Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of continuous casting in steel production, in particular to a dummy bar head for a hollow round billet and a continuous casting machine.
Background
With the development of the iron and steel industry, iron and steel enterprises pay more and more attention to energy conservation and consumption reduction, and the near-net-shape continuous casting technology can save energy and reduce the investment and production cost of the subsequent process, wherein the hollow round billet continuous casting technology is one of the technologies. At present, seamless steel tube manufacturers mainly adopt a method of solid round billet → perforation → oblique rolling pierced billet → continuous rolling tube → reduction and sizing to produce seamless steel tubes, if the blanks are made into hollow round billets, the perforation procedure can be omitted, the investment of tube-penetrating equipment and the production cost are reduced, and the method has great economic benefits for iron and steel enterprises. Because the shape of the hollow round billet is different from that of the conventional continuous casting, the center of the casting billet is hollow, and no special dummy bar head exists at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dummy bar head for a hollow round billet and a continuous casting machine, which aim to realize the purpose of matching the dummy bar with the hollow round billet.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a mounting groove 11 is provided at a connection end surface of the dummy bar head body 10 and the connection piece 20; the connecting piece 20 further comprises an annular plate 22 and a lower rib plate 23, wherein the upper rib plate 21 is arranged on one side of the annular plate 22, the lower rib plate 23 is arranged on the other side of the annular plate 22, and the lower rib plate 23 is correspondingly matched with the mounting groove 11.
The installation groove 11 is arranged to fix the lower rib plate 23 into the installation groove 11, so that the connecting piece 20 and the dummy bar head body 10 can be fixed conveniently. Meanwhile, the annular plate 22 is of a circular ring structure, the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the annular plate correspond to those of the dummy bar head body 10 one by one, and the annular plate 22 is arranged to be matched with the dummy bar head body 10, so that dummy bar operation can be conveniently carried out on the hollow round blank.
Preferably, the number of the mounting grooves 11 is multiple, the mounting grooves 11 are uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting end surface, each mounting groove 11 is a cross-shaped groove, the shape of the lower rib plate 23 is matched with that of the mounting groove 11, and the number of the lower rib plates 23 is the same as that of the mounting grooves 11.

The lengths and depths of the first groove and the second groove are set to be different numerical value ranges, so that the lower rib plate 23 has directionality when being used for plugging the mounting groove 11, and the centering of the connecting piece 20 is facilitated. In the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting grooves 11 are four to eight groups, and more or fewer groups of mounting grooves 11 may be provided according to different requirements.
Further, the outer periphery of the dummy bar head body 10 is provided with a mounting hole 12 for fixing the lower rib plate 23, and the mounting hole 12 is communicated with the mounting groove 11. The mounting holes 12 are radial through holes, two mounting holes 12 are symmetrically arranged at the lower end of each mounting groove 11, pin holes are arranged at the lower ends of the lower rib plates 23, and when the lower rib plates 23 are inserted into the mounting grooves 11, pins can be inserted into the lower rib plates 23 through the mounting holes 12, so that the lower rib plates 23 are fixedly connected with the mounting grooves.
As shown in fig. 3, the other end of the dummy head body 10 is provided at its outer circumference with a pin connecting through hole 13 extending in a radial direction. The pin shaft connecting through hole 13 can be connected with the transition section through a pin shaft, the periphery of the pin shaft connecting through hole 13 is chamfered by 6-12 mm, and the dummy bar head body 10 can be used repeatedly.
It should be noted that the outer diameter of the section of the dummy bar head body 10 is 400-1000 mm, the inner diameter is 200-500 mm, the inner diameter of the dummy bar head body 10 is 6-14 mm larger than the diameter of the lower opening of the inner crystallizer, and the outer diameter of the dummy bar head body 10 is 7-15 mm smaller than the diameter of the lower opening of the outer crystallizer.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper rib plates 21 are provided in plurality and are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the annular plate 22. The upper rib plates 21 arranged at intervals are arranged to be poured together with one end of the hollow round billet through the upper rib plates 21, so that the traction strength is increased during dummy ingot casting, and the separation of the upper rib plates and the hollow round billet during dummy ingot casting is avoided.
The connecting member 20 is installed on the dummy bar head body 10 before preparation for casting, and plays a role in condensing molten steel and connecting the dummy bar head body 10, and the connecting member 20 is a disposable article.
The upper rib plate 21 comprises a main rib plate 211 and two rib plates 212, the main rib plate 211 is perpendicular to the annular plate 22, and the two rib plates 212 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the main rib plate 211 and are connected with the main rib plate 211. The main rib plate 211 and the two rib plates 212 are arranged, so that the strength of the main rib plate 211 is increased through the two rib plates 212, and the dummy ingot operation is safer.
In the embodiment of the invention, the main rib plate 211 and the two rib plates 212 are provided with at least one pouring through hole. The through holes are poured, so that molten steel can be fully contacted and condensed with the upper rib plate 21, and the blank drawing operation can be completed satisfactorily. The diameter of the pouring through holes is 10-25 mm, and the hole interval is 30-60 mm.
In the embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the annular plate 22 is 10-18 mm, 6-10 groups of upper rib plates 21 are arranged and uniformly distributed at intervals along the annular plate 22. Of course, the number of the upper rib plates 21 can be changed according to different requirements.
The dummy bar head body 10 and the connecting piece 20 are both steel structures, so that the strength of the whole part can be increased, and the damage to the dummy bar head body 10 and the connecting piece 20 can be avoided.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a continuous casting machine, which comprises a dummy bar head and a transition section, wherein the dummy bar head is used for the hollow round billet, and the dummy bar head is connected with the transition section.
During the concrete operation, a dummy bar head for the hollow round billet is connected to a dummy bar through a transition section, the connecting piece 20 is installed on the dummy bar head body 10 in advance, when the casting is prepared, the dummy bar head body 10 is sent into the crystallizer, and a gap between the connecting piece 20 and the crystallizer is sealed by asbestos ropes and the like; because the upper rib plate 21 is arranged on the connecting piece 20, molten steel enters the crystallizer after casting and the connecting piece 20 is solidified into a casting blank head, and the casting blank with the formed blank shell is led out of the crystallizer through the casting blank head; after passing through the withdrawal and straightening unit, the head of the casting blank is cut off by a flame cutting machine, the head of the casting blank enters the dummy bar storage device along with the dummy bar head body 10, the pin shaft for connecting the connecting piece 20 and the dummy bar head body 10 is taken out at the dummy bar storage position, the head of the casting blank and the connecting piece 20 can be lifted and transported away, the connecting piece 20 is disposable, and the dummy bar head body 10 can be recycled for multiple times.
