Wherein, the information of the recruiter can comprise at least one of the following items: the information comprises identity information of the person to be recruited, academic information of the person to be recruited, professional skill information of the person to be recruited, and work experience information of the person to be recruited.
Meanwhile, the big data processing end collects the information modification history of the person to be recruited stored in the human resource service platform, analyzes and processes the information modification history of the person to be recruited through an intention recognition model, and recognizes the modification intention of the person to be recruited for modifying the personal resume information. For example, the recruiter adds a new professional training experience to the resume indicating that it may wish to obtain higher compensation; the recruiter adds the second academic information acquired by the recruiter to the personal resume, which indicates that the recruiter may wish to change the occupation and engage in a new occupation associated with the new academic; the recruiter adds a new job experience to the personal resume indicating that it may now be in a state of departure in hopes of finding a new job. After the intention recognition model is analyzed and processed, the big data processing end can preliminarily draw up the preset treatment of the recruitment candidate according to the analysis result.
There are also situations where job seekers modify personal resumes maliciously, such as providing false academic information, or changing frequent work changes to a relatively work-stable state by deleting work experience information. The method aims to help the entrepreneurs to quickly, efficiently and accurately identify the authenticity of the personal resume of the job seeker. The resume information uploaded by the candidate recruiter can be compared with the resume information stored in the third-party main body (such as a resume verification service mechanism) in the block chain by collecting the resume information of the candidate recruiter; acquiring the vocational skills information of the person to be recruited, which is stored on a third-party main body (a vocational skills certificate inspection institution), and comparing the acquired vocational skills information with resume information uploaded by the person to be recruited; and collecting the work experience information of the recruitment-intended person stored on a third-party main body (social insurance inquiry mechanism), comparing the work experience information with resume information uploaded by the recruitment-intended person, and the like, and checking the credibility of the resume of the recruitment-intended person. And if the resume of the recruiter is maliciously modified, the resume is not pushed to the originator.
And finally, anonymizing the information of the recruiting persons, distributing a one-time contact way, and sending the anonymous information of the recruiting persons and the preset treatment thereof to the originator terminal. The one-time contact method is associated with the real contact method of the person to be recruited and is only used for the recruitment contact, and if other companies want to recruit the person, the corresponding one-time contact method is allocated for other recruitments. The originator can get contact with the person to be recruited through a one-time contact method, such as sending a recruiting mail or communicating by telephone, and then communicate with the person to be recruited offline, so that the recruiting work of the talent team is completed.
Fig. 2 is an architectural diagram of an apparatus for building an enterprise and managing human resources based on a blockchain according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment further provides a device for enterprise building and human resource management based on a blockchain, where the device includes:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:
acquiring entrepreneurial demand information sent by an entrepreneur end, wherein the entrepreneurial demand information at least comprises the identity information of the entrepreneur, the form of a company to be created and the information of business to be developed;

selecting a person to be recruited on a human resource service platform according to the position to be recruited, and acquiring information of the person to be recruited;
estimating the preset treatment of the candidate for recruitment according to the candidate information;
and anonymizing the information of the recruitment candidate, distributing a one-time contact way, and sending the one-time contact way to the originator.
The present embodiment also provides a non-volatile computer storage medium for building an enterprise and managing human resources based on a blockchain, which stores computer-executable instructions configured to:
acquiring entrepreneurial demand information sent by an entrepreneur end, wherein the entrepreneurial demand information at least comprises the identity information of the entrepreneur, the form of a company to be created and the information of business to be developed;
according to the originator identity information, originator qualification information and/or credit information stored in a third-party main body on the human resource service block chain are acquired and verified, and if the verification is passed:
constructing a virtual company model according to the to-be-created company form and the to-be-developed business information, wherein the virtual company model at least comprises a company organization framework and a to-be-recruited position;
selecting a person to be recruited on a human resource service platform according to the position to be recruited, and acquiring information of the person to be recruited;
estimating the preset treatment of the candidate for recruitment according to the candidate information;
and anonymizing the information of the recruitment candidate, distributing a one-time contact way, and sending the one-time contact way to the originator.
The embodiments in the present application are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments can be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the device and media embodiments, the description is relatively simple as it is substantially similar to the method embodiments, and reference may be made to some descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)

1. An enterprise construction and human resource management method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring entrepreneurial demand information sent by an entrepreneur end, wherein the entrepreneurial demand information at least comprises the identity information of the entrepreneur, the form of a company to be created and the information of business to be developed;
according to the originator identity information, originator qualification information and/or credit information stored in a third-party main body on the human resource service block chain are acquired and verified, and if the verification is passed:
constructing a virtual company model according to the to-be-created company form and the to-be-developed business information, wherein the virtual company model at least comprises a company organization framework and a to-be-recruited position;
selecting a person to be recruited on a human resource service platform according to the position to be recruited, and acquiring information of the person to be recruited;
estimating the preset treatment of the candidate for recruitment according to the candidate information;
and anonymizing the information of the recruitment candidate, distributing a one-time contact way, and sending the one-time contact way to the originator.
2. The blockchain-based enterprise construction and human resource management method of claim 1, wherein the candidate information comprises at least one of: the information comprises identity information of the person to be recruited, academic information of the person to be recruited, professional skill information of the person to be recruited, and work experience information of the person to be recruited.
3. The block chain-based enterprise construction and human resource management method according to claim 1, wherein said estimating the pre-set treatment of the candidate according to the candidate information comprises:
collecting the information modification history of the candidate recruiter stored in the human resource service block chain;
analyzing and processing the information modification history record by adopting an intention identification model, and identifying modification intention;
and adjusting the preset treatment of the candidate to be recruited according to the modification intention.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the analyzing the information modification history using the intention recognition model comprises:
analyzing and processing the information modification history record, and identifying whether the modification intention is good or malicious;
if the identified modification intention is malicious, determining the category and/or level of the malicious modification to which the modification intention belongs, and uploading an analysis result to the human resource service block chain;
removing the person identified as having the modification intent as malicious from the recruiter.
5. The blockchain-based enterprise building and human resources management method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
collecting the academic information of the recruiter stored on the third-party main body, and comparing the academic information with the resume information uploaded by the recruiter;
and/or
Acquiring the vocational skill information of the recruiting person stored on the third-party main body, and comparing the acquired vocational skill information with resume information uploaded by the recruiting person;
and/or
And collecting the work experience information of the recruitment-planned person stored on the third-party main body, and comparing the work experience information with resume information uploaded by the recruitment-planned person.
6. The blockchain-based enterprise building and human resources management method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps that a human resource service block chain is constructed, wherein the human resource service block chain at least comprises a human resource service platform, a plurality of third-party main bodies and a plurality of public terminals, the third-party main bodies and the public terminals are respectively registered to become nodes on the human resource service block chain, and the human resource service platform is used for acquiring and storing resume information uploaded by the public terminals.
7. The blockchain-based enterprise building and human resources management method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
sending the virtual company model to the originator;
obtaining a confirmation instruction sent by the originator, or
And acquiring an adjusting instruction sent by the originator terminal, and adjusting a company organization structure and a planned recruitment position according to the adjusting instruction.

The blockchain-based enterprise building and human resources management method of claim 1, wherein the corporate organizational framework includes at least one of: central weight collection, weight distribution, linear, matrix; the candidate job position comprises at least one of: finance, personnel, technicians, production personnel, sales personnel, legal affairs and intellectual property personnel.
9. An enterprise construction and human resource management device based on a blockchain is characterized by comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:
acquiring entrepreneurial demand information sent by an entrepreneur end, wherein the entrepreneurial demand information at least comprises the identity information of the entrepreneur, the form of a company to be created and the information of business to be developed;
according to the originator identity information, originator qualification information and/or credit information stored in a third-party main body on the human resource service block chain are acquired and verified, and if the verification is passed:
constructing a virtual company model according to the to-be-created company form and the to-be-developed business information, wherein the virtual company model at least comprises a company organization framework and a to-be-recruited position;
selecting a person to be recruited on a human resource service platform according to the position to be recruited, and acquiring information of the person to be recruited;
estimating the preset treatment of the candidate for recruitment according to the candidate information;
and anonymizing the information of the recruitment candidate, distributing a one-time contact way, and sending the one-time contact way to the originator.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium for blockchain based enterprise construction and human resources management, storing computer-executable instructions configured to:
acquiring entrepreneurial demand information sent by an entrepreneur end, wherein the entrepreneurial demand information at least comprises the identity information of the entrepreneur, the form of a company to be created and the information of business to be developed;
according to the originator identity information, originator qualification information and/or credit information stored in a third-party main body on the human resource service block chain are acquired and verified, and if the verification is passed:
constructing a virtual company model according to the to-be-created company form and the to-be-developed business information, wherein the virtual company model at least comprises a company organization framework and a to-be-recruited position;
selecting a person to be recruited on a human resource service platform according to the position to be recruited, and acquiring information of the person to be recruited;
estimating the preset treatment of the candidate for recruitment according to the candidate information;
