Abstract
The invention provides a method for creating and releasing a process instruction book, which comprises the steps that an electronic operation instruction book system collects work order information when a command order is on line; when a product passes a station, an RFID card reader in the system reads RFID information on a corresponding tooling plate, and the system creates a process instruction book according to the product information and process data; and the system informs an electronic operation instruction book system display of the corresponding work station to acquire the process instruction book for displaying. By using the method, paperless production, automatic generation and automatic release of the process instruction book are realized in the mixed line production process, the production cost is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the product scrapping phenomenon caused by manual switching of the process instruction book is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production line information processing, in particular to a method for creating and putting a process instruction book.
Background
A process instruction book, also called an operation instruction book (SOP), is generally made based on a parts capability table, an operation combination sheet, etc., and records an accurate instruction of an operation instructor to perform a standard operation on an operator, and indicates, in accordance with an operation sequence, operation contents and safety and quality points of each person corresponding to the number of each production line. The process instruction sheet records not only the equipment configuration, cycle time, operation sequence, standard holding amount, etc. of the operation, but also the method of performing the quality inspection. The operator can perform the operation according to the instruction, and the operation can be completed reliably, quickly and safely.
In the mixed production process of the traditional paper process instruction book, on one hand, the production cost is increased, and on the other hand, when products are switched at corresponding stations, if workers cannot replace the paper process instruction book in time, the result that the products are scrapped due to wrong process use is caused.
In an automatic production line using an electronic job instruction (ESOP), an electronic process instruction is usually previously entered into an ESOP system, and a display time of the process instruction on a display is configured for the process instruction so that the process instruction is displayed on the display at a specific time. In the prior art, there is a production line for automatically switching operation instructions by using a mixed line, which can realize automatic browsing of the operation instructions, see chinese patent CN209879541U published in 12, 31 and 2019. However, in the case of mixed line production and discrete operation island replacement processes or products, different process instructions still need to be provided for different products and processes, so how to automatically create and release the process instructions still is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, in order to solve the technical problem of how to intelligently replace the electronic operation instruction book in the mixed line production and discrete operation island replacement processes or products, the invention provides a method for creating and releasing the process instruction book.
The invention solves the problems through the following technical scheme: a method for creating and releasing a process instruction is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps: the electronic operation instruction book system collects work order information when a order sheet is on line, the electronic operation instruction book system comprises a data storage module and a data collection module, the data storage module stores process flow information, process data, a line body model and a corresponding work station model, and the data collection module is used for collecting product station passing information and order sheet on-line information; the electronic operation instruction book system acquires product information according to the work order information, captures process data maintained according to a work station in the system and creates a corresponding process data example; when a product passes a station, an RFID card reader in the system reads RFID information on a corresponding tooling plate, and the system acquires corresponding product information and process data to create a process instruction book according to prestored point location information corresponding to the RFID; the system informs an electronic operation instruction system display of a corresponding work station to acquire the process instruction for display; after the product is finished off line, the electronic operation instruction book system destroys the process instruction book example and releases the storage space.
Preferably, the information stored in the process data example comprises process information, product information and station information.
Preferably, the RFID information includes current product process status information.
Preferably, the process guidance is displayed on the electronic work guidance system display in the form of one or more of pictures, words and videos.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the paperless production, automatic generation and automatic release of the process instruction book are realized in the mixed line production process, the production cost is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the product rejection phenomenon caused by manual switching of the process instruction book is reduced.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
A flowchart of the various levels of work of the electronic work instruction system is shown in fig. 1. In the production flow level, there are four steps of making order sheet on-line, product passing through station, staff operation and finished off-line, which correspond to the virtual production line, corresponding process instruction, process instruction and destroyed process instruction in the virtual flow level. And the process flow module of the service layer receives the work order information and captures the corresponding flow of the data layer. The process data module acquires the process codes from the process flow module, and combines the point location information with the corresponding point location process data to be used for creating a corresponding process instruction book in the virtual flow.
An information collection flow diagram of the electronic work instruction system is shown in fig. 2. An electronic job instruction book (ESOP) system collects work order information when a command sheet is on line, collects work board information when a work board is bound, collects work station information when RFID is read, and collects work order completion information when a product is off line.
The electronic job instruction book (ESOP) system also comprises a data storage module and a data acquisition module. The data storage module stores process flow information, process data, corresponding line body models, corresponding work station models and other information. The data acquisition module is used for acquiring product station-passing information and order list on-line information.
When the order sheet is on line, the staff inputs work sheet information on the DCT, the electronic operation instruction book system obtains relevant product information corresponding to the order sheet through the interface, captures process data maintained according to the work station in the system, and creates a corresponding process data example. The information stored in the process data example comprises process information, product information and work station information. All electronic job instruction book (ESOP) system displays are simultaneously notified to enter a production state. When a product passes a station, the RFID card reader scans the RFID in the tooling plate to acquire information such as the current product process state, and after the information is processed by an electronic operation instruction book (ESOP) system background, a corresponding process instruction book is put in a display of the electronic operation instruction book (ESOP) system corresponding to the station. And the electronic job instruction book (ESOP) system display displays the received process instruction book to instruct the staff to operate. After the product is finished off-line, an electronic operation instruction book (ESOP) system destroys the process instruction book examples and releases the storage space.
The electronic job instruction book (ESOP) system can bind a process instruction book with a line body-work station-product model-product version number as a unique index. When the order sheet is on line, the system enters an activated state, product station-passing information is started to wait, when the RFID card reader reads the RFID information on the corresponding tooling plate, the system acquires the corresponding product information and process data to create a process instruction book according to the prestored point location information corresponding to the RFID, and then informs an electronic operation instruction book (ESOP) system display of the corresponding tooling station to acquire the process instruction book for display, and the like. When the process guidance book is displayed, the display in the forms of pictures, characters, videos and the like is supported.

1. A method for creating and releasing a process instruction is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps:
the electronic operation instruction book system collects work order information when a order sheet is on line, the electronic operation instruction book system comprises a data storage module and a data collection module, the data storage module stores process flow information, process data, a line body model and a corresponding work station model, and the data collection module is used for collecting product station passing information and order sheet on-line information;
the electronic operation instruction book system acquires product information according to the work order information, captures process data maintained according to a work station in the system and creates a corresponding process data example;
when a product passes a station, an RFID card reader in the system reads RFID information on a corresponding tooling plate, and the system acquires corresponding product information and process data to create a process instruction book according to prestored point location information corresponding to the RFID;
the system informs an electronic operation instruction system display of a corresponding work station to acquire the process instruction for display;
after the product is finished off line, the electronic operation instruction book system destroys the process instruction book example and releases the storage space.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information stored in the process data instance includes process, product, and station information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the RFID information comprises current product process status information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the process guidance is displayed on the work guidance system display in the form of one or more of a picture, a text, and a video.
