Background
The chalcogenide glass has unique advantages as an infrared lens material, has high processing efficiency, can be precisely molded, is improved by more than 10 times compared with diamond turning, and has the raw material cost of 1/3 of germanium single crystal. At present, optical lens manufacturers clean lenses after manufacturing chalcogenide glass lenses (usually manufactured by die casting) so as to ensure the cleanliness of the lenses.
The traditional cleaning method is to soak the chalcogenide glass lens in alkaline liquid medicine, and ultrasonic wave is adopted to keep micro bubbles in the liquid medicine vibrating during the heating process, so that the fatigue damage of a dirt layer is caused and the lens is refuted.
However, when the above cleaning method is used, the alkali solution often permeates into the chalcogenide glass lens due to the vibration of the ultrasonic wave, which causes a problem that the chalcogenide glass lens is corroded. In addition, heating can promote the cleaning efficiency of the alkaline chemical, but also easily causes the problem of discoloration of chalcogenide glass lenses.

Further, the cleaning method further comprises the following steps: step 7, cleanliness inspection: and (3) carrying out cleanliness inspection on the surface of the chalcogenide glass lens without scratches, storing if the surface is not dirty, and carrying out the steps 1-6 again if the surface is dirty.
Further, in the step 2, the cleaning jig is sequentially placed in four cleaning tanks containing alkaline liquid medicine.
Further, in the step 2, the cleaning time of the four cleaning tanks with the alkaline liquid medicine is 30-90 s.
Further, in the step 4, the cleaning jig is sequentially placed in five cleaning tanks having pure water.
Further, in the step 4, the cleaning time of the five cleaning tanks with pure water is 60 to 120 s.
Further, the cleaning method is carried out at a constant temperature of 20-26 ℃.
Further, the cleaning jig includes: support and a plurality of support bar, a plurality of support bar are the mode of one row and fix on the support, the both sides of support bar all have a plurality of constant head tanks, and the constant head tank of two adjacent support bars aligns each other in step 1, the chalcogenide glass lens is placed between the constant head tank of two adjacent support bars.
Further, the supporting bars are made of teflon materials.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the effects that: the chalcogenide glass lens cleaned by the cleaning method can not only completely clean dirt on the surface, but also avoid the corrosion of alkaline liquid medicine on the surface of the chalcogenide glass lens and ensure the product quality because the alkaline liquid medicine cleaning and the ultrasonic pure water cleaning are carried out separately.
In addition, in the whole process of the cleaning method, the chalcogenide glass lenses are not heated, the traditional drying mode is adopted instead of the drying mode, and the whole process is carried out in a constant-temperature environment, so that the problem of color change of the chalcogenide glass lenses can be effectively solved.
