which is acquired by external acquisition equipment of the elevator group;
the arrangement module is used for arranging a target elevator for the user according to the request information of the user and generating reminding information comprising the elevator identifier of the target elevator so as to remind the user;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the identification information of the user acquired by the internal acquisition equipment of the elevator;
and the reminding module is used for judging whether the user enters the arranged target elevator or not according to the identification information and generating corresponding reminding information to remind the user whether to enter the elevator or not.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, said memory storing computer readable instructions which, when executed by said processor, perform the steps of the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
