Example 4
The foam skin-cleaning towel of the embodiment is a non-woven fabric loaded with a face-cleaning agent, and the face-cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8% of ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate aqueous solution, 1% of ammonium lauryl sulfate aqueous solution, 5% of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-acrylamide copolymer, 2% of carbomer, 5% of pearlescent flake, 0.5% of citric acid, 0.3% of isothiazolinone, 0.001% of essential oil, 3% of cocamidopropyl betaine and the balance of water. The mass fraction of the ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate in the ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate aqueous solution is 70 percent. The mass fraction of ammonium dodecyl sulfate in the ammonium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution is 70%.

The foam skin-cleaning towel of the embodiment is a non-woven fabric loaded with a face-cleaning agent, and the face-cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15% of ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate aqueous solution, 8% of ammonium lauryl sulfate aqueous solution, 3% of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-acrylamide copolymer, 0.1% of carbomer, 8% of pearlescent piece, 0.1% of citric acid, 0.2% of octyl paraben, 0.01% of essential oil, 10% of cocoamidopropyl betaine and the balance of water. The mass fraction of the ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate in the ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate aqueous solution is 70 percent. The mass fraction of ammonium dodecyl sulfate in the ammonium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution is 70%.

Example 6
The foam skin-cleaning towel of the embodiment is a non-woven fabric loaded with a face-cleaning agent, and the face-cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 9% of ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate aqueous solution, 10% of ammonium lauryl sulfate aqueous solution, 1% of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-acrylamide copolymer, 5% of carbomer, 10% of pearlescent flake, 0.8% of citric acid, 0.1% of octyl paraben, 0.015% of essential oil, 6% of cocamidopropyl betaine and the balance of water. The mass fraction of the ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate in the ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate aqueous solution is 70 percent. The mass fraction of ammonium dodecyl sulfate in the ammonium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution is 70%.

2) the nonwoven fabric was cut into square pieces having a size of 20X 20 cm. And (3) soaking the cut non-woven fabric in a face cleaning agent for 1 hour to obtain the face cleaning agent.
Test examples
1. Determination of soil-Release ability
The test method comprises the following steps:
(1) the skin is divided into regions of about 6cm area on face2. The skin image was recorded with a dermatoscope polarized light mode.
(2) The foam skin cleansing sheet of example 1 was gently wiped 3 times, folding the foam skin cleansing sheet once per wiping, then wiping the other side, and recording the skin image after cleaning in a skin mirror polarized light mode and comparing it with the skin image before cleaning, as shown in fig. 1(a) and 1 (B).
(3) After 15min, the skin was washed clean, exposed to room temperature air for 1h in a calm state, and the skin image at this time was recorded in a skin mirror polarized light mode and compared with the skin image before cleaning, as shown in fig. 2(C) and 2 (D).
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the foam skin cleaning towel can rapidly remove various dirt on the surface of the skin. After being washed clean, the pH value of the skin can be kept normal, the skin barrier is less damaged, and the image of local flora is smaller. The skin is glossy and smooth after use and is not dry.
2. Degreasing, dispersing, foaming, tightening, easy-to-rinse test
The subjects consisted of 13, including 8 females and 5 males, aged between 20-40 years, all with intermediate dry skin.
The subjects were all tested using the products of examples 1-6. The subjects were scored for defatting, dispersibility, foamability, tautness, and ease of rinsing, with a full score of 5, and the results of the test were obtained by averaging the scores of 13 subjects, and are shown in table 1.

Claims (10)
1. The foam skin cleaning towel is characterized by being non-woven fabric loaded with a face cleaning agent, wherein the face cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-15% of lauryl alcohol ether ammonium sulfate aqueous solution, 1-10% of lauryl ammonium sulfate aqueous solution, 0.1-5% of cationic ammonium salt, 0.1-5% of carbomer, 1-10% of pearly luster sheet, 0.05-1% of pH regulator, 0.01-0.8% of preservative, 0.001-0.3% of essential oil, 1-10% of cocamidopropyl betaine and the balance of water.
2. The foam skin cleansing towel of claim 1, wherein said cationic polyammonium salt is a dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-acrylamide copolymer.
3. The foam skin cleansing towel of claim 1, wherein said pH adjusting agent is citric acid.
4. The foam skin cleansing wipe of claim 1 wherein said preservative is a paraben or an isothiazolinone.
5. The foam skin cleansing towel of claim 1, wherein the mass fraction of ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate in the aqueous solution of ammonium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate is 70%.
6. The foam skin cleansing wipe as set forth in claim 1 wherein the aqueous solution of ammonium lauryl sulfate has a mass fraction of ammonium lauryl sulfate of 70%.
7. A process for making a foam skin cleansing wipe as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) mixing the lauryl alcohol ether ammonium sulfate aqueous solution, the lauryl ammonium sulfate aqueous solution, the cationic ammonium salt, carbomer, the pearly luster sheet, the pH regulator, the preservative, the essential oil, the cocamidopropyl betaine and water according to the formula ratio to prepare the face cleaning agent;
2) the non-woven fabric is arranged in the cleanser for soaking or the cleanser is atomized and sprayed on the non-woven fabric.
8. The process for preparing a foam skin cleansing towel according to claim 7, wherein the non-woven fabric is cut into square pieces before being soaked in the cleansing agent or the cleansing agent is atomized and sprayed on the non-woven fabric.
9. The process of making a foam skin cleansing wipe according to claim 7 or 8 wherein said nonwoven fabric arrangement is soaked in a cleanser for a soaking time of 1 to 2 hours.
10. The process for preparing the foam skin-cleaning towel according to claim 1, wherein the face-cleaning agent is atomized and sprayed on the non-woven fabric and then dried by using a drying oven, wherein the drying temperature is 50-70 ℃, and the drying time is 0.1-10 min.
