Abstract
The invention discloses a control method for automatically adjusting the temperature of the outlet water of a milk brewing machine according to the temperature of a milk bottle, wherein the milk brewing machine is provided with a temperature detection device for detecting the temperature of the milk bottle, and the control method comprises the following steps: firstly, placing a feeding bottle on a milk receiving tray of a milk brewing machine; secondly, detecting the initial temperature of the feeding bottle by using a temperature detection device, and feeding back the detected temperature information to a control chip of the milk preparing machine by using the temperature detection device; thirdly, the control chip performs the following processing according to the measured temperature information: if the initial temperature of the milk bottle is higher than or equal to the normal temperature, the control chip enables the milk brewing machine to discharge water according to a first set temperature; if the initial temperature of the milk bottle is lower than the normal temperature, the control chip enables the milk brewing machine to discharge water according to a second set temperature, and the second set temperature is higher than the first set temperature. The control method provided by the invention can compensate the heat of milk absorbed by the feeding bottle, so that the milk in the feeding bottle is suitable for children to drink, and the health and growth of the children are ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of milk preparing machines, in particular to a control method for automatically adjusting the temperature of outlet water of a milk preparing machine according to the temperature of a milk bottle.
Background
The milk mixing machine is also called as milk mixing machine or milk mixing machine, and is mainly used for mixing milk powder to feed babies. However, the existing intelligent constant-temperature milk brewing machine can only maintain a constant outlet water temperature (40-46 ℃, namely the temperature suitable for milk brewing), and the following defects generally exist in the using process: when milk is infused in different environments, the temperature of the milk bottle is different due to the influence of the ambient temperature, for example, when an air conditioner is turned on or is not turned on in a room in cold winter, the temperature of the milk bottle is different, generally speaking, the temperature of the milk bottle is usually lower than the temperature of water discharged from the milk infusing machine, therefore, after milk enters the milk bottle, the milk bottle can absorb the heat of the milk under the action of heat conduction, the temperature of the milk is reduced, the actual temperature of the milk is lower than the temperature suitable for children to drink, the taste is not good when drinking is easily caused, even the gastrointestinal health of the children can be influenced, and the growth and development of the children are not facilitated.

if the initial temperature of the milk bottle is higher than or equal to the normal temperature, the control chip enables the milk brewing machine to discharge water according to a first set temperature; if the initial temperature of the milk bottle is lower than the normal temperature, the control chip enables the milk brewing machine to discharge water at a second set temperature, and the second set temperature is higher than the first set temperature.

A control method for automatically adjusting the outlet water temperature of a milk brewing machine according to the temperature of a feeding bottle is disclosed, the milk brewing machine is provided with a temperature detection device 1 for detecting the temperature of the feeding bottle, specifically, the temperature detection device 1 is a non-contact infrared temperature detector, and the control method comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a feeding bottle on a milk receiving tray of a milk brewing machine;
secondly, detecting the initial temperature of the milk bottle by using the temperature detection device 1, and feeding the detected temperature information back to the control chip 2 of the milk brewing machine by using the temperature detection device 1;
thirdly, the control chip 2 performs the following processing according to the measured temperature information:
if the initial temperature of the milk bottle is higher than or equal to the normal temperature (25 ℃), the control chip 2 enables the milk machine to discharge water according to the first set temperature; if the initial temperature of the milk bottle is lower than the normal temperature, the control chip 2 enables the milk brewing machine to discharge water according to a second set temperature, and the second set temperature is higher than the first set temperature.
In this embodiment, the milk machine is provided with a constant temperature chamber 5, the constant temperature chamber 5 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet of the constant temperature chamber is connected to the heating device 3 of the milk machine, the water outlet of the constant temperature chamber 5 is connected to the milk powder mixing chamber 6 of the milk machine, a constant temperature heating element 51 is arranged in the constant temperature chamber 5, and the control chip 2 controls the water temperature of the constant temperature chamber 5 through the constant temperature heating element 51, so that the water temperature of the constant temperature chamber 5 reaches a first set temperature or a second set temperature.
In this embodiment, a water inlet temperature sensor 52 is arranged at a water inlet of the constant temperature chamber 5, and a water outlet temperature sensor 53 is arranged at a water outlet of the constant temperature chamber 5; the control chip 2 adjusts the working state of the constant temperature heating element 51 according to the temperature data detected by the inlet water temperature sensor 52 and/or the outlet water temperature sensor 53, so that the water temperature of the constant temperature chamber 5 reaches a first set temperature or a second set temperature. Specifically, when the inlet water temperature sensor 52 and/or the outlet water temperature sensor 53 detects that the temperature of the water in the thermostatic chamber is lower than a first set temperature or a second set temperature, the thermostatic heating element 51 is powered on to heat the water in the thermostatic chamber, and when the inlet water temperature sensor 52 and/or the outlet water temperature sensor 53 detects that the temperature of the water in the thermostatic chamber 5 is equal to or higher than the first set temperature or the second set temperature, the thermostatic heating element is powered off to stop heating.
In the embodiment, the milk machine is provided with a water cooling bin 4, the heating device 3, the water cooling bin 4 and the constant temperature bin 5 are sequentially communicated, the water cooling bin is provided with an electromagnetic valve 41, when the electromagnetic valve 41 is powered off, water in the water cooling bin 4 flows to the constant temperature bin 5, and when the electromagnetic valve 41 is powered on, the water in the water cooling bin 4 circularly flows in the water cooling bin 4; the control chip 2 controls the on-off of the electromagnetic valve 41 according to the initial temperature of the feeding bottle, if the initial temperature of the feeding bottle is higher than or equal to the normal temperature, the control chip 2 increases the power-on times of the electromagnetic valve 41 to prolong the circulating water cooling time so as to ensure that the temperature of the water entering the constant temperature bin 5 is close to the first set temperature, and if the initial temperature of the feeding bottle is lower than the normal temperature, the control chip reduces the power-on times of the electromagnetic valve to shorten the circulating water cooling time so as to ensure that the temperature of the water entering the constant temperature bin 5 is close to the second set temperature, thereby achieving the effect of energy conservation.

As can be seen from the above table, the heat absorption coefficients of the feeding bottles made of different materials are basically consistent under the same conditions. Therefore, the initial temperature of the feeding bottle is detected by the temperature detection device 1, the detected initial temperature of the feeding bottle is fed back to the control chip 2, the control chip 2 adjusts the water outlet temperature of the milk machine according to the detected temperature information, specifically, if the initial temperature of the feeding bottle is higher than or equal to the normal temperature, the control chip 2 enables the milk machine to discharge water according to the first set temperature, if the initial temperature of the feeding bottle is lower than the normal temperature, the control chip 2 enables the milk machine to discharge water according to the second set temperature, and the second set temperature is higher than the first set temperature, so that the heat of milk absorbed by the feeding bottle can be compensated, the temperature of the milk in the feeding bottle is suitable for drinking children, and the health and growth and development of the children are ensured.
