Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of engine parts, and particularly relates to a rocker arm shaft seat assembly and a diesel engine with the same.
Background
Diesel engines generally have higher power per liter and burst pressure, which is a great challenge to internal structural components of the engine, requiring internal parts to bear much higher strength than gasoline engines. The valve train is an important component of the traditional piston engine, the performance of the engine is directly influenced by the design of the valve train, and in a diesel engine, the strength of a moving part in the valve train must be high. In particular, in a multi-cylinder engine, the transmission parts in the valve train are often worn and broken, such as the wear between the rocker shaft and the rocker arm is the most common problem in the engine design, and is difficult to solve. As engine load and power increase, wear becomes more severe, eventually leading to part failure and engine failure. The annular oil groove is positioned in the middle of the rocker shaft in the length direction, the axis of the oil outlet is perpendicular to the axis of the rocker shaft, and the oil outlet extends from the outer circular surface of the rocker shaft towards the inside of the rocker shaft along the radial direction.
The rocker shaft is installed on the base body through bolts, the rocker shaft is provided with bolt holes through which the bolts penetrate, the base body is provided with internal thread holes through which the bolts are inserted and rocker shaft installation holes through which the rocker shaft penetrates, and the rocker shaft installation holes are located between the two valve rocker arms.

It should be noted that, in the following embodiments, the "first" and "second" do not represent an absolute distinction relationship in structure and/or function, nor represent a sequential execution order, but merely for convenience of description.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a rocker arm shaft seat assembly, which includes a seat body 4, a rocker arm shaft 12 disposed on the seat body 4, and a valve rocker arm 6 sleeved on the rocker arm shaft 12, wherein the seat body 4 has a first oil passage 16 for receiving lubricating oil from a valve chamber cover, the rocker arm shaft 12 has an annular oil groove 8 for receiving the lubricating oil from the first oil passage 16, an oil inlet 11 communicated with the annular oil groove 8, a second oil passage communicated with the oil inlet 11, and an oil outlet 10 communicated with the second oil passage and for guiding the lubricating oil to the valve rocker arm 6.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the base body 4 has a certain length and width, the base body 4 is used for supporting the rocker arm shaft 12, the rocker arm shaft 12 is a hollow shaft, the rocker arm shaft 12 is a structure with two open ends and a hollow interior, the axis of the rocker arm shaft 12 is parallel to the length direction of the base body 4, the second oil passage is a central hole of the rocker arm shaft 12, the second oil passage extends along the axial direction of the rocker arm shaft 12, the oil outlet 10 is provided with two oil outlets, and the annular oil groove 8 is located in the middle of the two oil outlets 10. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the rocker shaft 12 is mounted on the base body 4 by a bolt 5, the rocker shaft 12 has a bolt hole 7 through which the bolt 5 passes, the base body 4 has an internally threaded hole 1 through which the bolt 5 is inserted and a rocker shaft mounting hole 2 through which the rocker shaft 12 passes, and the rocker shaft mounting hole 2 is located between the two valve rocker arms 6. Preferably, the rocker arm shaft 12 is fixed to the seat body 4 by two bolts 5, and accordingly, two bolt holes 7 are provided in the rocker arm shaft 12, the two bolt holes 7 are respectively located at both ends of the rocker arm shaft 12 in the length direction, and two internal thread holes 1 into which the bolts 5 are inserted are provided in the seat body 4, and the internal thread holes 1 are located at the middle position in the width direction of the seat body 4. The rocker shaft mounting hole 2 is located at the middle position of the base body 4 in the length direction, the rocker shaft mounting hole 2 is a circular hole, and the axis of the rocker shaft mounting hole 2 is parallel to the length direction of the base body 4. The annular oil groove 8 is positioned in the rocker shaft mounting hole 2, the first oil duct 16 is communicated with the rocker shaft mounting hole 2, and the first oil duct 16 is formed by extending from the combining surface of the seat body 4 to the rocker shaft mounting hole 2. The lubricating oil path of the first oil duct 16 used for guiding lubricating oil from an engine cylinder cover to the base body 4 is arranged in the valve chamber cover, after the valve chamber cover is installed on the engine cylinder cover, the lubricating oil path on the valve chamber cover is communicated with the oil duct on the engine cylinder cover and the first oil duct 16 on the base body 4, the lubricating oil path of the engine can be conveyed to an oil cavity in the base body through the valve chamber cover and then to the rocker arm shaft 12, and engine oil can be continuously, stably and reliably conveyed between the rocker arm and the rocker arm shaft 12 to form oil film lubrication, so that the problem of excessive abrasion between the rocker arm shaft 12 and the valve rocker arm can be solved.
Rocker shaft 12 is similar to the fulcrum of a lever in the engine valve train, and valve rocker arm 6 is installed on rocker shaft 12, and the other end regularly opens and closes the valve under the drive of a camshaft at one end. Rocker shaft 12 is installed on base body 4 through shaft hole clearance fit, and both ends are fixed on base body 4 with the bolt to 6 degrees of freedom complete restrictions reach the purpose of fixed rocker shaft 12. When the engine is started, the crankshaft gear drives the engine oil pump gear to rotate, the engine oil pump enables engine oil in an engine lubricating system to circulate, the engine oil reaches the base body from the valve chamber cover, then flows through the rocker arm shaft middle oil inlet hole 11 from the rocker arm shaft seat oil duct, and the annular oil groove 8 arranged at the middle position of the rocker arm shaft 12 can improve oil inlet efficiency. Lubricating oil enters the central cavity of the rocker shaft 12, under the action of the oil pressure, the lubricating oil can only flow out from the oil outlets 10 on the two sides, the oil outlets 10 on the two sides are just matched with the valve rocker 6, the valve rocker 6 and the rocker shaft 12 are in proper clearance fit, oil film lubrication is easily formed at the positions, the abrasion between the rocker shaft 12 and the valve rocker 6 is reduced, the working reliability of a valve mechanism is improved, and the overall service life of an engine is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the joint surface of the seat body 4 is a plane that is in contact with the valve chamber cover, and the joint surface of the seat body 4 is parallel to the length direction and the width direction of the seat body 4. The second positioning pin 14 is provided at an oil outlet of the valve chamber cover, and the lubricating oil inside the valve chamber cover flows into the first oil passage 16 through the oil outlet and the second positioning pin 14.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the seat body 4 is mounted on the valve chamber cover by six bolts 17, and accordingly, six shaft seat mounting holes 3 are provided on the seat body 4. The diesel engine is an 8-cylinder engine, the shaft seats used by each cylinder are the same, and each shaft seat is provided with the air inlet and exhaust rocker arm, so that the differentiation is reduced, the unified production and processing are facilitated, and the cost is reduced.
