Abstract
The invention provides a method and a system for counting train wagon information of a vertical shaft locomotive based on UWB, wherein the method comprises the steps that a UWB tag obtains and stores a train wagon number of the locomotive wagon and transportation information of the locomotive wagon; when the UWB tag reaches the position near the UWB base station, the UWB base station reads the UWB tag and obtains the train wagon number of the locomotive train wagon, the transportation information and the obtaining time of the locomotive train wagon, and the train wagon number, the transportation information and the obtaining time are uploaded to a server to be stored and calculated. The system comprises a UWB handset, a UWB module and a UWB module, wherein the UWB handset is used for inputting the train wagon number of the locomotive wagon and the transportation information of the locomotive wagon into a UWB tag; the UWB tag is used for acquiring and storing the train wagon number of the locomotive train wagon and the transportation information of the locomotive train wagon; the UWB base station is used for acquiring UWB tag internal information and uploading the UWB tag internal information and acquisition time to the server; and the server is used for storing and counting the information in the UWB tag. Background
At present, the mine industry carries out an intelligent dispatching mode for the locomotive wagon materials, and the information of the locomotive wagon materials is required to be counted when the locomotive wagon loading materials go into and out of a well; the existing statistical mode is that manual statistics and RFID radio frequency cards are used for statistics, but the manual statistics needs longer time and wastes paper, and the RFID radio frequency cards also have the phenomena of short card reading distance and card leakage.

The invention provides a method and a system for counting train wagon information of a vertical shaft locomotive based on UWB (ultra wide band), which can solve the technical problems of short card reading distance and card leakage of the conventional RFID (radio frequency identification) radio frequency card.

The working process is as follows:
firstly, a UWB tag is required to be installed on a locomotive wagon, the number data is configured into the UWB tag through a UWB handset according to the wagon number, and if the wagon number is not changed after the configuration is completed for the first time, the wagon number is not required to be input; after UWB tags are installed on all used wagons and car numbers are configured, a UWB base station is installed at a wellhead and is connected with a server through Ethernet; after all installation configuration work is done, the system can be used.
When the train wagon goes into the well, a batching worker writes a raw material list into a UWB (ultra wide band) tag through a UWB handheld machine, if the train wagon goes into the well, the train wagon is configured to be an empty train, if materials exist in the train wagon, the type of the materials is input, and the train wagon information is set to be the train wagon going into the well; when the train wagons arrive near the wellhead UWB base station, the UWB base station can receive the data information reported by the UWB tags and the acquisition time and transmit the data information and the acquisition time to the server through the Ethernet network for storage, and count the total number of train wagons going to the well and the information of transported materials, and the count data can be checked in the server.
When getting off the well and getting on the well, a batching worker writes a raw material list into a UWB tag through a UWB handheld machine, if the empty vehicle gets on the well, the batching worker is configured into the empty vehicle, if the locomotive wagon has materials, the type of the materials is input, and wagon information is set as a wagon getting on the well; when the locomotive car skin arrives near the wellhead UWB base station, the UWB base station can receive the data information reported by the UWB tag and the acquisition time and transmit the data information and the acquisition time to the server through the Ethernet network for storage, and count the total number of the train cars entering the well and the information of the transported materials, and count the total number of the train cars leaving the well and the information of the transported materials in real time, so that the server can check the counted data.
In conclusion, the embodiment of the invention uses the UWB data transmission technology to count the train wagon material data of the train wagon, can effectively count the train wagon material information of the train wagon, is not easy to leak and is high in reliability and labor-saving.

a UWB handset (1) for inputting a railroad car number of a railroad car and transportation information of the railroad car into a UWB tag;
