The anti-counterfeiting device for the purchasing party is an affiliation confirmation channel provided for the purchasing party, and the purchasing party can identify the commodity identification through the device and actively participate in the transaction, so that the transparency of the transaction is improved. The manufacturer can also obtain the regional distribution of the real users of the commodities.
The form of the device in this embodiment includes many, including but not limited to APP, applet, website, mobile payment machine, etc.
In one embodiment, the seller can also be a principal, and when the owner is the principal, there can be a plurality of situations, and first, both parties use the system to transfer the commodity ownership to the principal; secondly, the client notifies the owner of selling application and dynamic verification during transaction.

Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-counterfeiting method based on the Internet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring commodity information, registering and storing a commodity identification corresponding to the commodity information;
generating or extracting attribution information and commodity states corresponding to the commodity identification;
monitoring a transaction request of a commodity identifier, judging whether seller information in the transaction request is consistent with attribution information of the corresponding commodity identifier or not, and determining the commodity state and transaction activity;
and recording the transaction activity information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: the commodity state comprises a locking state and a non-locking state;
when the seller information in the transaction request is judged to be consistent with the attribution information of the corresponding commodity identification, the commodity state is adjusted to be in a non-locking state, and transaction is carried out;
and when the seller information in the transaction request is judged to be inconsistent with the attribution information of the corresponding commodity identification, the commodity state is adjusted to be a locking state, and the transaction is stopped.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the method further comprises:
identifying a commodity identification, wherein output data comprises commodity information, seller information, attribution information and transaction activity information; or
Identifying a commodity identification, wherein output data comprises commodity information, seller information, attribution information and transaction activity information; and acquiring and uploading feedback information of the device.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
setting an effective time period of a transaction request, and monitoring the starting duration of the transaction request in real time;
if the starting time length is longer than the effective time period, the commodity state is adjusted to be the locking state, and the transaction is stopped.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a communication account number of an attribution person in attribution information;
and when the seller information in the transaction request is judged to be inconsistent with the attribution information of the corresponding commodity identification, automatically generating prompt information, and sending the prompt information to the communication account number of the attribution person in the attribution information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring transaction request information and generating a commodity attribution change request, wherein the transaction request information comprises commodity information, seller information, selling places and purchaser information;
sending a commodity attribution change request to a commodity attribution person account;
monitoring attribution feedback information of the account of the commodity owner, and determining attribution information according to the attribution feedback information;
or
The method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the commodity information meets the quality requirement, and continuing to trade when the commodity information meets the quality requirement; when the quality requirement is not met, stopping the transaction, generating and uploading information which does not meet the quality requirement, and changing the commodity state;
the quality requirements include at least one or more of shelf life, packaging, and shipping information.
7. An internet-based vendor anti-counterfeiting device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the commodity information, registering and storing the commodity identification corresponding to the commodity information;
the attribution module is used for generating or extracting attribution information and commodity states corresponding to the commodity identification;
the judging module is used for monitoring the transaction request of the commodity identification and judging whether the seller information in the transaction request is consistent with the attribution information of the corresponding commodity identification;
the trading module is used for determining the commodity state and trading activity according to the judgment result of the judgment module;
and the recording module is used for recording the transaction activity information.
8. An internet-based anti-counterfeiting device for a purchaser, the device further comprising:
the identification module is used for identifying the commodity identification,
the output module is used for outputting data, and the output data comprises commodity information, seller information, attribution information and transaction activity information;
the input module is used for acquiring feedback information;
and the feedback module is used for uploading feedback information.
9. A system, characterized in that the system comprises:
a vendor security device, the vendor security device being the internet-based vendor security device of claim 7;
an internet-based purchaser anti-counterfeiting device according to claim 8;
and the server is used for storing the commodity information.
10. A storage medium having stored therein the internet-based anti-counterfeiting method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
