the clamping groove 7 and the bending die 5 are designed in a split mode, more than one hole is formed in the bending die 5 below the clamping groove 7, protrusions are arranged below the clamping groove 7, the number of the protrusions is the same as that of the holes, and the protrusions are inserted into the holes. The fixation of the card slot 7 is realized. When the clamping groove 7 is damaged, the clamping groove 7 can be directly taken down and replaced.
The clamping groove 7 is directly replaced when damaged, and long-time waiting for maintenance of the clamping groove 7 is not needed.

The emergency braking system is a braking system which judges whether emergency braking is needed or not according to the set moving speed. The emergency braking system is connected to a hydraulic ram 2. When the telescopic end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 2 moves to exceed the set speed, the emergency braking system stops the work of the hydraulic oil cylinder 2 and cuts off the power.
The control system is a controller for controlling the work of the hydraulic oil cylinder 2.
The operating priority of the emergency braking system is greater than the operating priority of the control system.
The emergency braking system is an existing system, belongs to the prior art, and avoids accidents caused by faults of the hydraulic oil cylinder 2.
The control system is a conventional hydraulic ram 2 control system and is of the prior art and is used here to facilitate understanding of hydraulic ram 2.
The working principle is as follows:
the steel bar to be processed is placed on the clamping groove 7, a worker holds one end of the steel bar by hand, the telescopic end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 2 is controlled to move downwards through the control system, the tensioning block 9 presses the steel bar downwards, the steel bar is deformed, and the steel bar is bent in a certain radian due to the fact that the contact surface of the tensioning block 9 and the steel bar is of an arc-shaped structure.
The clamping groove 7 can prevent the reinforcing steel bars from moving in the horizontal direction.
When the reinforcing bar is bent to the required radian, the controller controls the telescopic end to reset. When the hydraulic oil cylinder 2 breaks down, the emergency braking system performs emergency braking to avoid the telescopic end from continuously moving downwards.
The tensioning block 9 can be replaced by removing the connection between the hanging lug 8 and the telescopic end when the tensioning block 9 needs to be replaced. Is convenient and quick.
The clamping groove 7 can be detachably connected with the bending die 5, and the clamping groove 7 is used as a quick-wear part and is convenient to replace quickly. The connection between the clamping groove 7 and the bending die 5 can be realized in a plug-in manner and the like.
