Abstract
The invention discloses a CSP LED light source processing technology of an intelligent surface automobile interior trim touch panel, which comprises the following steps: the flexible circuit board module consists of an LED chip, a touch IC, an electronic material and a flexible circuit board, and the LED chip, the touch IC and the electronic material are all welded on the surface of the flexible circuit board in an inverted mode; performing in-mold injection molding on plastic; an LED protective film material; the invention utilizes the five-side light emitting characteristic of the flip LED chip and white solder resist ink on the flexible circuit board to reflect the light emitted by the LED point light source on the surface of the substrate, and adds high light diffusibility powder into the LED protective film material and the in-mold injection molding plastic, so that the plastic has the characteristics of high light transmission, high haze and the like, effectively converts the LED point light source into a uniform surface light source, can achieve the effect of uniform light emission within the depth of an automotive interior part within 3mm through material design and type selection, and does not need to additionally assemble a light emitting module and a light diffusion plate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automotive interior touch panels, in particular to a CSPLED light source diffusion processing technology of an intelligent surface automotive interior touch panel.
Background
Automobile interior mainly refers to the automobile product that the inside repacking of car used, the square face that relates to the car inside, for example car steering wheel cover, car cushion, car callus on the sole, car perfume, car pendant, interior goods of furniture for display rather than for use, containing box etc. all are automobile interior product, because this part automobile parts have certain decorative, so general translation in the industry all is called "automobile interior", but from english "Interiors", we can know that this part spare part not only has the decorative effect, the functionality, the security that they related to and engineering attribute are very abundant.
In recent years, a solution of integrating a light and shadow effect with an interior material using an LED has been developed in order to produce an interior material for an automobile, which has been conventionally prepared by using a surface decoration technique (including painting, plating, in-mold decoration (IMD), water transfer, and real wood/aluminum decoration (…) in combination with a plastic molding technique); in the existing scheme, the traditional forward packaged LED is generally used for SMT surface mounting on a PCB, and the formed module is assembled with an automotive interior part through a structural part.
However, in the case of manufacturing an automobile interior part by using the above-described assembly method, the light-equalizing treatment of the LED point light source is generally performed by using the light-diffusing plate, which often involves the defects of the heat dissipation problem of the LED, the need to newly form a mold for assembling the part, and the large volume, which is disadvantageous in designing and modifying the entire automobile interior part.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a CSP LED light source processing technology of an intelligent surface automobile interior trim touch panel, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: intelligent surface automotive interior touch panel CSP LED light source processing technology includes:
the flexible circuit board module consists of an LED chip, a touch IC, an electronic material and a flexible circuit board, and the LED chip, the touch IC and the electronic material are all welded on the surface of the flexible circuit board in an inverted mode;
performing in-mold injection molding on plastic;
an LED protective film material;
the LED protective film is glued to the upper end of the flexible circuit board module, and the in-mold injection molding plastic is located at the upper end of the LED protective film.

Preferably, the LED protective film material is made of a modified silica gel material.
Preferably, the in-mold injection molding plastic is made of a modified plastic material.
Preferably, the in-mold injection molding plastic and the LED protective film are respectively added with a plurality of light diffusion materials with different particle size ratios in a certain proportion.
Preferably, the solder mask ink of the flexible printed circuit used by the flexible printed circuit module is white solder mask ink.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention utilizes the five-side light emitting characteristic of the flip LED chip and white solder resist ink on the flexible circuit board to reflect light emitted by the LED point light source on the surface of the substrate, and adds high light diffusibility powder into the LED protective film material and the in-mold injection molding plastic, so that the plastic has the characteristics of high light transmittance, high haze and the like, and effectively converts the LED point light source into a uniform surface light source, so that the automobile interior trim touch panel has uniform light emitting characteristic, and simultaneously can achieve uniform light emitting effect within the depth of an automobile interior trim within 3mm through material design and type selection without additionally assembling a light emitting module and a light diffusion plate.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The flexible printed circuit module 1 is composed of an LED chip 5, a touch IC6, an electronic material 7 and a flexible printed circuit 8, and the LED chip 5, the touch IC6 and the electronic material 7 are all flip-chip bonded to the surface of the flexible printed circuit 8.
The LED protective film material 4 is glued to the upper end of the flexible circuit board module 1, and the in-mold injection molding plastic 2 is located at the upper end of the LED protective film material 4.

Wherein the light emitted from the LED point light source is reflected by the substrate surface.
By combining the above embodiments, the five-sided light emitting characteristic of the flip-chip LED chip 5 is utilized, and the white solder resist ink on the flexible circuit board module 1 is matched to reflect the light emitted by the LED point light source on the substrate surface, and the high light diffusibility powder is added to the LED protective film material 4 and the in-mold injection molding plastic 2, so that the plastic has the characteristics of high light transmittance and high haze, and the point light source of the LED is effectively converted into a uniform surface light source, so that the touch panel for automobile interior decoration has the uniform light emitting characteristic, and meanwhile, through material design and type selection, the uniform light emitting effect can be achieved within the depth of the automobile interior decoration within 3mm, and the light emitting module and the light diffusion plate do not need to be additionally assembled.
