Abstract
The invention relates to the field of crushers and discloses an eccentric roller type crusher, which comprises a rack, an eccentric rotor, an integral arc-shaped crushing wall and an adjusting device, wherein the integral arc-shaped crushing wall and the adjusting device are installed on the rack; the ear seat is connected with the frame; the arc crushing wall and the eccentric rotor form a crushing cavity, and the adjusting device is used for adjusting the size of the ore discharge port of the crusher. The invention structurally adopts the convex shaft and the integral arc-shaped crushing wall to be connected into a whole, and compared with the prior art which adopts a structure that the pin shaft penetrates through the side plate of the frame body from the outer side and is inserted into the cantilever pin shaft in the arc-shaped crushing wall, the invention has more reasonable stress, and the required pin shaft and related parts have smaller sizes and higher reliability when bearing the same crushing force.

In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the eccentric roller type crusher comprises a frame 1, an eccentric rotor 2, an integral arc-shaped crushing wall 3 and an adjusting device 4, wherein the integral arc-shaped crushing wall 3 is mounted on the frame 1, the integral arc-shaped crushing wall 3 comprises an arc-shaped crushing wall 5 and an ear seat 7, and the arc-shaped crushing wall 5 is rotatably connected with the ear seat 7 through a convex shaft 6; the ear seat 7 is connected with the frame 1; the arc-shaped crushing wall 5 and the eccentric rotor 2 form a crushing cavity 9, and the adjusting device 4 is used for adjusting the size of a mine discharge opening of the crusher.
As shown in figure 5, the rack 1 comprises a rack side plate I1-1, a cross beam I1-3 and a rack side plate II 1-2, wherein the rack side plate I1-1 is connected with the rack side plate I1-2 through the cross beam I1-3. The upper parts of the first rack side plate 1-1 and the second rack side plate 1-2 are L-shaped, the upper parts of the first rack side plate 1-1 and the second rack side plate 1-2 comprise an upright part and a flat plate part, the left side of the upright part is provided with the upright side plate 1-4, the upper surface of the flat plate part is provided with a horizontal plate 1-5, and the upright side plate 1-4 and the horizontal plate 1-5 are both provided with bolt holes.
The ear seat 7 comprises a first ear seat and a second ear seat, the first ear seat is connected with the first rack side plate 1-1, and the second ear seat is connected with the second rack side plate 1-2. The first ear seat and the second ear seat are symmetrical to each other, and the first ear seat and the second ear seat are provided with ear seat holes 7-5 which are matched with the protruding shaft 6 in size.

The integral arc-shaped crushing wall 3 is also provided with a plurality of crushing wall inclined plates, and the crushing wall side plates and the crushing wall transverse plates are respectively and fixedly connected with the crushing wall inclined plates. The arc-shaped crushing wall is stably supported by the longitudinal and transverse cross fixed connection among the crushing wall side plates, the crushing wall transverse plates and the crushing wall inclined plates.
The convex shaft 6 and the arc-shaped crushing wall 5 can be of an integral structure; the protruding shaft 6 can also be a long shaft and is inserted into the arc-shaped crushing wall 5 in a penetrating way, and the shaft length exposed at the two ends of the protruding shaft 6 is matched with the length of the ear seat hole of the ear seat.

When the equipment is installed, the first rack side plate 1-1 and the second rack side plate 1-2 are fixed on a base or a foundation, then the first rack side plate 1-1 and the second rack side plate 1-2 are connected into an integral frame through the cross beams 1-3, the integral rigidity of the rack 1 is guaranteed, and then the integral arc-shaped crushing wall 3 is connected with the rack 1, so that the installation is convenient. When the whole arc-shaped crushing wall 3 is replaced or needs to be maintained, the whole crushing wall 3 can be lifted out by only disassembling the bolt assembly 10, and the maintenance is fast.
