Principle of operation
In the working process of the invention, when in use, the connector 7 is connected with the tail of the generator car according to requirements, the power supply on the generator car is connected with the trailer, the trailer is dragged to a specified position by the generator car, the auxiliary handle 910 is held, the auxiliary handle 910 is rotated on the fixed rod 92 by the rotating sleeve 93, the control frame 96 is pulled out, the control frame 96 is pulled right angle to the front side, then the pillar switch 99 is pressed to extend the hydraulic pillar 2 and the fixed pillar 3 is contacted with the ground, so as to support the transverse fixing frame 1, then the position of the fixed plate 191 on the transverse fixing frame 1 is adjusted, the fixed plate is fixed by the bolt after the adjustment is finished, the position of the adjustable bracket 193 on the supporting tube 192 is adjusted, the adjustable bolt 195 penetrates through the supporting tube 192 and is in threaded connection with the adjusting jack 194 after the adjustment is finished, finally, the cable passes through the fixed ring 204 and the rubber ring 206 and is wound on the, the first motor switch 97 is turned on, the rear speed reducer motor 17 is used for driving the driven gear 13 to rotate through the driving gear 18 and the transmission chain 16, so that the rotating rod 12 is driven to rotate in the inner ring of the ball bearing 11, the winding roller 14 on the right side is driven to rotate, the first motor switch 97 can be used for controlling the rotating speed of the speed reducer motor 17 according to requirements, the sundries on the surface of the nylon brush 205 can be removed when a cable passes through the fixing ring 204, when cables of other types need to be wound, the cable can penetrate through the fixing ring 204 on the left side and the rubber ring 206 to be wound on the winding roller 14 on the left side, and meanwhile, the speed reducer motor 17 on the front side can be driven to rotate; the movable front wheel 87 can be cushioned by the cushion spring 86 during normal movement.

1. The multifunctional cable trailer is easy to operate and maintain and is characterized by comprising a transverse fixing frame (1), a hydraulic strut (2), a fixing support plate (3), a rear-side wheel frame (4), a movable rear wheel (5), a traction arm (6), a connecting piece (7), a front-side buffering support structure (8), an adjustable control frame structure (9), a support plate (10), a ball bearing (11), a rotating rod (12), a driven gear (13), a winding roller (14), a limiting plate (15), a transmission chain (16), a speed reducer motor (17), a driving gear (18), an adjustable traction frame structure (19) and a convenient-to-maintain cleaning frame structure (20), wherein the hydraulic strut (2) is arranged at four corners of the lower part of the transverse fixing frame (1) through bolts; the fixed support plate (3) is arranged at the lower part of the hydraulic prop (2) through bolts; the rear wheel carrier (4) is arranged at the front part and the rear part of the right lower side of the transverse fixing frame (1) by bolts; the movable rear wheel (5) is connected with the lower part of the rear wheel carrier (4) in a shaft manner; the traction arm (6) is welded on the left side of the transverse fixing frame (1); the connecting piece (7) is welded on the left side of the traction arm (6); the two front side buffering support structures (8) are arranged, and the front side buffering support structures (8) are arranged at the front part and the rear part of the right lower side of the traction arm (6); the adjustable control frame structure (9) is arranged on the left side of the front part of the transverse fixing frame (1); the number of the supporting plates (10) is four, and the supporting plates (10) are installed at four corners of the upper part of the transverse fixing frame (1) through bolts; a plurality of ball bearings (11) are arranged, and the outer rings of the ball bearings (11) are respectively embedded in the middle upper part of the support plate (10); the rotating rod (12) is inserted into the inner side of the ball bearing (11); two driven gears (13) are arranged, and the driven gears (13) are welded at one end, far away from the supporting plate (10), of the rotating rod (12); the winding roller (14) is arranged on the inner side of the supporting plate (10), and the bolt is arranged on the outer side of the rotating rod (12); the limiting plates (15) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the winding roller (14) through bolts; the transmission chain (16) is sleeved on the outer sides of the driving gear (18) and the driven gear (13); the driving gear (18) is connected to an output shaft of the speed reducer motor (17) in a key mode; the adjustable traction frame structures (19) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the transverse fixing frame (1); the convenient maintenance cleaning frame structure (20) is arranged on the upper side of the adjustable traction frame structure (19); the adjustable traction frame structure (19) and the convenient maintenance cleaning frame structure (20) are respectively provided with two; the convenient-to-maintain cleaning frame structure (20) comprises an L-shaped mounting seat (201), a U-shaped fixing frame (202), a fixing bolt (203), a fixing ring (204), a nylon brush (205) and a rubber ring (206), wherein the U-shaped fixing frame (202) is welded on the left side of the L-shaped mounting seat (201); the fixing ring (204) is welded on the upper side of the L-shaped mounting seat (201).

The multifunctional cable trailer easy to operate and maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable traction frame structure (19) comprises a fixing plate (191), a supporting tube (192), an adjustable bracket (193), an adjusting jack (194), an adjusting bolt (195), a side mounting plate (196) and a traction inner concave wheel (197), the supporting tube (192) is welded at the right side of the fixing plate (191); the adjusting jacks (194) are arranged in plurality, and the adjusting jacks (194) are sequentially arranged in the middle of the front side of the adjustable support (193) from top to bottom; the adjusting bolt (195) penetrates through the supporting tube (192) and is in threaded connection with the adjusting jack (194); the number of the side mounting plates (196) is multiple, the side mounting plates (196) are arranged in pairs, and the side mounting plates (196) are welded on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the adjustable bracket (193); the traction concave wheels (197) are arranged in a plurality, the traction concave wheels (197) are arranged in pairs, and the traction concave wheels (197) are respectively connected to the upper part and the lower part of the inner side of the side mounting plate (196) in a shaft manner; the U-shaped fixing frame (202) is sleeved on the outer side of the adjustable bracket (193); the fixing bolt (203) is in threaded connection with the connection position of the U-shaped fixing frame (202) and the adjustable bracket (193).

The multifunctional cable trailer easy to operate and maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable control frame structure (9) comprises a storage frame (91), a fixing rod (92), a rotating sleeve (93), a connecting rod (94), a roller bearing (95), a control frame (96), a first motor switch (97), a second motor switch (98), a pillar switch (99) and an auxiliary handle (910), the storage frame (91) is embedded in the left side of the front part of the transverse fixing frame (1); the fixed rod (92) is mounted on the left side of the interior of the storage frame (91) through bolts; the rotary sleeve (93) is sleeved on the outer side of the fixed rod (92); the connecting rod (94) is welded on the right side of the rotating sleeve (93); the control frame (96) is arranged at the front side of the storage frame (91); the first motor switch (97), the second motor switch (98) and the pillar switch (99) are respectively embedded in the front side of the control frame (96); the auxiliary handle (910) is mounted on the right side of the upper part of the control frame (96) through screws.

The multifunctional cable trailer easy to operate and maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front buffer bracket structure (8) comprises a fixed branch tube (81), a limiting ring (82), a positioning block (83), a positioning rod (84), a front wheel carrier (85), a buffer spring (86), a movable front wheel (87) and a silica gel protective sleeve (88), the fixed branch tube (81) is welded at the front and rear sides of the right lower part of the towing arm (6); the limiting ring (82) is welded at the lower part of the fixed branch pipe (81); the positioning block (83) is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the fixed branch pipe (81); the positioning rod (84) penetrates through the limiting ring (82) and is welded with the bottom of the positioning block (83); the front side wheel frame (85) is mounted at the lower part of the positioning rod (84) through bolts.
5. The multifunctional cable trailer easy to operate and maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing plates (191) are bolt-installed at the upper left and right sides of the transverse fixing frame (1), respectively.
6. The multifunctional cable trailer easy to operate and maintain as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer ring of the roller bearing (95) is embedded in the inner left side of the control frame (96), and the inner ring is sleeved on the outer right side of the connecting rod (94).

The multifunctional cable trailer easy to operate and maintain as claimed in claim 4, wherein the buffer spring (86) is sleeved outside the positioning rod (84) and is in contact with the lower part of the limiting ring (82) and the upper part of the front wheel carrier (85) at the upper and lower sides.

The multifunctional cable trailer easy to operate and maintain as claimed in claim 4, wherein the silica gel protective sleeve (88) is arranged outside the buffer spring (86), and the upper end and the lower end of the silica gel protective sleeve are respectively glued to the outer sides of the limiting ring (82) and the front wheel carrier (85).
9. The easy-to-operate and easy-to-maintain multipurpose cable trailer of claim 3, wherein the front side of the console (96) is further glued with a silica gel protective pad.
