Technical Field
The invention relates to solid phase extraction column production equipment, in particular to a solid phase extraction column filling device capable of realizing stable, continuous and uniform preparation of a solid phase extraction column.
Background
The solid phase extraction column is a sample pretreatment device developed from a chromatographic column and used for extraction, separation and concentration. The method is mainly applied to sample pretreatment of target compounds in various foods, agricultural and livestock products, environmental samples and biological samples. The principle of sample treatment by the phase extraction column is as follows: separating by selective adsorption and selective elution liquid chromatography. The solid phase extraction column generally comprises a column tube, packing and sieve plates
Currently, the solid phase extraction column is manufactured by adopting a manual filling method in the industry, namely, workers firstly fill quantitative fillers into a column tube. The packing in the column tube is then compacted by means of a manual ram. The screen plate is then loaded into the column. The solid phase extraction column is used for carrying out rapid pretreatment on a sample, and the smaller the difference between the solid phase extraction columns is, the more stable the sample treatment is. However, when a manual filling method is adopted, workers cannot guarantee that the pressing force is always kept every time, so that the upper and lower densities of fillers filled in a column tube are inconsistent, the difference between solid-phase extraction columns is large, the error of sample pretreatment is large, and the accuracy of a treatment result is poor.

The first interface of the switch is connected with the rod cavity of the driving cylinder, the second interface of the switch is connected with the rodless cavity of the driving cylinder, the first air outlet of the pressure regulating valve is connected with the third interface of the switch, the second air outlet of the pressure regulating valve is connected with the pressure gauge, and the air pump is connected with the air inlet of the pressure regulating valve.
The switch is a foot switch.
The support comprises a vertically-arranged support plate, a vertically-arranged connecting plate is fixed to the upper portion of one side of the support plate, the connecting plate is parallel to the support plate, bent portions which are bent by 90 degrees and are far away from one side of the support plate are arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the connecting plate, and the driving cylinder is fixed between the two bent portions.

Thereafter, the screen plate is loaded into the column tube. And then, driving a piston rod of the driving cylinder to extend out through the driving system again, so that the shape pressure head descends, and the sieve plate is tightly pressed on the filler. And finally, the piston rod of the columnar pressure head ascends, and the column tube is taken down. The solid-phase extraction column filling device utilizes the driving system to drive the driving cylinder to compress the filler, and the pressure of the driving system is set, so that the pressure for compressing each time can be ensured to be consistent, the density of the filler filled in the column tube is consistent, the prepared solid-phase extraction column is ensured to have almost no difference, the error of sample pretreatment is greatly reduced, and the accuracy of a processing result is higher.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the solid phase extraction column packing apparatus of the present invention comprises a horizontally arranged bottom plate 1, and a support is provided on the bottom plate 1. The support is provided with a vertically arranged driving cylinder 5, the driving cylinder 5 is connected with a driving system, a piston rod of the driving cylinder 5 faces downwards, and the lower end of the piston rod of the driving cylinder 5 is concentrically provided with a columnar pressure head 4. A limiting block 2 is arranged on the bottom plate 1 below the columnar pressure head 4, a clamping hole 3 is formed in the top of the limiting block 2, and the clamping hole 3 and the columnar pressure head 4 are concentrically arranged.
The actuating cylinder 5 is the cylinder, actuating system includes air pump 9, switch 11, pressure-regulating valve 10 and manometer 12, switch 11 has first interface A1, second interface A2 and third interface A3, pressure-regulating valve 10 has first gas outlet B1, second gas outlet B2, air inlet C and pressure regulating handle. The first port A1 of the switch 11 is connected with a rod cavity of the driving cylinder 5, the second port A2 of the switch 11 is connected with a rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 5, the first air outlet B1 of the pressure regulating valve 10 is connected with the third port A3 of the switch 11, the second air outlet B2 of the pressure regulating valve 10 is connected with the pressure gauge 12, and the air pump 9 is connected with the air inlet C of the pressure regulating valve 10. The switch 11 is a foot switch 11.
The support includes vertical arrangement's backup pad 8, and the upper portion of this backup pad 8 one side is fixed with vertical arrangement's connecting plate 7, and connecting plate 7 is parallel with backup pad 8, and the higher authority and the lower level of connecting plate 7 all have to be the kink 6 that is 90 degrees crooked keeping away from backup pad 8 one side, the driving cylinder 5 is fixed between two kinks 6.
When in use, the pressure of the driving system is set; then, the column tube filled with the filler is placed in the clamping hole 3; then, a piston rod of a driving cylinder 5 is driven to descend by a driving system, and a columnar pressure head 4 enters a column tube to compress the filler; and then, driving a piston rod of the driving cylinder 5 to move upwards through a driving system, so that the columnar pressure head 4 leaves the column tube. Thereafter, the screen plate is loaded into the column tube. And then, the driving system drives the piston rod of the driving cylinder 5 to extend out again, so that the shape pressure head descends to press the sieve plate on the filler. And finally, the piston rod of the columnar pressure head 4 moves upwards, and the column tube is taken down.

A solid phase extraction column packing device is characterized by comprising a horizontally arranged bottom plate (1), wherein a bracket is arranged on the bottom plate (1); a driving cylinder (5) is vertically arranged on the support, the driving cylinder (5) is connected with a driving system, a piston rod of the driving cylinder (5) faces downwards, and a cylindrical pressure head (4) is concentrically arranged at the lower end of the piston rod of the driving cylinder (5); a limiting block (2) is arranged on the bottom plate (1) below the columnar pressure head (4), a clamping hole (3) is formed in the top of the limiting block (2), and the clamping hole (3) and the columnar pressure head (4) are concentrically arranged.

The solid phase extraction column packing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the driving cylinder (5) is a pneumatic cylinder, the driving system comprises an air pump (9), a switch (11), a pressure regulating valve (10) and a pressure gauge (12), the switch (11) has a first port (a 1), a second port (a 2) and a third port (A3), the pressure regulating valve (10) has a first outlet (B1), a second outlet (B2), an inlet (C) and a pressure regulating handle; the first interface (A1) of the switch (11) is connected with a rod cavity of the driving cylinder (5), the second interface (A2) of the switch (11) is connected with a rodless cavity of the driving cylinder (5), the first air outlet (B1) of the pressure regulating valve (10) is connected with the third interface (A3) of the switch (11), the second air outlet (B2) of the pressure regulating valve (10) is connected with the pressure gauge (12), and the air pump (9) is connected with the air inlet (C) of the pressure regulating valve (10).
3. The solid phase extraction column packing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the switch (11) is a foot switch (11).

The solid phase extraction column packing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the support comprises a vertically arranged support plate (8), a vertically arranged connecting plate (7) is fixed on the upper portion of one side of the support plate (8), the connecting plate (7) is parallel to the support plate (8), the upper and lower edges of the connecting plate (7) have bent portions (6) which are bent at an angle of 90 ° away from the support plate (8), and the driving cylinder (5) is fixed between the two bent portions (6).
