The diameter of the upper opening of the filter cartridge is smaller than that of the lower opening, the gradient is 60-85 degrees, and large-particle resin and filler are made to sink to the bottom under the action of gravity and are not adhered to the filter screen.
The ink inlet is made of metal and is externally connected with a valve and a high-pressure pump, and the valve and the high-pressure pump are connected by a metal hose.
The flange is made of stainless steel, and the inner side of the flange is connected to the edge of the filter cartridge in a fastening screw and welding mode; the outer side is connected to the outer wall by fastening screws.
The upper cover is convex, is made of stainless steel and is fully welded on the edge of the filter cartridge.
The lower cover is concave, is made of stainless steel and is fully welded on the edge of the filter cartridge.
The ink inlet flows into liquid to be filtered, the ink outlet flows out of the filtered liquid, and the filtered particles and the filtered filler are discharged from the slag outlet.
The hoop connects the vibration seat steel body and the shell into a whole.
The vibration motor is arranged on a vibration motor supporting plate, and the vibration motor supporting plate is welded on the vibration seat steel body.
The vibration motor is a high-frequency vibration motor, a low-frequency vibration motor or a pulse vibration motor, and preferably the high-frequency vibration motor.
The spring is a high-strength and high-elasticity spring.
The ink filter is used as follows: when liquid is filtered, a valve and a high-pressure pump which are connected with an ink inlet are opened, ink flows in, a vibration motor is opened at the same time, vibration is generated and transmitted to a filter screen, large particles in the ink are blocked and rebounded by the filter screen and are settled on a lower cover under the action of gravity, and the liquid flows out of a liquid outlet after passing through the filter screen under the pressure of the high-pressure pump; bubbles in the ink are blocked by the filter screen, and are collected to the upper cover under the action of buoyancy after being broken and rebounded; opening a slag outlet to remove slag after filtering.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the slope of the filter screen, the vibration of the vibration motor, the gravity and the buoyancy are utilized, so that the large particles and the filler sink to the lower cover and the bubbles are collected to the upper cover, the filter screen is prevented from being blocked by the large particles and the bubbles, the filter screen does not need to be changed frequently, continuous production can be realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor is saved.
