For example, if the target billing amount is 4, the remaining billing amount is 2, and the target billing amount 4 is greater than the remaining billing amount 2, sending a notification that the billing amount exceeds the standard to the enterprise terminal, where the notification that the billing amount exceeds the standard carries the remaining billing amount 2, and if a confirmation instruction of the enterprise terminal for issuing the electronic ticket corresponding to the remaining billing amount 2 sent by the notification that the billing amount exceeds the standard is obtained, allowing to issue 2 electronic tickets.
In an embodiment, the invoicing application information sent by the enterprise terminal may carry a target invoicing time for the enterprise terminal to request the tax terminal to make an electronic bill for the enterprise corresponding to the enterprise terminal, before the tax terminal compares the remaining invoicing amount with the target invoicing amount, the tax terminal may obtain the target invoicing time carried in the invoicing application information, and compare the target invoicing time with a specified time range in the asset field, if the target invoicing time is within the specified time range, compare the remaining invoicing amount with the target invoicing amount.
In one embodiment, if the target billing time is not within the specified time range, the target billing amount needs to be compared with the remaining billing amount in the asset field within the time range in which the target billing time is located at the target billing time. By this embodiment, flexibility in control of invoicing may be improved.
For example, assuming that the specified time range in the asset field of the target enterprise is 15 th to 14 th of the next month, if the current time is 1 th 15 and the target billing time carried in the billing application information of the target enterprise is 2 th 18, it may be determined that the target billing time corresponding to the billing application information sent by the target enterprise is 2 th 15 th to 3 th 14 th, so that the target billing amount carried in the billing application information of the target enterprise needs to be compared with the remaining billing amount in the asset field in the time range of 2 th 15 th to 2 th 18 th of day at 2 th 18 th.
In one embodiment, when determining whether the invoicing request has the invoicing authority according to the target invoicing amount and the total amount of the invoicing amount, the tax terminal can obtain the total amount of the invoicing recorded in the intelligent contract, determine the remaining total amount of the invoicing according to the total amount of the invoicing amount and the total amount of the invoicing, compare the target invoicing amount with the remaining total amount of the invoicing, and determine that the invoicing request has the invoicing authority if the target invoicing amount is smaller than or equal to the remaining total amount of the invoicing.

In one embodiment, when determining whether the invoicing request has the invoicing authority according to the target invoicing amount and the total amount of the invoicing amount, the tax terminal can obtain the total amount of the invoicing recorded in the intelligent contract, determine the remaining total amount of the invoicing according to the total amount of the invoicing amount and the total amount of the invoicing, compare the target invoicing amount with the remaining total amount of the invoicing, and determine that the invoicing request does not have the invoicing authority if the target invoicing amount is larger than the remaining total amount of the invoicing.
For another example, assuming that the total amount of invoicing is 1000, if the total amount of invoiced amount obtained by the tax terminal from the intelligent contract is 900 and the target total amount of invoiced amount is 200, the remaining total amount of invoiced amount may be determined to be 100 according to the total amount of invoiced amount 1000 and the total amount of invoiced amount 900, so as to compare the target total amount of invoiced amount 200 with the remaining total amount of invoiced amount 100, obtain that the target total amount of invoiced amount 200 is greater than the remaining total amount of invoiced amount 100, and thus determine that the invoiced request does not have the authority of invoiced.
In an embodiment, before issuing a corresponding electronic bill according to the invoicing application information and storing the electronic bill in the block chain, the tax terminal may further obtain a total amount of invoiced bills recorded in an intelligent contract, determine a remaining total amount of invoiced bills according to the total amount of the invoiced bills and the total amount of invoiced bills, compare the target total amount of invoiced bills with the remaining total amount of invoiced bills, and if the target total amount of invoiced bills is less than or equal to the remaining total amount of invoiced bills, determine whether the invoicing request has the invoiced permission further according to the remaining amount of invoiced bills and the target amount of invoiced bills. The embodiment of the invention does not specifically limit the sequence of the detection target billing amount and the detection target billing quantity.
By the implementation mode, when the target invoicing amount in the invoicing application information of the target enterprise is less than or equal to the residual invoicing total amount and the target invoicing amount is less than or equal to the residual invoicing amount, the invoicing request is determined to have the invoicing authority, so that the automation and intelligent control of enterprise invoicing is realized.

acquiring an asset query notification sent by a tax terminal after receiving an invoicing request sent by an enterprise terminal, wherein the asset query notification carries abstract information of an enterprise identifier of a target enterprise, and the invoicing request carries the enterprise identifier of the target enterprise and invoicing application information;
inquiring an asset field corresponding to the target enterprise from a block chain according to the abstract information of the enterprise identification, wherein the asset field is used for storing the invoicing limit information of the target enterprise;
and sending the billing limit information of the target enterprise to the tax terminal so that the tax terminal determines whether the billing request has the billing authority or not according to the billing application information and the billing limit information, and if the billing request has the billing authority, billing a corresponding electronic bill according to the billing application information.
The billing application information comprises a target billing amount and a target billing amount, and the billing limit information comprises a residual billing amount and a total amount of the billing amount; after the processor 802 sends the billing restriction information of the target enterprise to the tax terminal, the processor is further configured to:
receiving an asset change transaction sent by the tax terminal, wherein the asset change transaction comprises the target invoicing quantity and the target invoicing amount;
and after the asset change transaction consensus is verified, adjusting the residual invoicing quantity stored in the asset field according to the target invoicing quantity, and adjusting the total invoiced sum recorded in the intelligent contract according to the target invoicing sum.
The embodiment of the invention can acquire the asset query notice sent by the tax terminal after receiving the invoicing request sent by the enterprise terminal, the asset query notification carries abstract information of an enterprise identifier of a target enterprise, the invoicing request carries the enterprise identifier of the target enterprise and invoicing application information, and inquiring an asset field corresponding to the target enterprise from a block chain according to the abstract information of the enterprise identification, wherein the asset field is used for storing the invoicing limit information of the target enterprise, and sending the billing limit information of the target enterprise to the tax terminal so that the tax terminal determines whether the billing request has the billing authority or not according to the billing application information and the billing limit information, and if the billing request is determined to have the billing authority, the corresponding electronic bill is made according to the billing application information. By the implementation mode, the automation and the intelligent control of the billing quantity and the billing amount of an enterprise can be realized, and the billing control efficiency is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, fig. 3, or fig. 4 of the present invention, and may also implement the apparatus in the embodiment corresponding to the present invention described in fig. 5 or fig. 6, which is not described herein again.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the device according to any of the foregoing embodiments, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the device. Claims (10)

1. A bill processing method based on a block chain network is characterized by being applied to a tax terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an invoicing request sent by an enterprise terminal, wherein the invoicing request carries an enterprise identifier and invoicing application information of a target enterprise;
determining abstract information of the enterprise identification, and inquiring an asset field corresponding to the target enterprise in the block chain from a node of the block chain network according to the abstract information of the enterprise identification, wherein the asset field is used for storing invoicing limit information of the target enterprise;
comparing the invoicing application information with the invoicing limit information to determine whether the invoicing request has the invoicing authority or not;
and if the billing request has the billing authority, issuing a corresponding electronic bill according to the billing application information, and storing the electronic bill into the block chain.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the invoicing application information comprises a target invoicing quantity and a target invoicing amount, and the invoicing limit information comprises a remaining invoicing quantity and an invoicing amount total amount; the comparing the billing application information with the billing limit information to determine whether the billing request has a billing right includes:
comparing the residual billing quantity with the target billing quantity;
and if the target billing amount is less than or equal to the residual billing amount, determining whether the billing request has a billing authority or not according to the target billing amount and the total billing amount.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the billing request has billing authority according to the target billing amount and the total amount of the billing amount comprises:
acquiring the total amount of invoiced money recorded in the intelligent contract;
determining the remaining total amount of invoicing according to the total amount of invoicing and the total amount of invoicing;
comparing the target invoicing amount with the remaining total invoicing amount;
and if the target billing amount is less than or equal to the remaining billing total amount, determining that the billing request has a billing authority.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after issuing the corresponding electronic ticket according to the billing application information, the method further comprises:
and sending an asset change transaction to a node in the block chain network, wherein the asset change transaction comprises the target billing amount and the target billing amount, and the asset change transaction is used for adjusting the residual billing amount stored in the asset field by the node according to the target billing amount and adjusting the total billed amount recorded in the intelligent contract according to the target billing amount.
5. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein before the obtaining of the invoicing request sent by the enterprise terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a registration request sent by the enterprise terminal, wherein the registration request carries the enterprise identifier;
inquiring enterprise information of a target enterprise corresponding to the enterprise identification according to the enterprise identification, wherein the enterprise information comprises one or more of enterprise scale information, asset information and production and management data;
determining the total amount of the invoicing quantity and the total amount of the invoicing amount corresponding to the target enterprise according to the enterprise information, and taking the total amount of the invoicing quantity as the remaining invoicing quantity corresponding to the target enterprise;
and writing the total amount of the invoicing quantity, the residual invoicing quantity and the total amount of the invoicing amount into an asset field corresponding to the target enterprise in the block chain.
6. A bill processing method based on a block chain network is applied to a node of the block chain network, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an asset query notification sent by a tax terminal after receiving an invoicing request sent by an enterprise terminal, wherein the asset query notification carries abstract information of an enterprise identifier of a target enterprise, and the invoicing request carries the enterprise identifier of the target enterprise and invoicing application information;
inquiring an asset field corresponding to the target enterprise from a block chain according to the abstract information of the enterprise identification, wherein the asset field is used for storing the invoicing limit information of the target enterprise;
and sending the billing limit information of the target enterprise to the tax terminal so that the tax terminal determines whether the billing request has the billing authority or not according to the billing application information and the billing limit information, and if the billing request has the billing authority, billing a corresponding electronic bill according to the billing application information.

The method of claim 6, wherein the invoicing application information comprises a target invoicing quantity and a target invoicing amount, and the invoicing limit information comprises a remaining invoicing quantity and an invoicing amount total amount; after the invoice limit information of the target enterprise is sent to the tax terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving an asset change transaction sent by the tax terminal, wherein the asset change transaction comprises the target invoicing quantity and the target invoicing amount;
and after the asset change transaction consensus is verified, adjusting the residual invoicing quantity stored in the asset field according to the target invoicing quantity, and adjusting the total invoiced sum recorded in the intelligent contract according to the target invoicing sum.
8. A bill processing device, which is applied to a tax terminal, the device comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring an invoicing request sent by an enterprise terminal, and the invoicing request carries enterprise identification and invoicing application information of a target enterprise;
the first query module is used for determining the abstract information of the enterprise identifier and querying an asset field corresponding to the target enterprise in the block chain from a node of the block chain network according to the abstract information of the enterprise identifier, wherein the asset field is used for storing the invoicing limit information of the target enterprise;
the comparison module is used for comparing the invoicing application information with the invoicing limit information to determine whether the invoicing request has the invoicing permission or not;
and the determining module is used for issuing a corresponding electronic bill according to the billing application information and storing the electronic bill into the block chain if the billing request has the billing authority.
9. A ticket processing apparatus, for use in a node of a blockchain network, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a management module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring an asset query notification sent by a tax terminal after receiving an invoicing request sent by an enterprise terminal, the asset query notification carries abstract information of an enterprise identifier of a target enterprise, and the invoicing request carries the enterprise identifier of the target enterprise and invoicing application information;
the second query module is used for querying an asset field corresponding to the target enterprise from a block chain according to the abstract information of the enterprise identification, wherein the asset field is used for storing the invoicing limit information of the target enterprise;
and the sending module is used for sending the invoicing limit information of the target enterprise to the tax terminal so that the tax terminal determines whether the invoicing request has the invoicing authority or not according to the invoicing application information and the invoicing limit information, and if the invoicing request has the invoicing authority, corresponding electronic bills are invoiced according to the invoicing application information.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon program instructions for implementing the method of any one of claims 1-7 when executed.
