The energy consumption can be reduced, and the problem of long-distance delivery of fire extinguishing agents such as water mist and the like is effectively solved. In addition, the hydraulic system is controlled by electric power to drive the turbofan to rotate, so that the hidden mounting danger can be effectively avoided, and the potential safety hazard brought by the high-temperature and high-pressure environment of the engine when the extinguishing agent is sprayed by the vehicle body engine in the prior art is avoided. In addition, the turbofan can effectively generate large-flow positive pressure air supply in the rotating process, and the large-flow positive pressure air supply can effectively change the fire direction of a fire scene, so that the fire behavior is effectively controlled, and the fire extinguishing capability of the fire engine is improved;

the liquid supply mechanism is connected with the fan shell 3, and sprays a fire extinguishing mixture consisting of water and fire extinguishing foam to the air outlet of the turbofan cannon 1, and the fire extinguishing mixture is sprayed to a fire point under the driving of the turbofan cannon 1; the liquid supply mechanism includes: as shown in fig. 3, the foam mixing proportional valve 4 includes: the adjusting valve 5 is communicated with a liquid supply pipeline of the fire extinguishing foam, and the opening degree of the valve of the adjusting valve 5 is adjusted through an adjusting handle so as to control the flow of the fire extinguishing foam passing through the adjusting valve 5; and the mixing chamber 6 is respectively communicated with the liquid outlet of the regulating valve 5 and a water conveying pipeline, and the mixing chamber 6 conveys the fire extinguishing mixture to the air outlet of the turbofan cannon 1 through a diffusion pipe 7. The liquid supply mechanism of the fire extinguishing cannon of the fire fighting truck can also provide fire extinguishing media consisting of water and foam, namely water and B-type foam liquid, the foam mixed liquid is output through a fire fighting foam proportioning mixer and a pipeline, and fire extinguishing operation is carried out through a jet device such as a turbofan cannon, so that the fire extinguishing effect of the fire fighting truck is further improved, and meanwhile, reignition of ignition points is prevented. The foam mixing proportional valve 4 is a ring pump type, also called a negative pressure type mixer, and can effectively adjust the flow rate of the foam liquid and set the foam mixing ratio, and usually the preset mixing ratio of the foam is set to 3%. Through above-mentioned structure can realize the intensive mixing of water and foam effectively, improve the fire extinguishing ability of fire engine. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the liquid supply mechanism further includes: the spraying pipeline 19 is communicated with the diffusion pipe 7, the spraying pipeline 19 is of an annular structure and is arranged along the outer contour edge of the air outlet of the fan shell 3; a spray head assembly 20 disposed in a length direction of the spray line 19, the spray head assembly 20 including: a first nozzle 21 located at an end of the infusion pipeline, and a plurality of second nozzles 25 disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the infusion pipeline; the first nozzle 21 and the second nozzle 25 are provided with a plurality of nozzles, and the first nozzle 21 and the second nozzle 25 are arranged obliquely toward the air outlet direction of the fan housing 3. By increasing the outlet aperture of the turbofan cannon 1, additionally arranging the first nozzles 21 positioned at the center of the end part of the infusion pipeline and increasing the number of the second nozzles 25 on the peripheral wall of the infusion pipeline, the flow of water mist sprayed out of the fire extinguishing cannon can be effectively increased, so that the spray coverage area is larger, and the fire extinguishing effect is improved;
a turbofan lifting control mechanism 8, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the turbofan lifting control mechanism 8 is connected with the turbofan cannon 1 to drive the turbofan cannon 1 to lift along the vertical direction thereof; turbofan lift control mechanism 8 includes: the turbofan cannon 1 is mounted on the lifting platform 10; the lifting frame comprises at least two sliding plates 11, and the adjacent sliding plates 11 are provided with a storage position overlapped under the driving of a hydraulic system 23 and an opening position which is driven to be far away and staggered to extend and retract towards the vertical direction of the fire fighting truck; the two lifting frames are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lifting platform 10, and the lifting platform 10 is driven to slide on the sliding plate 11 and slides along the length direction of the sliding plate 11. Through the crane that goes up and down under hydraulic system 23 drive and the lifting platform 10 of driven ground slip setting on above-mentioned crane, can drive turbofan big gun 1 steadily and reliably and rise or descend, make the fire engine can adapt to different service behavior to make turbofan big gun 1 aim at the ignition source center accurately.
The turbofan pitching control mechanism is connected with the turbofan cannon 1 and drives the turbofan cannon 1 to perform pitching motion so as to control the turbofan cannon 1 to align to the center of a fire source; the turbofan cannon 1 is hinged on a fixed base 14 through a hinge shaft 12; the turbofan pitch control mechanism comprises: one end of the driving rod 13 is connected with the fixed base 14, and the other end of the driving rod is connected with the turbofan cannon 1 to drive the turbofan cannon 1 to perform pitching motion; and the limiting component is arranged on the fixed base 14 and is positioned on the rotating path of the turbofan cannon 1 so as to limit the maximum rotating angle of the turbofan cannon 1. The driving rod 13 is a hydraulic push rod controlled by a hydraulic system 23, and the limiting component is a baffle arranged at the rotation end position of the turbofan cannon 1. The structure can effectively control the pitching action of the turbofan cannon 1, so that the turbofan cannon 1 is accurately aligned to the center of a fire source;
the turbofan rotating control mechanism 9 is, as shown in fig. 7, the turbofan rotating control mechanism 9 is connected with the turbofan cannon 1, and drives the turbofan cannon 1 to rotate along the horizontal direction thereof so as to control the turbofan cannon 1 to align to the center of the fire source. The turbofan cannon 1 is mounted on the fixed base 14; the turbofan rotation control mechanism 9 includes: the rotating disc 15 is arranged on the fixed base 14 and used for driving the fixed base 14 to rotate along the horizontal direction of the fire fighting truck; the transmission chain 16 is sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the rotating disc 15, and the rotating disc 15 and the transmission chain 16 are respectively provided with transmission teeth and tooth grooves which are mutually matched; and the driving piece 17 drives the transmission chain 16 to rotate through the driving gear 18. The drive 17 is a hydraulic motor controlled by a hydraulic system 23. Through the turbofan rotation control mechanism 9, the turbofan can stably realize the integral rotation of 360 degrees, so that the turbofan cannon 1 is accurately aligned to the center of a fire source. Moreover, the hydraulic system 23 can effectively ensure the rotation precision of the turbofan cannon 1;
an automatic aiming mechanism comprising: the device comprises a video image acquisition unit, a detector control unit and an extinguishing gun control mechanism; the video image acquisition unit collects video information of an ignition point and sends the video information of the ignition point to the detector control unit, the detector control unit processes the video information of the ignition point and carries out data interaction with the fire truck and the fire extinguishing gun control mechanism respectively, and the fire extinguishing gun control mechanism controls the fire extinguishing gun to aim at the ignition point. The automatic aiming mechanism can realize automatic correction so as to accurately aim the ignition point, and the positioning angle is calculated by adopting a gradual approaching positioning mode. As the target moves towards the center of the image, its distortion approaches 0 progressively, eventually driving the turbofan cannon 1 to achieve a satisfactory position.
Of course, the application of the present invention is not limited to the way of adjusting the valve opening of the foam mixing proportional valve 4, and in other embodiments, the adjusting valve 5 is driven by a motor to rotate, so as to more precisely adjust the valve opening of the foam mixing proportional valve 4 to control the flow of the fire extinguishing foam passing through the adjusting valve 5.
Of course, the setting mode of the lifting frame is not limited in the application of the present invention, and in other embodiments, the lifting frame may also be a hydraulic driving rod, and the hydraulic driving rod is driven by the hydraulic system 23 to extend and contract to control the lifting action of the lifting platform 10.
