Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gluing equipment, in particular to gluing equipment with a host machine and a standby machine which are standby mutually and a control method.
Background
In general, in an automobile assembly workshop, in order to prevent a set of gluing equipment from breaking down to cause the shutdown of the whole production line, two sets of gluing equipment, namely a main machine and a standby machine, are generally arranged, meanwhile, in order to reduce the equipment investment cost, the main machine is an automatic gluing equipment, the standby machine is a manual gluing equipment (with a slightly slow beat) as shown in fig. 1, therefore, in normal time, in order to ensure the smooth production, only the main machine is started for production, in order to improve the starting rate, the main machine is provided with two glue barrels of A/B (which can be switched at any time), the standby machine is provided with one glue barrel, the standby machine is mainly used for temporary corresponding production when the main machine breaks down, because the failure rate of the main machine is low, the glue in the standby machine glue barrel is only used for discharging glue, the quality guarantee period of the glass glue at the inlet of the standby machine glue barrel is generally half a year, the time of offshore transportation, the time of closing reporting and the like is deducted, the remaining validity period is about 3 months on site, about, therefore, the rest glass cement can not be switched to other equipment), 4 barrels of glass cement are consumed to perform the cement discharging every year, more waste is caused (only half barrels of glass cement are needed all the year in actual cement discharging), and the overdue glass cement scrapping treatment cost is high.
Therefore, there is a need for a glue dispensing device with a main machine and a glue barrel of a backup machine that can be used as backup for each other, which not only reduces waste, but also satisfies urgent needs.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a glue spreading apparatus with a main machine and a standby machine as backup and a control method thereof, which can reduce the waste of glue barrels of the standby machine and meet the urgent need of the main glue spreading apparatus when the main glue spreading apparatus fails.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gluing device with a host machine and a standby machine which are mutually standby, comprising:
the main glue spreading equipment comprises a main glue barrel, a main glue pumping pump, a main glue dividing joint, a main metering pump and a main gun head, wherein the main glue pumping pump is arranged on the main glue barrel and used for pumping glue liquid in the main glue barrel;
the standby gluing equipment comprises a standby glue barrel, a standby glue pumping pump, a standby glue dividing joint, a standby metering pump and a standby gun head, wherein the standby glue pumping pump is arranged on the standby glue barrel and used for pumping glue liquid in the standby glue barrel;
the main gluing equipment is communicated with the standby gluing equipment through two-way rubber pipes, and two-way valves switched according to the flow direction are arranged between the two-way rubber pipes;
liquid level detection devices for detecting the positions of the glue solutions are respectively arranged on the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel;
the main metering pump, the main glue pumping pump, the standby glue pumping pump and the standby metering pump are respectively and electrically connected with the control system, and the two-way valve and the liquid level detection device are respectively and electrically connected with the control system; the liquid level detection device feeds back the glue amount in the main glue barrel or the standby glue barrel to the control system respectively, and the control system controls the opening of the two-way valve according to the received glue barrel liquid level condition, so that the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel of the main gluing equipment and the standby gluing equipment are switched in a standby mode.
Preferably, one end of the bidirectional rubber pipe is connected with a main rubber distribution joint, and a heating wire is arranged at the joint of the bidirectional rubber pipe and the main rubber distribution joint; the other end of the bidirectional rubber pipe is connected with a standby rubber distributing joint, and a heating wire is arranged at the joint of the standby rubber distributing joint.
Preferably, the number of the main glue barrels is at least one, each main glue barrel is correspondingly provided with a main glue pumping pump, and when the number of the main glue barrels is two or more, the glue pumping pumps arranged on the main glue barrels are respectively connected with the main glue distributing joint through rubber pipes.
Preferably, the gluing equipment further comprises a rubber tube supporting device, and the bidirectional rubber tube is hung on the rubber tube supporting device.
Preferably, the two-way valve is a two-way solenoid valve and is electrically connected with the control system.
Preferably, the rubber tube supporting device comprises a supporting platform and a rubber tube bracket, and the rubber tube bracket is arranged on the lower surface of the supporting platform.
Preferably, the number of the hose supports is at least one, and when the number of the hose supports is two or more, the hose supports are arranged on the lower surface of the supporting platform in parallel at even intervals.
Preferably, the liquid level detection device includes dipperstick and sensor, the sensor sets up on the dipperstick that predetermined liquid level corresponds, and when the liquid level descends to predetermined detection position, the sensor signals, and the glue pump that receives the signal stops working.
Preferably, the control system further comprises an operation screen, and a button for manually switching the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel is arranged on the operation screen.
The invention also provides a control method of the gluing equipment with the host machine and the standby machine as the standby machines, the gluing equipment with the host machine and the standby machine as the standby machines is powered on and carries out self-checking,
if the main gluing equipment and the standby gluing equipment are both self-checked normally, the control system starts a gluing mode of the main gluing equipment, at the moment, a liquid level detection device of a main glue barrel detects the liquid level of the main glue barrel, a liquid level detection device of a standby glue barrel detects the liquid level of the standby glue barrel, and if the liquid level of the main glue barrel is larger than a set value, the control system starts the main glue barrel to supply glue to a main gun head; if the liquid level of the main glue barrel is less than the set value, the control system starts a standby glue barrel to supply glue to the main gun head;
if the self-check of the main gluing equipment is abnormal or breaks down suddenly, the self-check of the standby gluing equipment is normal, the control system starts a gluing mode of the standby gluing equipment, at the moment, a liquid level detection device of the main gluing barrel detects the liquid level of the main gluing barrel, a liquid level detection device of the standby gluing barrel detects the liquid level of the standby gluing barrel, and if the liquid level of the standby gluing barrel is greater than a set value, the control system starts the standby gluing barrel to supply glue to the standby gun head; if the liquid level of the standby glue barrel is smaller than the set value, the control system starts the glue barrel of the main glue barrel to supply glue to the standby gun head.
Preferably, when the main glue barrel supplies glue to the main gun head, the two-way valve is in a closed state, and glue solution flows from the main glue barrel to the main gun head of the main gluing device;
when the standby glue barrel supplies glue to the main gun head; the two-way valve is in an open state, and the glue solution flows from the standby glue barrel to the main gun head of the main gluing equipment;
when the standby glue barrel supplies glue to the standby gun head, the two-way valve is in a closed state, and the glue solution flows from the standby glue barrel to the standby gun head of the standby gluing equipment;
the main glue barrel and the glue barrel supply glue to the standby gun head, the two-way valve is in an opening state, and glue liquid flows from the main glue barrel to the standby gun head of the standby gluing equipment.
Preferably, the two-way valve is of an automatic control type, and the glue solutions of the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel can be automatically switched for standby.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the gluing equipment with the main machine and the standby machine as the standby machines, the main gluing equipment and the standby gluing equipment are connected through the bidirectional rubber pipe, the bidirectional valve is arranged at the bidirectional rubber pipe, so that the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel corresponding to the main gluing equipment and the standby gluing equipment can be mutually used, the glue solution in the standby glue barrel is fully utilized before expiration, when the main gluing equipment fails, the control system starts the standby metering pump, and the corresponding main glue pumping pump or standby glue pumping pump is started according to the liquid level feedback condition of the liquid level detection device, so that when the main gluing equipment fails, the whole gluing production line can still work normally, the waste of the glue solution in the standby glue barrel is reduced, and the processing cost of the glue solution is reduced.
2. According to the gluing equipment with the main machine and the standby machine as standby, one end of the bidirectional rubber pipe is connected with the main glue-distributing joint, and the joint of the bidirectional rubber pipe and the main glue-distributing joint is provided with the heating wire; the other end of the bidirectional rubber pipe is connected with the standby rubber distribution joint, a heating wire is arranged at the joint of the standby rubber distribution joint, and the rubber pipe is ensured to be normally and continuously heated by the heating wire, so that the rubber solution is prevented from being hardened.

the main gluing equipment 1 comprises a main gluing barrel, a main glue pumping pump, a main glue distributing joint 15, a main metering pump 16 and a main gun head 17, wherein the main glue pumping pump is arranged on the main gluing barrel and used for pumping glue liquid in the main gluing barrel, the main glue distributing joint 15 is connected with a glue outlet of the main glue pumping pump, the main metering pump 16 is connected with the main glue distributing joint 15, and the main gun head 17 is connected with a glue outlet of the main metering pump 16;
the standby gluing equipment 2 comprises a standby glue barrel 21, a standby glue pumping pump 22, a standby glue dividing joint 23, a standby metering pump 24 and a standby gun head 25, wherein the standby glue pumping pump 22 is arranged on the standby glue barrel 21 and used for pumping glue in the standby glue barrel 21;
the main gluing equipment 1 is communicated with the standby gluing equipment 2 through two-way rubber pipes 3, and two-way valves 4 which are switched according to the flow direction are arranged between the two-way rubber pipes 3;
the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel 21 are respectively provided with a liquid level detection device 6 for detecting the position of glue solution, so that a basis is provided for switching between the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel 21;
the control system, main measuring pump 16, main glue pump and reserve glue pump 22, reserve measuring pump 24 respectively with control system electric connection, two-way valve 4 with control system electric connection for main glue barrel and reserve glue barrel 21 that main gluing equipment 1 and reserve gluing equipment 2 correspond can use each other, treat that the glue solution in reserve glue barrel 21 is by abundant utilization before overdue, when main gluing equipment 1 broke down, control system launches reserve measuring pump 22, starts corresponding main glue pump or reserve glue pump 22, when guaranteeing main gluing equipment rubber coating trouble like this, whole rubber coating production line still can normally work, has reduced the waste of the glue solution in the reserve glue barrel, and the treatment cost of glue solution.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, one end of the bidirectional rubber hose 3 is connected with a main rubber-distributing joint 15, and a heating wire is arranged at the joint of the bidirectional rubber hose and the main rubber-distributing joint 15; the other end of the bidirectional rubber tube 3 is connected with the standby rubber distribution joint 23, and a heating wire is arranged at the joint of the standby rubber distribution joint 23, so that the rubber tube is ensured to be normally and continuously heated, and the rubber solution is prevented from being hardened.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the number of the main glue barrels is at least one, each main glue barrel is correspondingly provided with one main glue pump, and when the number of the main glue barrels is two or more, the glue pumps arranged on the main glue barrels are respectively connected with the main glue distribution joint 15 through glue tubes.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the two-way valve 4 is a two-way solenoid valve and is electrically connected to the control system.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the gluing device further includes a hose supporting device 5, and the bidirectional hose 3 is hung on the hose supporting device 5 to provide support for the bidirectional hose 3, so as to prevent the bidirectional hose 3 from contacting the ground or being laid randomly, thereby causing unsafe factors to a production site, and simultaneously enabling a pipeline layout of the production site to be neat and beautiful.
Referring to fig. 2, the hose supporting device 5 includes a supporting platform 51 and a hose support 52, the hose support 52 is disposed on a lower surface of the supporting platform 51, in this embodiment, the supporting platform 51 is a steel plate inherent to a site, the hose support 52 is a U-shaped member, and the bidirectional hose 3 passes through the U-shaped inner cavity.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, at least one hose support 52 is provided, and when two or more hose supports are provided, the hose supports are arranged in parallel on the lower surface of the support platform 51 at even intervals, and in this embodiment, at least four hose supports 52 are provided to provide stable support for the bidirectional hose 3.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the liquid level detection device 6 comprises a measuring ruler and a sensor, the sensor is arranged on the measuring ruler corresponding to the preset liquid level, when the liquid level drops to the preset detection position, the sensor sends out a signal, and the glue pump receiving the signal stops working.
The invention also provides a control method of the gluing equipment with the host machine and the standby machine as the standby machines, the gluing equipment with the host machine and the standby machine as the standby machines is powered on and carries out self-checking,
if the main gluing equipment 1 and the standby gluing equipment 2 both perform self-checking normally, the control system starts a gluing mode of the main gluing equipment, at the moment, the liquid level detection device 6 of the main gluing barrel detects the liquid level of the main gluing barrel, the liquid level detection device 6 of the standby gluing barrel 21 detects the liquid level of the standby gluing barrel 21, and if the liquid level of the main gluing barrel is greater than a set value, the control system starts the main gluing barrel to supply glue to a main gun head; if the liquid level of the main glue barrel is less than the set value, the control system starts a standby glue barrel to supply glue to the main gun head;
if the main gluing equipment 1 is abnormal in self-checking or breaks down suddenly, the standby gluing equipment 2 is normal in self-checking, the control system starts a gluing mode of the standby gluing equipment, at the moment, the liquid level detection device 6 of the main gluing barrel detects the liquid level of the main gluing barrel, the liquid level detection device 6 of the standby gluing barrel 21 detects the liquid level of the standby gluing barrel 21, and if the liquid level of the standby gluing barrel 21 is larger than a set value, the control system starts the standby gluing barrel 21 to supply glue to the standby gun head; if the liquid level of the standby glue barrel is smaller than the set value, the control system starts the glue barrel of the main glue barrel to supply glue to the standby gun head.
As a preferred embodiment, when the main glue barrel supplies glue to the main gun head, the two-way valve 4 is in a closed state, and the glue solution flows from the main glue barrel to the main gun head 17 of the main gluing device;
when the standby glue barrel supplies glue to the main gun head; the two-way valve 4 is in an open state, and the glue solution flows from the standby glue barrel 21 to the main gun head 17 of the main gluing equipment 1;
when the standby glue barrel supplies glue to the standby gun head, the two-way valve 4 is in a closed state, and the glue solution flows from the standby glue barrel 21 to the standby gun head 25 of the standby gluing equipment 2;
the main glue barrel supplies glue to the standby gun head, the two-way valve 4 is in an open state, and the glue solution flows from the main glue barrel to the standby gun head 25 of the standby gluing equipment 2.
Specifically, when the main glue barrel supplies glue to the main gun head, and the two-way valve 4 is in a closed state, the glue solution flows from the main glue barrel to the main gun head 17 of the main gluing device, when the liquid level detection device 6 detects that the residual liquid level of the main glue barrel is lower than a set value, the liquid level detection device 6 feeds back a signal to the control system, the control system sends an opening signal to the two-way valve 4, meanwhile, the control system sends a closing signal to the main glue pump and a starting signal to the standby glue pump 22, and the glue solution flows from the standby glue barrel 21 to the main gun head 17 of the main gluing device; at the moment, the main glue barrel can be replaced or glue solution is injected into the main glue barrel, when the liquid level detection device 6 of the main gluing equipment detects that the glue solution in the main glue barrel is higher than a set value, the liquid level detection device 6 feeds back a signal to the control system, the control system sends a closing signal to the two-way valve 4, meanwhile, the control system sends an opening signal to the main glue pump and a closing signal to the standby glue pump 22, and the glue solution flows from the main glue barrel to the main gun head of the main gluing equipment;
when the main glue barrel supplies glue to the standby gun head in a glue supplying mode, when the liquid level detection device 6 detects that the residual liquid level of the standby glue barrel 21 is lower than a set value, the liquid level detection device 6 feeds back a signal to the control system, the control system sends an opening signal to the two-way valve 4, and glue flows to the standby gun head 25 of the standby glue coating equipment from the main glue barrel.
As a preferred embodiment, the two-way valve 4 is of an automatic control type, and the glue solutions of the main glue barrel and the standby glue barrel 21 can be automatically switched to be standby each other.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the main glue spreading device 1 is provided with two main glue barrels, namely a first main glue barrel 11 and a second main glue barrel 13,
when the main gluing equipment is in a gluing mode: the first main glue pumping pump 12, the second main glue pumping pump 14 and the standby glue pumping pump 22 are set to have consistent priority levels, the three glue pumping pumps can realize automatic switching and can be automatically interlocked with the main metering pump 16 and the standby metering pump 24, because the main glue coating equipment 1 is set to have a high beat, the main metering pump 16 is set to be prior to the standby metering pump 2 in the production mode of the main glue coating equipment, glass glue enters the gun head 17 through the main metering pump 16 to complete glue coating, and glue discharging of the main glue coating equipment 1 can be completed in the production mode of the main glue coating equipment;
gluing mode of standby gluing equipment: when the liquid level detection device 6 detects that the residual liquid level of the standby glue barrel 21 is lower than the set value, the liquid level detection device 6 feeds back a signal to the control system, the control system sends an opening signal to the two-way valve 4, and the glue solution flows to the standby gun head 25 of the standby gluing equipment 2 from the first main glue barrel 11 or the second main glue barrel 13. When the standby gluing equipment 2 discharges glue, the standby metering pump 24 is set to be prior to the main metering pump 16, glass glue can be extracted from any one of the first main glue barrel 11, the second main glue barrel 13 and the standby glue barrel 21 with enough glue, and quantitative glue discharge is carried out through the standby metering pump 24, so that waste of glue materials is avoided.
