Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a container, a cargo storing and taking method and an unmanned distribution vehicle. The container comprises a controller, a display device and a plurality of boxes, wherein each box is provided with a box door, the display device is used for displaying index information of the corresponding box on the box door, and the index information comprises storage state information and verification information used for requesting to open the box door; the controller is respectively connected with the display equipment and the box grids and is used for controlling the display equipment to display the index information on the box door, verifying the index information according to information fed back by at least one user based on the verification information, and controlling the box grids to open the corresponding box doors after the verification is passed. Through the index information of the corresponding display cell in each box door, different users can simultaneously operate corresponding containers to perform information interaction with the controller, so that multiple users can simultaneously perform storage or pickup operation, and the operating efficiency of self-service storage or pickup is improved. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It is to be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only a part of the structure relating to the present invention is shown in the drawings, not the whole structure.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a container according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be applied to an unattended cargo storage location, for example, configured as a self-service container in a shopping mall or configured as an unmanned delivery vehicle for self-service depositing express items. As shown in fig. 1, the container 10 comprises a controller 110, a display device 120 and a plurality of cells 130, each cell 130 is provided with a door, the display device 120 is used for displaying index information 140 of the corresponding cell 130 on the door, and the index information 140 comprises storage state information and verification information for requesting to open the door;
the controller 110 is connected to the display device 120 and the box 130, and is configured to control the display device 120 to display the index information 140 on the box door, perform verification according to information fed back by at least one user based on the verification information, and control the box 130 to open the corresponding box door after the verification is passed.
The storage state information is used to display the current storage state of the cell 130, for example, when there is goods in the cell 130, the storage state information may be "full" or when the cell 130 is empty, the storage state information may be "unused", and the like, and a user can visually see which cell is not used based on the storage state information, which is convenient for the user to select a suitable cell 130 when storing the goods.
The verification information is used for information interaction between the user and the controller 110, the user sends a verification request to the controller 110 through the verification information, the controller 110 verifies the verification request, and when the verification request meets the requirement, the controller 110 controls the corresponding door to be opened.
The controller 110 generates different verification information based on different storage status information to ensure that the user can complete the storage or pickup operation through the displayed verification information. For example, when the storage status information indicates that goods are stored in the compartment 130, the controller 110 generates goods authentication information and/or authentication information for guiding the user to feed back the goods for pickup verification, the controller 110 further checks whether the feedback information of the user matches with the pre-stored authentication information, and if the goods authentication information and/or the authentication information matches with the pre-stored authentication information, the corresponding compartment door is opened through authentication. The number of projectors can be adjusted according to the size of the container 10 or the number of the cells 130, for example, when the size of the container 10 is large, the number of the cells 130 contained therein is relatively large, the number of the index information 140 to be displayed is relatively large, one projector may be difficult to cover all the cells 130, at this time, two or more projectors can be adopted to cooperate to adjust the projection angle of the projector, so that each projector is responsible for one cell area, and it is ensured that all the cells can display the index information 140 corresponding to the cell 130.
In another embodiment, the display device 120 may also be a display screen separately disposed at the door, and each display screen is connected to the controller 110 to obtain the index information 140 corresponding to the cells 130, so that the controller 110 displays the index information 140 of each cell 130 on the corresponding door through each display screen.
When the projector is used for displaying the index information 140, optionally, each box door is provided with a curtain, the curtain with the resolution ratio remarkably higher than that of the projector is selected, the projected index information 140 can be clearer through the curtain, and therefore a user can clearly recognize the displayed index information 140.
In one embodiment, the storage status information includes a character or a color figure representing the corresponding storage status; and/or the verification information includes a graphical identifier or a verification code. Alternatively, the character may be, for example, "empty" to indicate that no goods are currently stored in the cell 130, and "full" to indicate that goods are currently stored in the cell 130; the color graph indicates that no goods are stored in the current cell 130, for example, using a green progress bar with a progress of zero, and indicates that goods are stored in the current cell 130 using a red progress bar with a progress of full. The graphical identifier may be, for example, a two-dimensional code or a barcode, and a user may recognize the verification information represented by the graphical identifier by scanning the barcode through the terminal device, and further perform information interaction with the controller 110 based on the terminal device until the storage or the pickup is completed. The verification code is a character string generated by the controller 110 according to a preset algorithm, and may be, for example, a numeric string with a set number, or a letter combination. The controller 110 may transmit the verification code to the user terminal in advance, and then display the verification code on the corresponding box door, so that the user can quickly find the target cell based on the verification code.
It should be noted that the index information 140 in this embodiment is updated in real time according to the user pickup process or storage process. Specifically, after the corresponding door is controlled to be opened, the index information 140 is updated, and the display device 120 is controlled to display the updated index information 140 on the corresponding door. As can be seen from the above analysis, the index information 140 includes storage status information and verification information, and thus the controller 110 needs to update both the storage status information and the verification information at each update. For example, before distribution, an operator generates initial storage state information through the controller 110 according to the initial state of a cell 130, and after a user completes a pickup operation in a certain cell 130 and closes a door of the cell 130, the controller 110 modifies the storage state information of the cell 130 to "empty" and completes updating the storage state information of the cell 130; and after the user stores the piece in a certain cell 130, the controller 110 updates the storage status information of the cell 130 to "full" after completing the recording of the related piece storing information and closing the door. Similarly, the controller 110 modifies the authentication information into storage authentication information guiding the user to feed back the user's identity information after the user finishes taking the article and closes the box door, or the controller 110 modifies the authentication information into pickup authentication information of the goods information or the identity information after the user finishes storing the article and closes the box door. By updating the index information 140 of the cells 130 in real time, the index information 140 can be matched with the actual state of the cells 130, so that not only is the dynamic allocation of the resources of the container 10 realized, the utilization rate of the cells 130 improved, but also the accurate state of the cells 130 obtained by the user based on the index information 140 is ensured, the reliability of the container 10 is improved, and the user experience is promoted.
In this embodiment, the controller 110 correspondingly displays the index information 140 of each cell 130 on the door through the display device 120, so that different users can simultaneously perform information acquisition based on the operated cells 130 to interact with the controller 110, thereby implementing a multi-user operation of picking or storing the parts at the same time, improving the efficiency of picking or storing the parts, saving the operation time for the user, and further improving the user experience. Meanwhile, based on the displayed index information 140, the user can intuitively select the cells 130 and perform autonomous operation, overcoming the defect that the controller 110 automatically allocates the cells 130, which causes the allocated cells 130 to be inaccurate and thus needs to be allocated twice or more.
Optionally, the controller 110 may also generate some auxiliary information, and in one embodiment, the controller 110 is further configured to control the display device 120 to display at least one of the encoded information of the cells 130, the cargo information, and the interactive information with the user on the door. The encoded information for the cells 130 is an electronic number for each cell 130, and the controller 110 assigns a number to each cell 130 in a sequence such that each cell 130 has a unique electronic number. In this way, the user can quickly locate the target cell 130 to be found based on the encoded information of the cell 130, thereby improving the pickup efficiency. The goods information may be, for example, the name and number of goods, or the last digits of the user's mobile phone number. When it is inconvenient to display user information for a private good, information such as a seller address, a seller name, a seller nickname, and the like may be selectively displayed. By displaying the coding information and/or the goods information of the cell 130 on the door, the user can conveniently and quickly find the target cell 130 or the target goods, and the quick pickup is realized. Interactive information with the user may also be selectively displayed on the bin gate, which is advantageous in that other users may be alerted that the bin 130 is currently in use, so that other users may skip this bin 130 and select directly from other idle bins 130. However, in order to protect the privacy of the user and prevent the privacy information from being leaked, the box door may only display the encoded information and/or the cargo information of the box cell 130 without displaying the interactive information with the user, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the projector is disposed on the top of the container 10 via an adjustment mechanism. Specifically, at the time of initial installation of the projector, the height and projection angle of the projector are adjusted by the adjustment mechanism so that the index information 140 of each cell 130 can be displayed on the corresponding door. Meanwhile, the adjusting mechanism is provided with a locking structure so as to lock the adjusting mechanism after the height and the angle are adjusted, and the condition that the height or the projection angle of the projector is changed in the subsequent moving process to influence the accurate display of the index information 140 on the box door is avoided.
In one embodiment, the verification information optionally further includes payment information, such as a payment code. When the user stores the parts, the user can directly initiate a payment request to the controller 110 by scanning the payment code, and after the controller 110 checks that the payment information meets the requirement, the controller feeds back a transaction result of successful payment to the user, guides the user to close the box door, and finishes the part taking or storing operation.
