The system according to claim 1, wherein the state monitoring units of the plurality of unit controllers use a synchronous communication method in synchronization with the sharing of the controller program, and the state information receiving area RSA synchronously receives the controller state information shared by the other unit controllers when the program storage unit SPA transmits the controller program to the other unit controllers, or synchronously transmits the controller state information shared by the state information sharing area SSA in the unit controller when the program storage unit RPA receives the controller program shared by the communication of the other unit controllers.

The system of claim 1, further comprising a redundant virtual controller sharing server in communication with the unit control devices, wherein the unit control devices execute the virtual controller programs of other unit controllers according to the server commands and the current controller status information, and serve as the virtual redundant controller for designating one or more unit control devices in a sharing hot standby mode, or send the virtual controller programs to the designated unit controller according to the server commands and the status information of other unit controllers.

The control system of a communication-based virtual redundant controller according to claim 1, wherein the shared server is configured to manage and store the virtual controller program and control state information transmitted by the unit control devices; meanwhile, the authority of each unit control device is controlled, including whether a certain unit control device can transmit the controller program with other unit control devices or not is limited; limiting the transmission of a certain unit control device and other unit control devices for the virtual redundancy controller program in an active mode and/or a request sending mode; and limiting the transmission mode of the controller state information between a certain unit control device and other unit control devices.
8. The control method of a control system of a virtual redundant controller based on communication according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising a controller program acquisition step, a controller program sharing step, a controller state information acquisition step, and a controller state information sharing step;
the controller program acquiring step comprises:
s11: each unit control device receives the acquired controller program;
s12: the controller saves the controller program in step S11 to the program receiving area RPA of the program storage unit;
the controller program sharing step comprises the following steps:
s21: the controller saves a controller program to be shared to a program sharing area SPA of the program storage unit;
s22: the respective unit control devices share the controller program of the program sharing area SPA in step S21;
the controller state information acquiring step includes:
s31: each unit control device receives the acquired controller state information respectively;
s32: the controller stores the controller state information in the step S31 to the state information receiving area RSA of the state monitoring unit;
the controller state information sharing step includes:
s41: the controller stores the controller state information to be shared to a state information sharing area SSA of the state monitoring unit;
s42: the respective unit control devices share the controller status information of the status information sharing area SSA in step S31.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the controller program acquisition and control program sharing includes two communication methods of active sharing communication and request sharing communication;
the actively shared communication includes:
the unit control device transmits the relevant controller program in the program sharing area SPA to the program receiving area RPA of other unit control devices in an active mode;
actively receiving a controller program sent by a control device of other units, and storing the controller program in a program receiving area RPA;
the requesting a shared communication comprises:
after receiving the requests of other unit control devices, the unit control device transmits the controller programs in the program sharing area SPA to the unit control device sending the requests, and the unit control device sending the requests stores the obtained controller programs in the program sharing area SPA;
after a virtual controller program sharing request is sent to other unit control devices, the controller programs sent from the other unit control devices are received and stored in a program receiving area RPA.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the controller status information acquisition and controller status information includes two communication methods of timing sharing communication and synchronous sharing communication;
the timing sharing communication includes:
the timing shared communication comprises sharing the controller state information of the state monitoring unit to the state information receiving area RSA of other state monitoring units through the state information sharing area SSA at a preset interval time point;
receiving controller state information of state monitoring units shared by state information sharing areas SSA of other state monitoring units through state information receiving areas RSA at preset interval time points;
the synchronous shared communication includes:
when the program storage unit SPA transmits the controller program to other unit control devices, the state information receiving area RSA synchronously receives the controller state information shared by other unit control devices;
the controller state information shared by the state information sharing area SSA in the own unit control apparatus is synchronously transferred when the program storage unit RPA receives the controller program shared by the communication of the other unit control apparatuses.
11. The method of claim 8, wherein the cell controllers execute the virtual controller programs of other cell controllers according to the server command and the current controller status information to share the hot standby mode as the virtual redundant controller of the designated cell controller or/and a plurality of cell controllers, or the cell controllers transmit the virtual controller programs to the designated cell controllers according to the server command and the status information of other cell controllers.
12. The method of claim 8, further comprising a data storage step and a rights setting step;
the data storage step comprises the following steps: the shared data server acquires and stores the controller program and the controller state information transmitted by the unit control device each time;
the permission setting step comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a shared data server or a unit control device with a data management function controls the authority of each unit control device, and comprises the steps of limiting whether the certain unit control device can transmit data with other unit control devices, limiting the data transmission between the certain unit control device and other unit control devices in an active mode and/or a request sending mode, and limiting the transmission mode of controller state information between the certain unit control device and other unit control devices.
