The pipe cleaning apparatus for oil transportation having a leakage preventing function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the moving assembly comprises a moving pipe (4), two power units and at least three connecting blocks (5), the moving pipe (4) is coaxial with the connecting pipe (1), the inner diameter of the moving pipe (4) is larger than the outer diameter of the connecting pipe (1), the connecting pipe (1) penetrates through the moving pipe (4), the inner wall of the moving pipe (4) is provided with an annular groove, the annular groove is coaxial with the connecting pipe (1), the connecting blocks (5) are circumferentially and uniformly distributed in the annular groove by taking the axis of the connecting pipe (1) as the center, the connecting block (5) is made of iron, the two power units are respectively arranged at the two ends of the moving pipe (4), the power unit drives the moving pipe (4) to move along the axial direction of the connecting pipe (1).
