Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to lubricants, and particularly provides a medical lubricant.
Background
The medical lubricant is a water gel, a mucilage and mineral oil which provide auxiliary lubrication for various instruments in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment or operation, and is mainly used for lubricating an intubation tube or an endoscope of a natural cavity of a human body, lubricating an operation suture, lubricating gynecological examination instruments, lubricating an anastomat and the like.
In order to clinically confirm various intracavity diseases, various cavity endoscopes are widely used, and during the process that the medical instruments (such as endoscopes, colposcopes, cervical clamps, medical catheters and other diagnostic instruments) enter the cavities of human bodies, a proper amount of lubricant is often required to be coated on the surfaces of the medical instruments so as to reduce the damage of the instruments to the tissues of the human bodies. The lubricant is required to play a certain anesthetic effect firstly, has no corrosion to a mirror body, good self stability, small irritation to a patient, no toxicity or side effect, and has the effects of anesthesia, disinfection, defoaming and the like on the surface of the mucosa of the cavity.
At present, in clinical practical application, the lubricant for the endoscope of the cavity has single performance, and mostly adopts silicone oil, glycerol, liquid paraffin and the like, but the medicines only have the lubricating effect, do not have local anesthesia and good lubricating property, and are difficult to accept by patients. In clinical use, the silicone oil is found to be unevenly dispersed, the preparation is sticky, poor and uneven in water solubility and insufficient in transparency, and after the silicone oil is used, the silicone oil is easy to form block-solid sticky substances which are attached to the walls of digestive tracts and the like and can shield focus parts instead, so that the inspection accuracy or omission is influenced.
