Abstract
The invention relates to a paint, in particular to a high-covering, high-fullness and high-sagging-resistance matte white finish. The paint comprises 84.8 percent of resin component, 13 percent of modification component and 2.2 percent of leveling component by weight ratio, wherein the resin component comprises 50 percent of high-solid matte resin, 0.8 percent of dispersing agent, 1 percent of anti-sagging auxiliary agent, 30 percent of titanium pigment and 3 percent of PMA cosolvent by weight ratio; the modified component comprises 10% of modified nanometer powder and 3% of butyl ester in percentage by weight; the leveling component comprises 0.2 percent of organic silicon leveling agent, 0.3 percent of fluorine acrylate leveling agent, 0.2 percent of special defoaming agent and 1.5 percent of butyl ester in percentage by weight. According to the invention, the thickness and fullness of a paint film are improved by the modification auxiliary agent, so that the paint film can well cover joints, grooves and the like and has a good surface effect, and the leveling auxiliary agent controls the smooth effect of the paint surface, thereby realizing the matte white finish with good covering property, high fullness and no need of repeated construction.

Preferably, in the resin component, the dispersing agent, the anti-sagging auxiliary agent, the titanium dioxide and the PMA cosolvent are added into the high-solid matte resin to form a resin mixture, and the resin mixture is placed into a dispersing device to be dispersed under the condition of 1000-1500 rpm until the fineness is less than or equal to 15 μm.
Preferably, in the modification auxiliary agent, the modified nano powder is added into butyl ester to form a modified mixture, and the modified mixture is placed into an ultrasonic dispersion device and dispersed until the fineness is less than or equal to 20 μm.
Preferably, in the leveling assistant, the organic silicon leveling agent, the fluorine acrylate leveling agent and the special defoaming agent are added into butyl ester to form a leveling mixture, and the leveling mixture is added into a dispersing device to be dispersed for 5-10 minutes under the condition of 600 revolutions per minute at 500-.
