As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 6 together, a multifunctional base suitable for a floor-mopping robot further includes a charging assembly 5 for charging the floor-mopping robot; the charging assembly 5 comprises a charging assembly main body 51 and a charging electrode 52, wherein the charging assembly main body 51 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the cleaning layer 11; the charging electrode 52 is electrically connected to the charging assembly main body 51, and the charging electrode 52 is installed in the stay layer 12 for charging the mopping robot located in the stay layer 12. The multifunctional base suitable for the mopping robot provides a solution for automatically cleaning the wiping cloth for the mopping robot and adding water to the water tank of the robot, and also integrates a charging system, so that an integrated base which is portable and integrates multiple functions is formed.
In the present embodiment, the charging electrode 52 is provided on the upper end face of the second separator 16.
In the present embodiment, the charging-unit main body 51 includes a charging device such as a secondary battery or a disposable battery as long as a discharging function can be realized by the charging electrode 52.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 8, the base main body 1 is provided with an infrared guider 15 for guiding the floor mopping robot to move to a designated position. The infrared guide 15 has a guiding function.
In this embodiment, the infrared guide 15 is fixedly attached to the lifting frame 32. The infrared guider 15 guides the sweeping robot to move to the lifting frame 32 and stops after reaching a specified position, and at the moment, the infrared guider 15 can play a role in buffering.
The invention also provides a mopping assembly suitable for the mopping robot, please refer to fig. 10 to 12, the mopping assembly suitable for the mopping robot comprises an electromagnetic box 6, a wiping cloth body 7 and an onboard water tank 8, the electromagnetic box 6 is arranged at the rear part of the mopping robot body, and an electromagnet for generating magnetic force is arranged in the electromagnetic box 6; the wiping cloth body 7 is used for cleaning the ground, is arranged below the electromagnetic box 6 and is connected with the electromagnetic box 6 through magnetic force; the wiping cloth body 7 is provided with a connecting hole 9 which penetrates through the wiping cloth body 7 along the up-down direction; the airborne water tank 8 is arranged on the electromagnetic box 6, and a water outlet for wetting the wiping cloth body 7 is arranged on the airborne water tank 8; the onboard water tank 8 is provided with a water inlet 82.
Based on above-mentioned technical scheme, when mopping the normal work of robot (mopping), the electromagnetism box 6 that is located robot main part rear portion will automatic switch to operating condition, inside electro-magnet has magnetism promptly, the wiping body 7 will be adsorbed by this moment and be fixed in on the electromagnetism box 6, the wiping body 7 realizes mopping the ground function along with mopping the motion of robot, thereby simultaneously by mopping the ground 8 delivery ports of robot-carried water tank of robot automatic control will soak the wiping cloth at regular time and quantity and simulate the process of mopping the ground of people to realize better cleaning function.
When the mopping robot enters the designated position inside the multifunctional base suitable for the mopping robot and the wiping cloth body 7 needs to be cleaned, the electromagnetic box 6 is switched to the cleaning state, namely the electromagnet inside is not magnetic, at the moment, the wiping cloth body 7 falls onto the cleaning component 2 of the multifunctional base suitable for the mopping robot under the action of gravity, and the cleaning process of the wiping cloth body 7 is started.
Specifically, when the wiping body 7 falls on the cleaning assembly 2, the connecting hole 9 is fixedly connected with the traction column 23, so that the wiping body 7 can move synchronously along with the movement of the belt 22.
Compared with the prior art, the mopping assembly suitable for the mopping robot adopts an electromagnetic fixing system, namely, the automatic fixing and separating process of the electromagnetic box 6 and the wiping cloth body 7 is realized by a mode that the wiping cloth body 7 is attracted by the electromagnet arranged in the electromagnetic box 6, so that the labor cost is effectively saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the onboard water tank 8 is provided with a water tank upper cover 81 for covering the water inlet of the onboard water tank 8.
When the floor mopping robot executes the water adding process, the onboard water tank 8 automatically opens the upper water tank cover 81, the water inlet 82 of the onboard water tank 8 is located right below the water outlet end 41 of the water tank 4, the water tank 4 injects water into the onboard water tank 8, the water injection is stopped when the water injection reaches the preset amount, the onboard water tank 8 closes the upper water tank cover 81, and the water adding process is finished.
In the present embodiment, the electromagnetic box 6 is made of a magnetism-attracting metal or alloy such as iron or cobalt, and the specific material of the electromagnetic box 6 is not limited as long as it has magnetism-attracting property.
Specifically, the electromagnetic box 6 is positioned at the side of the rear part of the mopping robot body close to the ground.
In this embodiment, the lower portion of the onboard water tank 8 is provided with a protruding end, and the water outlet is arranged at the bottom end of the protruding end. The whole electromagnetism box 6 is the annular, is equipped with on the electromagnetism box 6 along the third through hole of upper and lower direction with electromagnetism box 6 run through, and the space in electromagnetism box 6 central authorities can be with the embedding of the lower part bulge of airborne water tank 8.
In this embodiment, the water outlet position of the onboard water tank 8 is provided with an electric valve, a manual valve and other devices for controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet position, so long as the water quantity passing through the water outlet position at the same time can be controlled.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 10 to 12, the wiping cloth body 7 includes a metal frame 71 and a wiping cloth 72, the metal frame 71 is used for being attracted by the electromagnetic box 6 when the electromagnetic box 6 has magnetism or being separated from the electromagnetic box 6 when the electromagnetic box 6 has no magnetism; the metal frame 71 is provided with a first through hole 91; the wiper 72 is fixedly connected to the metal frame 71, and the wiper 72 is provided with a second through hole 92 overlapping the first through hole 91 and combining with the first through hole 91 to form the connection hole 9.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 10 to 12, the metal frame 71 is composed of a plurality of magnetic plates, and the adjacent magnetic plates are hinged end to end; the metal frame 71 is transversely split into sections of magnetically-philic plates and connected by miniature hinges for curling during cleaning. The first through hole 91 is provided in the magnetism-attracting plate.
The floor mopping assembly suitable for the floor mopping robot can be matched with a multifunctional base suitable for the floor mopping robot for use.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-function base adapted for use with a floor mopping robot, comprising:
the base main body (1) is of a three-layer box type structure, and the base main body (1) sequentially comprises a cleaning layer (11), a staying layer (12) for accommodating the mopping robot and a water tank layer (13) from bottom to top; one end of the base main body (1) is an opening end; a first clapboard (14) for bearing the mopping robot is arranged between the staying layer (12) and the cleaning layer (11);
a cleaning assembly (2) mounted in the cleaning layer (1) for cleaning a floor mopping assembly of the floor mopping robot parked on the first partition (14);
a lifting assembly (3) mounted at an open end of the base body (1) for lifting the mopping robot from the ground to the height of a parking level (12); and
the water tank (4) is installed in the water tank layer (13), and a water outlet end (41) used for adding water to the water tank in the mopping robot is arranged on the water tank (4).
2. A multifunctional base station adapted for a floor mopping robot according to claim 1, characterized in that said cleaning assembly (2) comprises:
two rollers (21) are arranged, the two rollers (21) are arranged at intervals, and each roller (21) is rotatably arranged in the cleaning layer (11) through a roller shaft;
the belt (22) is sleeved on the two rollers (21);
the traction column (23) is fixedly connected to the belt (22) and is connected with the mopping assembly when being used for cleaning the mopping robot;
the brush (25) is arranged in the cleaning layer (11) and is used for contacting with the mopping assembly and separating dirt on the mopping assembly when the belt (22) drives the mopping assembly to move; and
and the driving motor (24) is arranged in the cleaning layer (11) and is used for driving the roller (21) to rotate.
3. A multifunction base for a floor-mopping robot, as defined in claim 2, wherein: the cleaning assembly (2) further comprises a lifting frame (26) which is arranged in the cleaning layer (11) and used for lifting the mopping assembly.
4. A multifunctional base station adapted for a floor mopping robot according to claim 1, characterized in that said lifting assembly (3) comprises:
a slide rail seat (31) provided at an opening end of the base body (1);
the lifting frame (32) is connected with the slide rail seat (31) in a sliding mode and used for bearing the mopping robot; and
the lifting device (33) is fixedly connected with the slide rail seat (31), and the lifting end of the lifting device (33) is fixedly connected with the lifting frame (32) and used for driving the lifting frame (32) to move up and down back and forth along the length direction of the slide rail seat (31).
5. A multi-function base and floor assembly adapted for use with a floor robot as recited in claim 4, wherein: the base main body (1) is provided with a second partition plate (16) used for separating the stopping layer (12) from the water tank layer (13), and a limiting piece (17) used for being in contact with the front end of the mopping robot is arranged on the lower end face of the second partition plate (16).
6. A multifunction base for a floor-mopping robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the multifunctional base suitable for the mopping robot further comprises a charging assembly (5) for charging the mopping robot;
the charging assembly (5) comprises:
a charging assembly main body (51) fixedly connected with the side wall of the cleaning layer (11); and
the charging electrode (52) is electrically connected with the charging assembly main body (51), and the charging electrode (52) is installed in the stopping layer (12) and used for charging the mopping robot positioned in the stopping layer (12).
7. A multifunction base for a floor-mopping robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the base main body (1) is provided with an infrared guider (15) used for guiding the mopping robot to move to a specified position.
8. A floor mopping assembly adapted for use with a floor mopping robot, comprising:
the electromagnetic box (6) is arranged at the rear part of the mopping robot main body, and an electromagnet for generating magnetic force is arranged in the electromagnetic box (1);
the wiping cloth body (7) is used for cleaning the ground, is arranged below the electromagnetic box (6), and is connected with the electromagnetic box (6) through magnetic force; the cloth wiping body (7) is provided with a connecting hole (9) which penetrates through the cloth wiping body (7) along the vertical direction; and
the airborne water tank (8) is arranged on the electromagnetic box (6), and a water outlet for wetting the wiping cloth body (7) is formed in the airborne water tank (8); and a water inlet (82) is formed in the onboard water tank (8).
9. A floor assembly adapted for use in a floor mopping robot according to claim 8, wherein the wipe body (7) comprises:
a metal frame (71) which is attracted to the electromagnetic case (6) when the electromagnetic case (6) has magnetism and is separated from the electromagnetic case (6) when the electromagnetic case (6) has no magnetism; a first through hole (91) is formed in the metal frame (71); and
the wiping cloth (72) is fixedly connected with the metal frame (71), and a second through hole (92) which is overlapped with the first through hole (91) and is combined with the first through hole (91) to form the connecting hole (9) is formed in the wiping cloth (72).
10. A floor assembly adapted for use with a floor mopping robot as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the metal frame (71) is composed of a plurality of magnetic-attracting plates, and the adjacent magnetic-attracting plates are hinged end to end; the first through hole (91) is provided in the magnetism-attracting plate.
