Modern domestic water is mainly supplied by tap water plants through water pipes. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the electromagnetic water treatment apparatus 10 includes: a housing 20, an end cap 30, and a tube 40, a permanent magnet 50, and an electromagnet 60 disposed in the housing 20.
In the present embodiment, the housing 20 is a hollow cylinder having a square cross-sectional shape. However, the form of the housing 20 is not limited thereto, and the shape of the housing 20 may be arbitrarily changed as needed. The material of the housing 20 is preferably a nonmagnetic material such as plastic. The end caps 30 are fixed to both ends of the housing 20, and have through holes 31 communicating with heat dissipation holes 71 described below.
The tubular member 40 is used for the flow of a fluid such as water, and the shape of the tubular member 40 is preferably circular, but may be other shapes as necessary. The material of the tube 40 may be plastic or the like. The inner wall of the tube 40 is non-specular and preferably rough to allow for the adsorption of scale.
The permanent magnet 50 may be a natural magnet (magnetite), an artificial magnet (alnico), or the like.
The tube 40 is mounted in the housing 20, the permanent magnet 50 and the electromagnet 60 are both disposed on the side of the tube 40, and the permanent magnet 50 is disposed between the electromagnet 60 and the tube 40. In the present embodiment, the electromagnetic water treatment apparatus 10 has a pair of permanent magnets 50 and a pair of electromagnets 60 respectively disposed on opposite sides of the tubular object 40. The permanent magnets 50 and electromagnets 60 arranged in pairs may enhance magnetic field stability and magnetic field strength. The magnetic induction of the electromagnetic field generated by the electromagnet 60 and the permanent magnet 50 is preferably in the range of 2000Gs to 3000 Gs. The magnetic induction intensity is controlled within the range of 2000 Gs-3000 Gs, the generation of scale can be accelerated (see the research on scale prevention and scale prevention of water magnetization treatment), so that the scale is generated in the device in advance and is attached to the tube wall of the tubular object 40 of the device, and the aim of purifying water quality is fulfilled.

The increased turbulence of the fluid helps to enhance the heat transfer effect of the water, which can occur more readily as the fluid flows through the tube 40 into a water heater or the like. And the vibration of the magnetostrictive vibrator 80 is helpful to drive the scale in the fluid such as water to the pipe wall, meanwhile, the turbulence degree is increased, and impurities (such as scrap iron, fine sand, mud scale and the like) are more easily contacted with the pipe wall, so that the scale is formed on the pipe wall, and the purpose of purifying the water quality is achieved.
The electromagnetic water treatment device 10 further comprises a bracket disposed inside the tube 40 for mounting the magnetostrictive vibrator 80 inside the tube 40.
The holder includes a first fixing ring 91 and a second fixing ring 92, the first fixing ring 91 being fixed to one end of the magnetostrictive vibrator 80, and the second fixing ring 92 being fixed at a position spaced apart from the other end of the magnetostrictive vibrator 80. Thus, one end of the magnetostrictive vibrator 80 is fixed and the other end is free, facilitating the vibration thereof.
The electromagnet 60 includes an iron core 62 and a coil 61 surrounding the iron core 62, and an axis of the coil 61 is perpendicular to an axis of the tubular object 40.

The electromagnetic water treatment device 10 further comprises a bushing 70, the bushing 70 is arranged inside the housing 20 and is to surround the electromagnet 60, the permanent magnet 50 and the tube 40, and the bushing 70 is made of a ferromagnetic material.
The arrangement of the bushing 70 surrounding the electromagnet 60, the permanent magnet 50 and the tubular object 40 enables a closed structure to be realized, leakage of magnetic flux to be greatly reduced, and an optimal scale prevention effect to be realized on the premise of energy conservation and environmental protection.
In the present embodiment, iron core 62 is fixedly coupled to bushing 70, thereby facilitating the fixation of electromagnet 60. Alternatively, they may be provided separately.
Preferably, the core 62 is integrally formed with the bushing 70.
Preferably, the material of the core 62 and the bushing 70 is silicon steel. The silicon steel is beneficial to improving the resistivity and the maximum magnetic conductivity and reducing the coercive force, the iron core loss and the magnetic aging.
