the retraction mechanism comprises a rotary joint (1), a roller (6), a driving pipe (14), a material pumping pipe (10), a power pump (11), a screw rod (17), a sliding rod (4), a moving block (5), a second gear (13), a third gear (18), two first bearings (15), two second bearings (16) and two supports (7), wherein the driving pipe (14) and the roller (6) are coaxially arranged, the roller (6) is arranged on the driving pipe (14), two ends of the driving pipe (14) are respectively fixedly connected with inner rings of the two first bearings (15), outer rings of the two first bearings (15) are fixedly connected with a main body (9) through the supports (7), one end of the material conveying pipe (3) far away from a spray gun (8) is wound on the periphery of the roller (6), and one end of the material conveying pipe (3) far away from the spray gun (8) is communicated with the driving pipe (14), the power pump (11) is arranged at the bottom of the interior of the main body (9), the power pump (11) is connected with one end of a pumping pipe (10), the other end of the pumping pipe (10) is connected with one end of a driving pipe (14) through a rotary joint (1), the lead screw (17) and the sliding rod (4) are both parallel to the driving pipe (14), two ends of the lead screw (17) are both connected with the two brackets (7) through second bearings (16), two ends of the sliding rod (4) are respectively fixedly connected with the two brackets (7), two mounting holes are formed in the interior of the moving block (5), the lead screw (17) and the sliding rod (4) both penetrate through the moving block (5), the moving block (5) is slidably connected with the sliding rod (4), the lead screw (17) is in threaded connection with the moving block (5), one end of the lead screw (17) is fixedly connected with a third gear (18), the second gear (13) is fixedly connected with one end of the driving pipe (14), the second gear (13) is meshed with the third gear (18), the driving assembly is connected with the outer ring of one of the first bearings (15), and the driving assembly is connected with the second gear (13);
the cleaning mechanism comprises two clamping blocks (20), two elastic ropes (19), two cleaning brushes (22) and four connecting components, one sides of the two clamping blocks (20) are abutted against each other, the two clamping blocks (20) are arranged on one side of the moving block (5), one ends, close to the moving block (5), of the sides, far away from each other, of the two clamping blocks (20) are hinged to the moving block (5), one ends, close to the moving block (5), of the sides, close to each other, of the two clamping blocks (20) are fixedly connected with the moving block (5) through the elastic ropes (19), the elastic ropes (19) are in a stretching state, grooves are formed in the sides, close to each other, of the two clamping blocks (20), the two cleaning brushes (22) are arc-shaped, the two cleaning brushes (22) are arranged inside the two grooves respectively, and the two ends of the cleaning brushes (22) are connected with the clamping blocks (20) through the connecting components, the material conveying pipe (3) is arranged between the two cleaning brushes (22).

The spraying machine with the material conveying pipe containing function for formaldehyde treatment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main body (9) is provided with a control box, the interior of the control box is provided with a PLC, the control box is provided with a display screen and at least two control keys, and the display screen and each control key are electrically connected with the PLC.

The spraying machine with the conveying pipeline storage function for formaldehyde treatment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a motor (2) and a first gear (12), the motor (2) is fixedly connected with an outer ring of one first bearing (15), the motor (2) is in transmission connection with the first gear (12), and the first gear (12) is meshed with a second gear (13).

The spraying machine with the function of containing the conveying pipeline for formaldehyde treatment as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the connecting assembly comprises a cylindrical recess (23), a connecting post (21) and a spring (25), the axis of the cylindrical recess (23) is parallel to the sliding rod (4), the cylindrical recess (23) is arranged inside the groove of the clamping block (20), the connecting column (21) and the cylindrical notch (23) are coaxially arranged, one end of the connecting column (21) is arranged inside the cylindrical notch (23), the connecting column (21) is connected with the cylindrical notch (23) in a sliding way, one end of the connecting column (21) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the cylindrical notch (23) through a spring (25), the spring (25) is in a compressed state, and the other end of the connecting column (21) is fixedly connected with one end of the cleaning brush (22).
