Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention mainly comprises a lifting rod 1, a cross plate 2, a fixing rod 21, and a pollen-taking and pollinating unit, and the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lifting bar 1 is a basic component of the present invention, and other structural components are directly or indirectly mounted on the top of the lifting bar. The lifting rod comprises three sections, namely an installation section, a transition section and a handheld section which are arranged from top to bottom, wherein the handheld section is used for holding. The mounting section is used for mounting the pollen-taking and pollination unit, and the transition section is used for realizing the transition connection between the handheld section and the mounting section. The bottom of the mounting section of the lifting rod is fixed with a mounting rack 11 which is a square frame, and the bottom of the mounting rack is provided with a bolt 12. An obtuse included angle is formed between the handheld section and the mounting section.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a cross plate 2 is inserted into the mounting frame, and then the cross plate is locked and fixed by bolts. The bottom vertical fixation of diaphragm has dead lever 21, installs the first casing 3 and the second casing 4 that set up about the lower part of dead lever, and first casing and second casing are half ellipsoid structure, are fixed with otic placode 22 respectively at the left surface and the right flank of dead lever lower part, and the otic placode on left side is articulated with first casing, and the articulated connection between otic placode on right side and the second casing. The two gears are externally engaged, a swing rod 52 is fixed on the gears, a connecting rod 53 is arranged between the swing rod on the left side and the outer wall of the first shell, and a connecting rod 53 is arranged between the swing rod on the right side and the outer wall of the second shell. When the motor works and drives the left gear to rotate clockwise, the right gear rotates anticlockwise, the swing rod swings upwards under the action of the gear, the first shell and the second shell are pulled to swing upwards around a hinge point through the connecting rod, and the first shell and the second shell are separated; the control is not convenient, and a key of a driving motor is arranged at the handheld section of the lifting rod. After the first shell and the second shell are separated, the corn male flower can be placed between the first shell and the second shell by holding the lifting rod by hand. And then, the motor is driven by a key to output reverse rotation motion, the first shell and the second shell are driven to be close to each other under the action of the oscillating bar and the connecting rod until the end faces of the first shell and the second shell are contacted, and the contact surface of the first shell and the second shell is sealed (air-tight).
And a spray pipe 6 is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the first shell and is communicated with the inner cavity of the first shell. And a cushion block 61 is fixed on the right side of the inner cavity of the spray pipe and is in contact and fixed with the inner wall of the right side of the spray pipe. The rotating wheel 62 is rotatably arranged on the cushion block, the right end of the rotating wheel is arranged in the cushion block and is rotatably connected with the cushion block, the left end of the rotating wheel extends out of the cushion block and is in contact with the inner wall of the left side of the spray pipe, and the cylindrical side wall of the rotating wheel is provided with air grooves 63 which are uniformly arranged. The rotating wheel is in contact seal with the inner wall of the spray pipe, a guide block 41 is fixed on the inner wall of the second shell, and the upper surface of the guide block is an inclined surface. Pollen in the second housing can fall onto the upper surface of the guide block and roll along the upper surface of the guide block into the nozzle. A damping piece is arranged between the rotating wheel and the cushion block, and the rotating wheel and the cushion block cannot rotate relatively in a natural state.
The bottom of dead lever is fixed with mounting panel 23, and the mounting panel is arranged in first, the second casing inboard, is fixed with fan 7 in the bottom of mounting panel, and the fan can blow off vertical decurrent air current. The first shell, the second shell, the fan, the spray pipe and the driving mechanism form a pollen-taking and pollination unit, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a motor, a gear, a swing rod and a connecting rod. The lifting rod is also provided with a key for driving the fan to work.
The method of use of the invention is described below:
(1) the lifting rod is held by hand, the first shell and the second shell are separated through the driving mechanism, and then the transverse plate is lifted to be above the corn male flowers;
(2) the first shell and the second shell are contacted through the driving mechanism, and the corn male flower 8 is arranged between the first shell and the second shell;
(3) driving the fan to act for 1-3 times, and each action is 1-2 seconds, so that the fan acts in a pulse mode; the air flow blown out by the fan blows off the pollen on the male flowers of the corns, the blown-off pollen falls on the inner sides of the first shell and the second shell, most of the pollen finally falls into the spray pipe, and part of the pollen is placed in the air groove; thereby realizing the powder taking.
(4) Aim at female flower of maize with the spray tube, then start the fan and continue the action, when cavity pressure between first, the second casing reached a definite value, the runner rotated under the atmospheric pressure effect, and pollen in the spray tube fell on female flower of maize after the spray tube blowout this moment, and then realized the pollination.
The pollen extractor applied to corn breeding provided by the invention can conveniently realize the acquisition of corn male flower pollen, and the corn male flowers only need to be arranged at the inner sides of the first shell and the second shell during operation and then drive the fan to perform pulse action. When pollination is needed, the spraying pipe is only required to be aligned to the female corn flowers, and then the fan is driven to continuously act. When another maize plant needs to be pollinated, the first shell and the second shell are separated, then the fan is driven to continuously act, and male pollen in the first shell and the second shell is blown off.
