the anti-freezing mechanism comprises a connecting shaft (3), a stirring plate (2), a first gear (20), a second gear (21), fan blades (14), a driving shaft (15), a supporting component, a limiting component, a sliding sleeve (18), a second spring (19), a buffer plate (17) and two mounting bearings (12), wherein the connecting shaft (3) is perpendicular to a supporting net (7), the connecting shaft (3) is connected with the inner wall of a main body (8) through the two mounting bearings (12), the top end of the connecting shaft (3) is fixedly connected with a turntable (4), the stirring plate (2) is parallel to the connecting shaft (3), the stirring plate (2) is arranged inside the water tank (1), the height of the stirring plate (2) is greater than that of the water tank (1), the middle part of the top end of the stirring plate (2) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the connecting shaft (3), the driving shaft (15) and an air inlet pipe (25) are coaxially arranged, the driving shaft (15) is connected with an air inlet pipe (25) through a supporting component, the fan blades (14) are arranged inside the air inlet pipe (25), one end of the driving shaft (15) is fixedly connected with the fan blades (14), the other end of the driving shaft (15) is fixedly connected with the first gear (20), the second gear (21) is arranged on the connecting shaft (3), the first gear (20) is meshed with the second gear (21), the sliding sleeve (18) is arranged coaxially with the drive shaft (15), the drive shaft (15) passes through the sliding sleeve (18), the sliding sleeve (18) is connected with the driving shaft (15) in a sliding way, the sliding sleeve (18) is connected with the driving shaft (15) through a limiting component, the second spring (19) is sleeved on the driving shaft (15), and the sliding sleeve (18) is fixedly connected with one end, close to the first gear (20), of the driving shaft (15) through the second spring (19).

The spray tower with high efficiency and antifreezing function as defined in claim 1, wherein the main body (8) is provided with a control box, the control box is provided with a PLC inside, the control box is provided with a display screen and at least two control buttons, and the display screen and each control button are electrically connected to the PLC.

The spray tower with the anti-freezing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting assembly comprises a connecting sleeve (13), a connecting rod (10) and a first spring (11), the axis of the connecting sleeve (13) is perpendicular to the support net (7), the connecting sleeve (13) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main body (8), the connecting rod (10) is coaxially arranged with the connecting sleeve (13), the connecting rod (10) passes through the connecting sleeve (13), the connecting rod (10) is slidably connected with the connecting sleeve (13), the first spring (11) is sleeved on the connecting rod (10), the bottom end of the connecting rod (10) is fixedly connected with the support net (7) through the first spring (11), and the first spring (11) is in a stretching state.

The spray tower with high efficiency and antifreezing function as defined in claim 1, wherein the limiting component comprises a limiting groove (24) and a limiting block (16), the limiting block (16) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the sliding sleeve (18), the limiting groove (24) is disposed at one side of the driving shaft (15), the length of the limiting groove (24) is less than that of the driving shaft (15), the limiting block (16) is matched with the limiting groove (24), and the limiting block (16) is disposed inside the limiting groove (24).

The spray tower with high efficiency and anti-freezing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support assembly comprises a support rod (23) and a support bearing (22), an inner ring of the support bearing (22) is fixedly connected with the drive shaft (15), and an outer ring of the support bearing (22) is fixedly connected with the air inlet pipe (25) through the support rod (23).
6. The spray tower with high efficiency and antifreezing function as defined in claim 1, wherein at least two through holes are uniformly distributed on said stirring plate (2).
7. The spray tower with high efficiency and anti-freezing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the support net (7) is stainless steel.
8. The spray tower with high efficiency and anti-freezing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rubber pad is provided on one side of the buffer plate (17) adjacent to the air inlet pipe (25).
9. The spray tower with high efficiency and antifreezing function as defined in claim 1, wherein said agitating plate (2) is coated with an anticorrosive coating.
10. The spray tower with high efficiency and anti-freezing function as claimed in claim 3, wherein a limiting disc is provided on the bottom end of the connecting rod (10).
