The discharging mechanism 4 comprises a third material conveying mechanism 4a and a seesaw feeding component 4b, the discharging end of the third material conveying mechanism 4a is over against the feeding end of the seesaw feeding component 4b, and the discharging end of the seesaw feeding component 4b faces towards the first material conveying mechanism 2; the third material conveying mechanism 4a conveys the material bag to the feeding end of the seesaw feeding component 4b, the seesaw feeding component 4b starts to work, and the seesaw feeding component 4b conveys the material bag to the abdomen of the goose.
