In an engine with a camshaft bottom-mounted structure, because the rocker arm and the rocker arm shaft are arranged at the far end of the engine, the engine oil pressure is not sufficiently supplied, the lubrication at the ball socket of the push rod and the rocker arm can only be met, and the moving parts of the rocker arm and the rocker arm shaft cannot be lubricated, so that the rocker arm shaft and the rocker arm are eccentrically worn and finally fail.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first rocker arm mounting area and the second rocker arm mounting area are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the rocker arm shaft 1, one valve rocker arm 10 is mounted at the first rocker arm mounting area, the other valve rocker arm 10 is mounted at the second rocker arm mounting area, the first oil outlet hole 2 is arranged at the first rocker arm mounting area, the second oil outlet hole 4 is arranged at the second rocker arm mounting area, and the first rocker arm mounting area and the second rocker arm mounting area are subjected to high-frequency quenching treatment, so that an abrasion-resistant hardened layer is formed on the surface of the rocker arm shaft 1.
The rocker arm shaft 1 is used for storing oil supplied from the engine head 11, and the material of the rocker arm shaft 1 is preferably GCr15, and the material performance is excellent. The valve rocker arm 10 is provided with a central hole through which the rocker arm shaft 1 penetrates, and the rocker arm shaft 1 is in clearance fit with the central hole of the valve rocker arm 10, so that the condition of forming an oil film is met, and the abrasion between the rocker arm shaft and the central hole can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the engine cylinder head 11 has a mounting hole 8 into which the rocker arm shaft 1 is inserted, the mounting hole 8 is a blind hole, and a retainer 7 for limiting the rocker arm shaft 1 is provided at an open end of the mounting hole 8. The engine cylinder head 11 supports the rocker arm shaft 1 at both ends of the rocker arm shaft 1 in the length direction and at the middle position of the rocker arm shaft 1 in the length direction, and ensures a firm structure. The engine cylinder cover 11 is provided with an opening at one end of the mounting hole 8 and a closed end at the other end, the opening of the mounting hole 8 is provided with a mounting groove 9 for embedding the check ring 7, and the mounting groove 9 is an annular groove arranged on the inner circular surface of the mounting hole 8.
During assembly, the valve rocker arms 10 are firstly installed on an engine cylinder cover 11, then the rocker shaft 1 is assembled into the installation holes 8 in the engine cylinder cover 11, the rocker shaft 1 penetrates through center holes of the two valve rocker arms 10, then the hole circlips 7 are installed on the installation grooves 9 in the engine cylinder cover 11, as the installation holes 8 are blind holes, the rocker shaft 1 can be limited by only one circlip 7, and a certain proper gap is reserved between the rocker shaft 1 and the circlips 7, so that the smooth rotation of the rocker shaft 1 is ensured.
When the engine works, engine oil is supplied to the annular oil groove 6 in the middle of the rocker arm shaft 1 from the oil passage hole on the engine cylinder cover 11 and then reaches the central hole at the oil passage hole of the rocker arm shaft 1, the two ends of the rocker arm shaft 1 need to be pressed and sealed by the bowl-shaped plugs 3 to form a cavity for storing the engine oil, and the engine oil can flow out from the oil outlet holes at the matching parts of the left side and the right side of the rocker arm shaft 1 and the valve rocker arm 10 under the action of pressure to lubricate the valve rocker arm 10 and the rocker arm shaft 1. The rocker shaft 1 is directly arranged on the cylinder cover, a rocker shaft 1 seat is not needed, five of six degrees of freedom are all limited, the rocker shaft 1 can only circumferentially rotate in the mounting hole 8 of the engine cylinder cover 11, and an oil film with certain pressure is formed between the rocker shaft 1 and the engine cylinder cover 11 due to high-speed rotation, so that the rocker shaft 1 can be supported to rotate, the oil film is uniformly distributed, and the abrasion is more uniform.
